The hotel staff was friendly, although the front desk is understaffed, so prepare for waiting. Location is good and when I had to run errands the staff was very helpful in taking me around in a van. is the best hotel for the price in Panama

Every time I come to Panama City, I always stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are great, the casino is nice and the location is the best.

This hotel is very good for the money; however, this is not a family hotel.

This hotel is well located in panama city. Very clean and secured. The service is great too.

It is not a 5* hotel, but not a 1* either, somewhere in between depending on what you are looking for. Definitely a good business hotel, definitely NOT a family hotel due to the environment. I will not stay here again. Was there for 7 nights. A day did not pass without problems with my stay. Maid service was bad, didn't receive wake up call on last night stay. Staff knocked on door often when my DND sign was up but could not get them to come when needed.. This is not a 5 star hotel.

The Italian lady in charge at the reception was highly professional and displayed genuine interest in accommodating requests which ensured a fantastic stay -great customer service everywhere else in the hotel too!

Stayed one night and the bedroom was outstanding. The location is good and the service was outstanding as well.

This hotel is fine it is centrally located has a casino, its an older hotel though to keep that in mind. The casino can be a bit seedy though.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband at the end of September and he is staying there for 2 nights this month. They have decent food in the hotel if you don't want to leave. great food., not expensive for traditional standards. they have a $7 (as far as i remember) plate of pasta, you can repeat if you want, great !!! breakfast is also very good, not expensive. nice people. great room. We stayed at the veneto for 2 days over the weekend to take in the panama city sites and night life, before we went to isla grande. We are a couple in our early 30's from the miami area that loved the night life in panama city. The friendly locals and music rival some of the best clubs in south beach, fl. The veneto was a comfortable/clean stay with […] its central location to all of sites ie: panama canal/milaflores, old panama city, casco viejo, hiking in the national parks, local and international restaurants, lounges/clubs..so on and so on. The staff was friendly and the casino was a fun area to gamble a bit or drink prior to hitting up the town. The tours desk was something else out of a nightmare...we DID NOT use the tours desk. Communication with the tours desk was NOT great. I recommend just taking a local taxi to see all of the sites in panama city, which can be done in about 1 day. We offered about $50 for our local taxi to take us all over panama city to see all the sites listed above wit the exception of the night life portion. The hotel taxis were about double the price and super expensive. You can get to most areas of panama city using the local cabs for $2. You never ask the price of the taxi fare because you will def. be overcharged. Over all our stay at the Veneto was great and We will def. stay there again. Подробнее

My husband and I booked a special rate/deal at the Hotel Veneto via hotels.com and it was great. The hotel gym and pool were big and the rooms were comfortable. This was my second and last time to stay at the Veneto. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the internet doesn't not work correctly. Veneto is the classic Panamenian hotel with a nice casino and good food, the skirt with shrimps at the new york restaurant is excellent, not to mention the sushi bar food which i consider the best sushi in Panama.

This hotel has the best sushi bar in town. It is located in the red area, no it is definitely not recommended for families.

The Veneto Wyndaham Hotel in downtown Panama City is an excellent choice. It has clean rooms, nice pool area, sushi restaurant and casino.

the customer service excellent but they have to focus on lingual aspect, they should have English speaking staff for the convenience of foreigners. otherwise everything was ok.

The hotel was very busy. Lot's of people and activities. The Casino was great, also very busy. Hotel and casino staff were not very friendly, and spoke little English.

The hotel was centrally located with a Las Vegas style casino. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The location makes it very convenient to sightseeing and shopping. I recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Hotel is centrally located downtown near various other hotels and casinos. There is shopping nearby and many restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and I recommend the skirt steak. The Veneto is a very comfortable hotel. The resturant food is good. Great service. All in all if I return to Panama City I will stay at the Veneto again. My husband even got lucky at the POKER!!!
