Отель очень хорошо расположен. Недавно отремонтирован. Очень приветливые хозяева отеля . Чем дороже вы платите за номер, тем больше этот номер будет.
Местоположение.
Отель Biarritz Océan Résidence Hôtelière располагается рядом с пляжем, в сердце города Биарриц, в пределах пешей доступности от отеля Ратуша Биаррица и Большой пляж. Также неподалеку Asiatica и Казино Биаррица.
Особенности отеля.
В зонах общего пользования бесплатно предоставляется беспроводной доступ в Интернет. Дополнительные услуги отеля: терраса и лифт. Площадь парковки для гостей ограничена и предоставляется в порядке очереди (за дополнительную плату). Это отель для некурящих.
Номера.

The hotel's front desk is open from 7.30 AM to 11 AM, and from 4 PM to 8 PM. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of these hours should contact the hotel directly prior to arrival.

It was a lovely break, attending a wedding. Location ideal for local shops and Central Market. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Certainly NOT a four star hotel, but has tons of room and cooking facilities and a big fridge. I very much enjoyed my stay. BIG NOTE: they do not have "laundry facilities". This would suggest that they have self-laundry on site, which is non-existent in France and I was a bit surprised about when I read it. "Residence Biarritz Ocean"
Excellent apartment facility in the heart of Biarritz. Clean, comfortable and provides much more space than the usual hotel room. The staff are among the most courteous and obliging we have met anywhere.

Great location and really nice hotel to suit out three day stay in biarittz. we had a balcony looking out front so was nice to sit out in the evenings and enjoy the surrondings. would recommend this hotel .

"Great location"
This hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from the Grand Plage and right next to the town centre. The rooms are generally clean, have a balcony and a useful, well stocked kitchenette. They only provide breakfast but it is pricey at 14 euros per person and there are plenty of shops nearby. There is no restaurant but again you are in the main town centre and […] there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. However if you are coming with kids you need to know that the childrens' beds are bunk beds and the top bed is only suitable for children aged 6 and above. They gave us a cot for our 2 year old but if we had 2 kids aged say 5 and 4 it would have been a problem. "great central location"
Great location, close to all amenities and within easy walking distance. Room was very clean, but without airconditioning it was very warm. if you head out at night ,make sure you take the business card they give you on arrival as it has a door code and there is nobody on reception at night!

Hôtel Biarritz Océan à Biarritz. Très confortable. Très bien situé. personnel compétent et accueillant. Le prix journalier du parking est un peu trop élevé.

Personne à l'accueil en dehors des heures ouvrables Très ennuyeux quand on arrive par le train, par temps de pluie, obligés d'attendre dehors ...... c'est dommage ! Le reste est très satisfaisant

un 4 étoiles, sans double vitrage, chaise déboitée et sans canal+, passe encore même si cela mérite 1 etoile de moins. Mais les murs comme du papier et l'absence de feutrine sous les chaises et les tables ne permettent pas la cohabitation avec des familles bruyantes ou des gens mal élevés. Pour information, cet hotel héberge les serveurs du café de […] paris (meme groupe) qui terminent leur service à 23h00, arrive dans les chambres à minuit et prennent leur douche, parlent, rient et plaisantent fort sans se soucier des environs (des clients "payants"). Résultat : malgré la gentillesse des hotesses à l'acceuil, 6h de sommeil en 2 nuits (déplacement professionnel) MERCI. Pour l'hotel, la perte de ma clientèle, soit 45 nuits/an sur biarritz DOMMAGE. Die Zimmer sind sauber, hell und erstaunlich geräumig. Das Hotel hat eine gute zentrale Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß in 5 min an die Uferpromenade und an mehreren Lokalitäten vorbei. Die Parkplatzsituation ist gut. Man kann sowohl die kostenpflichtige Hoteltiefgarage nutzen oder die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze in der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel.

A este hotel, como muchísimo, yo le daría 3 estrellas, el cuadrilátero de las literas es de traca, los muebles de la cocina en mal estado, la decoración de pena, vamos que yo no sé dónde le han visto las 4 estrellas. "gut gelegen und praktisch"
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, und das mit der kleiner Küche sehr praktisch. Man hat zwar keine Aussicht aufs meer, aber man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Kann ich empfehlen. Preis Leistung is OK.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, bra läge med nära till allt. Var jättebra att bo i lägenhet med kök då det är dyrt att äta ute i Biarritz. Köket var fullt användbart och det fanns t.o.m. diskmaskin. Stor och trevlig lägenhet med balkong. Skulle gärna bo där igen om vi återvänder!

A 200m de la place Gambetta, 350m des Halles, 5 minutes à pied de la Grande Plage de Biarritz. Accueil très souriant, discret, professionnel. Agréable petite terrasse avec du soleil tout l'après-midi.
