сначала показалось, что райончик не очень.. страшноватый. Но потом оказалось, что первое впечатление ошибочно. Расположение относительно удобное. До Колизея по прямой дороге минут 20 пешком. По пути очень уютный магазинчик с вином и сыром. Комната в отеле приличная, чистая, каждый день меняли полотенца и прибирались. Персонал очень приветливый!!

С 21 по 26 аплеля 2012 года. Наше пребывание было недолгим, но весьма приятным! Отель мы бронировали заранее,отзывы об отеле на сайте не обманули!Итак,расположение отеля более чем хорошее, практически все достопримечательности в непосредственной близости,если нет,мы ездили в основном на такси, хотя станция метро находилась недалеко!В ближайшем расположении хорошие недорогие ресторанчики и более респектабельные, сотрудники отеля помогут и посоветуют!Самые теплые отзывы о сотрудниках отеля - милейшие, отзывчивые люди!Что по-моему очень важно!Номера маленькие,но чистые!Для тех кто ищет хорошее расположение по отличным ценам-отель весьма подходящий!!!

В номерах очень чисто и комфортно, хотя они и не такие большие как выглядят на фотографиях. Вежливый и приветливый персонал. Отличный завтрак. В целом нам очень понравилось. Также большой плюс, что рядом есть супермаркет. До центра где-то минут 20-30.
Местоположение.
Welcome Piram Hotel, отель для семейного отдыха, располагается в сердце города Рим, в пределах пешей доступности от отеля Дворец Массимо, Римский оперный театр и Octagonal Hall. Также неподалеку: Парк Colle Oppio и Театр Систина.

При всём том, что всё в номере было и всё работало-абсолютно не уютно, ощущение что находишься в какой-то ночлежке (каменные полы, жёлтые стены, синие шторы, новодельная "старинная" мебель, в ванной не удобный душ без полочек,гель и шампунь в сошетах) сплошной депресняк. Бассейн и SPA-одно название. В общем, не советую.

"Теснота в номере"
Все в отеле оформлено под старину, фойе красивое, но номера: умываться в умывальнике модно было только практически сидя на биде (расстояние по полу от него до умывальника 20-25 см). Заказанное такси прибыло с 45 минутным опозданием
"Отличный отель! Всем рекомендую!"
Звездность, питание, сервис, расположение отеля соответствует описанию на сайте. Отличное расположение, в двух минутах от вокзала, но в тихом месте, хотя окна выходили на улицу. Питание 5 с +! Завтрак для Италии достаточно объемный. Кроме тостов с джемом, давали ветчину, сыр, кексы, консервированные ананасы, йогурт и несколько видов хлопьев. Кофе на […] выбор- эспрессо, американо или капуччино. Ужины отличные! Комплекс из 3-х блюд на выбор из 2-4 вариантов. Напитки за отдельную плату. Так же вместо ужина можно пообедать или взять напитки вместо еды. Убирались каждый день, меняли постельное белье через день. Без нареканий)) Единственный минус- проблема с сантехникой. Раковина в ванной была засорена несколько дней. Потом ее почистили, после чего появился отвратительный запах из водопровода. А в общем, считаю, что отель соответствует своей звезности. "Отель Welcome Piram Hotel на Via Giovanni Amendola 7, Рим"
Я заказал в этом отеле трехместный номер. Заказ был на трехместный номер с 3-мя односпальными кроватями типа twin bed, однако когда мы приехали, нам дали маленький номер с 3-мя односпальными кроватями типа single bed. Персонал просто отказался выполнять условия заказа. Одна из кроватей находилась прямо рядом с ванной. В номере не было буфета (там даже […] не было место под буфет). В ванной не было крючков для полотенец, и полотенца лежали на небольшой табуретке. В заказе также был включен "английский" завтрак, однако на деле нам подали обычный завтрак с печеньем. Отель позиционируется как 4-звездочный, но на деле заслуживает 1 звезду. Гостей там обманывают. Поэтому советую всем не доверять рейтингам и выбирать более приемлемый отель. Подробнее
"Хорошее место"
Не хочу перехвалить. Не хочу сказать, что цены в отеле занижены, или что это 5-звездочное заведение, но нам очень понравилось это место. Отель находится очень близко к вокзалу Termini. Я лично чувствовала себя безопасно. А номер был наполнен стилем и шармом. Отель выглядел так, словно в 40-50-е года он бы считался суперсовременным заведением. Затем […] в какой-то момент здание обветшало, но сейчас там сделали довольно приличный ремонт. Единственное недовольство: однажды над нашим номером проводились строительные работы, начиная с 9 утра. Сверху доносились стуки и было громко. Если честно, нам, наверное, следовало бы позвонить и попросить, чтобы работы прекратили, но мы решили просто пойти на экскурсию по городу, так как у нас все равно было мало времени. В целом, я бы рекомендовала этот отель молодым парам или даже группам друзей, приехавших на отдых в Рим. Подробнее
"Удобно по отношению к вокзалу Termini"
Выбрала этот отель из-за его удобного расположения по отношению к Колизею и главному вокзалу Риму. Номер оказался довольно простым, и телевизор не показывал английские каналы, когда мы приехали, однако потом все исправили. Шум с окружающих улиц был довольно сильным, особенно по утрам, когда сигналили машины. Чистота номера была на высоте, а служба уборки […] даже чистила ботинки! Отель стоит в 5 минутах ходьбы от вокзала Termini, удобно расположен по отношению к транспорту в аэпроорт, пригородным достопримечательностям и находится в черте города. Непосредственные окрестности отеля выглядят немного сомнительно, но сам отель находится на границе хорошего района с отелем/рестораном. Завтрак на крыше служит великолепным началом […] утра. No air condition, temperature was 28C in the room
The hotel was fine. The problem was the location. We were close to the train station. so that might be a good thing, but we were not close to the sites and the nightlife. "Friendly service, good location"
Enjoyed my stay, the location is very good, the hotel is a walking distance from most of the sights. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and best of all the service was very friendly. The breakfast got a bit boring after eating the same things several mornings but it was much better than expected and a good start to a day. "Nice place - great location!!"
The best thing about this hotel is its location - so close to Termini station!! The room was very spacious but the bathroom had a shower that was broken. The hotel is pretty clean in general - but the towels were not always very clean - which wasn't a nice thing at all! During our stay, they forgot to vaccum out bathroom floor one day. "In walking distance to everything"
This friendly hotel is located in a quiet street near the Termini central station. We arrived too early for check in, but the staff was friendly, looked after our luggage, and had placed it in our room for us when we returned a few hours later. The speak english well. The room was simply furnished, clean, airy, the bathroom looked newly renovated with […] lots of thick fluffy towels. Breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and salty alternatives. The only minus here was that the staff only remembered to offer us coffe once in four days (it is being served at the tables). but hey, in Rome, you drink espresso standing at the counter in one of the nearby cafes.. Hotel located close to airport bus & train terminal, 5 minutes walk. the room is a bit noisy somtime, it depends on your room location/floor (I stayed on 1st floor), receptionists are quite friendly/helpful in general. Room temperature is hard to control, even though I had requested twice, but since March, the room temperature is O.K. room is clean. Hotel was very convenient to Termini train station, street noise was normal. Only issue we had was the sound insulation between rooms is not very good. Other than a loud person next door, we were very pleased with the hotel.

The location is great, close to the main train station. The hotel is clean. However the service of the staffs are just not as I expected. The lady at the information desk couldn't answer correctly the opening hours of Vatican Museum, which was OK. However, instead of looking up the correct answer using her computer, she quickly gave a wrong answer […] by guessing, 9am to 3pm she said, to dismiss us as quick as possible. (correct answer is: the Ticket Office is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Museums close at 6 pm.) "Th Hotel Piram, Rome Italy"
The Hotel was fine, but breakast was not what I expected. We were there for a week and every morning the eggs and the coffee were cold. If you are big on these items , do not include breakfast with your stay.

The heating system was hard to regulate. Location and general conditions at the Hotel were good to excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and responded well to all requests. I don't know if I would rate it a four star. The hotel was surounded by mainy small good resturaunts. It was an excellent bang for the buck.

Second visit to this good value hotel in very convienent position for transport links. Helpful staff,easy walk to good restaurants and shops. Small bar and restaurant on site. Roof garden not open at this time of year.

I was very disappointed with the hotel comfort. The description states that is was a 4 star hotel, but in reality I would give it 2 stars maximum! The room was very small with old and broken furniture’s, not to clean either. The air conditioning was set up for a temperature of 25 without possibility to change that! At night was way too hot. Good placed hotel near the railway station - the beds were very hard and small toilet but if you could live with this it was a good priced hotel. We did not use the hotel breakfast. Nice and service minded personel who was willing to provide information.

We asked 4 times to get water from bide and to wash our hands and face on basin. . Only a little stream to clean our teeths. Only shower was working. We stayed there 14 days. Anybody didn`t repair them. It is unbelief. . Never stay again in your hotel.

Good Room. With Air conditioning. But, no Heater. Not so sophisticated living. This can go onto a 3star or 2star hotel type. Definitely not a 4start. The service is really good. And the breakfast is good as well. I went there during an offer period. Otherwise I feel it is expensive for this type of room.

This hotel is extremely well located, only a couple short blocks from Rome's central railway station, Termini. It was very clean and had everything one needs, but it's old, has some maintenance issues, and staff appear to be a bit overwhelmed. When I first used my key to get into our room, the door handle fell off in my hand! It took a maintenance man, […] a bell hop, and the hotel manager, together, over an hour to get our TV to work. "nice location. poor internet service"
the hotel is in convenient location. the staffs are friendly. The room is average but clean. the only thing really sucks for me is the internet. it's expensive and it didn't work in the room. I had to go into very noisy and cold lobby using it and the speed was super slow.

"Not a 4 star hotel"
stayed for 3nights in a double standard bed room, It wasn't comfortable at all, there was no wardrobe where to put the clothes, the window was really small and it is was inside the building, you can see outside !! The staff wasn't helpful , we've asked for informations about restaurants and places to celebrate the new year but they didnt help.

Piram looks nicer than it is. Room shares a wall with another rooms bathroom and you can hear everything that goes on. Someone coughed all night in the adjoining room which made sleeping a challenge. When checking out we complained to the clerk and all they would do is say "sorry." Find another place to stay in Rome.

The service was unbelievably terrible, when I requested for a change of room because the shower didn't work and the room was not the one I requested for even though I got in early. I was promised repeatedly that it will be changed but it never happened. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel's location is very convenience only take three minutes to Termini station. The room is clean. There should be shower door in the bathroom instead of only shower curtain otherwise the water spread all over the bathroom.

Spent only 2 nights in November. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with great coffee. The location was close to Termini Station. We had only 1 issue, a broken toilet. We asked for repair which was not complete for 24 hours, luckily we has 2 rooms We were not offered another room or any accommodation.
