Мы только что вернулись с 4-дневного отдыха в Fontainebleau Miami - замечательного места, где мы с сыном праздновали его окончание школы. Отель в целом оказался отличным, с хорошей природой вокруг; замечательное место для водных развлечений. Наше пребывание постоянно прерывали грозовые ливни, поэтому приходилось покидать бассейн и пляж. Частный пляж […] оказался очень удобным, за исключением дорогих цен на прокат водных мотоциклов по сравнению с другими прокатами в этом районе. Море оказалось гораздо чище, чем мы ожидали. Завтракали мы только в ресторане Vida, и нам очень понравилось. Персонал в целом был великолепен. Единственной, что не понравилось, это ванная комната: я думала, она будет больше, принимая во внимание габариты отеля. Я не брала в аренду автомобиль, хотя следовало бы, потому что таксисты в Майами - ужасные водители. Это было единственным минусом нашего пребывания. Отель удобно расположен, всюду можно добраться за 10 минут. Ужинали мы в FAgo de Chao, а также ходили в кино и запускали воздушных змеев - все в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Приятный, чистый отель. Персонал отзывчивый. Парковка автомобиля служащим работает ужасно. Дорого. Напитки очень дорогие. Бесплатная вода у бассейна - большой плюс.

Отель находится слишком далеко от South Beach. Милое место, но слишком высокие цены. В номере нет предметов быта - все нужно покупать в собственных магазинах отеля, а магазины эти довольно дорогие. Каждую ночь вестибюль превращается в место отдыха/бар, пока все ждут открытия ночного клуба. Если у Вас будет номер над входом, Вы просто не сможете уснуть […] из-за сигналов машин, приехавших в ночной клуб, пока этот самый клуб не закроется. Мы жили на расстоянии трех номеров от лифта и могли слышать шум каждый раз, когда лифт останавливался на нашем этаже. Нам также были слышны разговоры гостей, идущих мимо нашего номера или кричащих через весь этаж - каждую ночь после полуночи. В ресторанах подавали изысканные блюда. Номер был чрезвачайно уютный, а обслуживание во всем отеле - превосходное. Моя жена сказала, что в этом отеле один из лучших спа, которые она вообще знает.

Отель огромный и насчитывает что-то вроде 5 отдельных корпусов; останавливайтесь в главном корпусе "Chateau". В этом корпусе недавно был сделан ремонт, и там можно найти все: тренажерный зал, рестораны, бары, ночной клуб, стойку администрации и т.д.). Прекрасный отель, чудесный персонал, очень приятно. Тем не менее, в ресторанах слишком высокие цены. 18 долларов за бокал среднего вина - грабеж. Отличный отель, но требует много денег. Я бы остановился там вновь, потому что у меня было, чем платить.

I am a frequent visitor to Miami/Miami Beach and I can safely say that The Fontainebleau had better step up their product for the amount of money they charge for their rooms. We were 'upgraded' from a deluxe balcony oceanfront room in the Versailles Tower to a Junior One Bedroom Suite in the Tresor Tower. There was absolutely nothing suite about this […] room. The shower and sink were clogged and the shower would flood the marble-tiled bathroom, making it a treacherous situation. The king-sized bed was one of the smallest, most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The carpets were stained throughout the room and the paint all over the room was chipped and worn down. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in all the adjacent rooms. What's worse, if you submit any complaints to the hotel staff, they simply request engineering to come look at the room, but they do not do their best job to accommodate you in a different room. I was told multiple times that a general manager would reach out to me regarding the poor experience we were having, but no one ever reached out to me. Listen, the hotel is an amazing experience. I will never deny that. Their pool area and atmosphere is top notch. There is much work to be done to get this to the 5-star status they strive to achieve. Подробнее

I liked the general ambiance of the hotel and all. But be prepared to pay for every little thing when you are there. They charged us 35 dollars per day for resort fee and that didn't include the shades at the beach so we had to pay an additional 25 dollars for that. Also there is only a small cooler that is sensor equipped that holds beverages sold […] by the hotel, so you can't keep any food or drinks of your own. No coffee machine in the room. A scene appropriate only for (unbecoming) young peopke who like to drink and party, wedding parties and convention attendees. Impossible to get reservations at the hotel restaurants. The Fontainebleau is a massive resort that has everything you could possibly need. The hotel is in fantastic condition and the amenities in the hotel are very nice. The only issue is that there are thousands of guests/hotel visitors at any one time and there are many families with kids running rampid. I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable, pools and beach fabulous. Very pricey (food and drinks - one drink at pool $16). It was a very nice getaway though and I would go back again.

Absolutely amazing! This hotel in itself is just exquisite! Beautiful rooms, fantastic pools, top service and great restaurants! A particular favourite was LA COTE restaurant! Highly recommend this hotel to all!!

I was placed in a room next to a family with four small children and the walls of the hotel were paper-thin!!! I heard every cry, shout, scream, complaint, etc....!

The original room we were given was not worth the price. It was too small and dated. We had an issue during the night due to lots of noise outside our room and outside through the window from the partygoers leaving the bar. Nice enough hotel, but not near anything. Have to take taxi to get to south beach restaurants. Nothing near the hotel (i.e. restaurants, shops, etc...). Staff great, beach nice, pool nice. Also expect resort prices. Ordered room service late night with my kids. Booked this hotel for a special occasion and was so disappointed, we were upgraded to a suite which was so dated and old and we learned later that all rooms in this building were due to undergo full renovations. When I explained how disappointed we were we were shown another small room. It was only when I went down a third time and by complete chance […] spoke to a supervisor named Tania that we were given a gorgeous room and received a box of beautiful cakes and a card of apology. It was a special anniversary and birthday so this was lovely. While her customer service was exceptional I could not speak the same for other staff, we walked out to get a taxi and the bell porter ignored us and kept talking to another staff member so we just walked to the street to get another taxi. Love this hotel

This is a great resort if you are looking for a cool, lively and retro Miami. Music is played throughout the hotel and pool area with different bars- The hotel offers a scene. The lobby turns into a club atmosphere in the evening and you can party at one of the clubs. We had a great time because we knew what to expect. There was a couple celebrities […] there during our stay. Staff was helpful and very friendly. This resort is obnoxiously expensive! Although the nightly rate is reasonable, everything else is not. We paid $25 for a drink, $20 for a burger and all the bills charge tax and 18% (which is actually convenient.) They charge a delivery charge for everything and nothing is included! accomodations were wonderful, but the service was very poor. Front desk staff need training. Gym attendant should be replaced. Gym is equiped well

We stayed on the 5th floor of Chateau.You can hear the music from the nightclub LIV all night until 500 am. Beware of the "lower" rates that put you in these rooms.Request a high floor or stay somewhere else.

Room was small. Asked to empty the fridge to put baby's milk = charge$. And how about an empty fridge again a charge?!?!? In this sense it wasn't friendly. Excellent pool area for kids and there was no charge for the chairs unlike the adult area where you pay for some comfort. Excellent service, but you pay for EVERYTHING!

Everything was great about this hotel. It's definitely 5 stars, which also means that you pay for it, but I went in expecting this. Room view was great from the Tresor tower. Service was friendly and very good. I would stay here again.

Not worth the price per night . We booked full ocean view and ended up with a partial view, which was supposedly an upgrade. Front desk under-staffed, one person is just not enough

Very solid for the price. Great pool, plenty of in hotel entertainment. Our room was very nice, for South Beach standards.

Nice hotel, a bit impersonal and pretentious but that is the style of the place. The place to be seen it seems by all the posing in the blu bar on a sat night. Over priced for experience but will suit many

My girlfriends and I take a girls trip to Miami twice a year. We always come back to the Fountainebleu. Great service, Really cool place to be. Lobby bar is fun and lively. You never have to leave the hotel.

Just came back from nights at the Fountainebleau Hotel, Miami South Beach. Wonderful hotel, excellent service. We were able to get upgraded to an Oceanfront room at check-in, by inquiring about availability, with not further additional costs. Food and Drinks were expensive, at hotel, but we knew that before selecting this resort. Miami is the 3rd most expensive city to eat in. Took 10 min cab ride out many evenings to downtown SoBe where more variety on price point for restaurants and shopping. Would definately come back to this resort for their amenities and ambiance. The last time I stayed at the Fontainebleau was nearly 12 years ago, so I was quite surprised to see how nice the nearly $1 billion renovations updated the historic hotel. Could not sleep, very noisy. We had to change the hotel room. Staff at front desk - rude and not very helpful. Great restaurants, well equipped gym and an amazing pool side.. We will not come back to this hotel.

The hotel takes advantage of those guests with a vehicle. 36 dollars a day plus tips. Too much expectancy placed on tipping EVERYONE! Beautiful hotel though, and if you have money to spend its a tough place to pass up.

Hotel is over rated they charge u for everything! Customer service is non existent. No one helps u w bags waited over an hour to change our room. Refused to give us toothpaste had to pay $4 for a trial size. Far from the strip, No comp parking 65 to park can't use showers after the pool gotta pay 35.... Pay pay pay.. hotel was very nice, but after spending a lot of money to stay the night at the hotel and spending money at a restaurant in the hotel the bouncers at the club within the hotel refused to let my party bachelorette party eneter the club. They were very rude and I would not go back again. Other than that the hotel itself is beautiful.

Not very family friendly, but hey if you like short skirts, then this is the place. Friday and Saturday nights are just eye popping. The pools are good and the proximity to the beach is the best on the beach. However, the meter is running as soon as you get out of the taxi.
