Очень хороший отель для тех, кто путешествует на машине. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Завтраки хорошие. Не очень, правда, понравилось кофе... Но это - на любителя. Если я поеду в Неаполь, то, думаю, остановлюсь тут же.

Recently we returned from the island Ischia where we stayed at the Grifo Hotel. We liked it a lot because it has many strong points: it is not big and therefore the staff is not numerous. But each and every (no matter a waiter or a manager) know how to provide a good service. For a example, on the second day the waiters know what you prefer to drink during the breakfast - water, tea or cappuccino. But we should give his due to the Grifo's owner - Alberto, because such a client oriented direction is specified by him - it is very important for him that the guests feel homey at Grifo. Though it is his work but he does it sincerely and with warmth. There was no a request which the staff could but did not satisfy. The hotel's atmosphere does not suppose loud night parties, vice versa it is a place for a quiet family rest. But it doesn't mean that there is no social life in the hotel - one evening Alberto invited a local musician who performed Italian and world's hits very beautifully. The hotel is situated on the hill and we were confused a little bit initially. But don't be afraid - almost all the time the guys from reception are ready to give you a lift to the seaside. Moreover, we appreciate the hotel's location because it's situated in the distance from the main noisy seaside road, where many other hotels are situated. So, if you like simple but perfect interior style, if you seek for silence and peace and finally if good service means much for you - the Hotel Grifo is a good choice.

"Замечательная гостиница недалеко от вокзала"
Искали гостиницу рядом с ЖД вокзалом. Эта гостиница полностью соответствует тому, чего можно ожидать от 4 звездочного отеля. Единственный минус - грязные окрестности, горы мусора и т.д. Но к самой гостинице, к сервису претензий нет никаких.
"Чудесный отель в г. Неаполь"
Отель отличный, удобно расположен по отношению к главному ж/д вокзалу г. Неаполь. В этом отеле нам понравилось все, кроме грязноватой прилежащей территории. Но опять же, этот отель находится в г. Неаполь! Определенно порекомендовали бы этот отель всем, что отправляется в Неаполь.

Если Вы отправляетесь в Неаполь, то это замечательное место для остановки. Персонал очень вежлиый и отзывчивый. Сам Неаполь грязный и опасный, но в этом отеле чувствуешь себя огражденным от всего окружения. Из-за дискомфорта, испытанного в ходе дневных прогулок, вечер мы решили провести на нашем чудесном балконе, наблюдая за движением машин на площади […] и наслаждаясь горным пейзажем. Обстановка в отеле красивая. Сквозь ультрасовременный декор видны старые кирпичные стены. Номер был очень чистым и приятным. Балконные двери полностью заглушали шум интенсивного перекрестка и наружный свет. Я высоко рекомендую этот отель всем, кто отправляется в г. Неаполь. Подробнее
Милый отель прямо в сердце г. Неаполь. Отличное расположение по отношению к историческому центру города, а также ж/д вокзалу и автобусным останвкам. Наш номер был современным, стильным и просторным. Тем не менее, Piaza Garibaldi - грязное и неуютное место для долгого пребывания.
Это современный отель с Wi-Fi и доступными компьютерами. Расположен в городском районе, поэтому рядом интенсивное движение дорожных улиц, которые нужно переходить ОЧЕНЬ осторожно. В номере (в передней части отеля) было шумновато, но с закрытыми окнами все становилось нормально. Думаю, лучше просить номер в задней части отеля. В радиусе 3 кварталов есть […] хорошие рестораны. Ж/д вокзал находится на расстоянии 3-ех кварталов. На улице лежит мусор, собранный в кучи. В остальном, существенных проблем не было, но мы вернулись в номер в начале вечера. Подробнее
"Красивый отель 2 квартала и видно с Depot"
Нам нужен был номер недалеко от ж/д вокзала, потому что мы остановились в г. Неаполь на один день, и нам не хотелось далеко идти с багажом. Этот отель подошел отлично! Площадь между вокзалом и отелем была на ремонте и представляла из себя лужу грязи, но нам понравилось то, что здание отеля было видно прямо с вокзала. Абсолютно легко найти. Номер оказался […] очень новым и современным. Спутниковое ТВ с CNN на английском. Хороший Wi-Fi. Современный лифт. Мы жили в Una Hotel три дня. Отель очень удобно расположен в Piazza Garibaldi, рядом с главным ж/д вокзалом, остановкой аэропортового автобуса, метро и поездами до г. Помпеи и г. Сорренто - идеально. Территория внутри Piazza Garibaldi находится в состоянии масштабного ремонта, но это не умаляло полноты вида на Везувий и не создавало нежелательного шума. […] Снаружи был слышен гул моторов машин, следующих через этот населенный район, закрытые окна и ставни сводили шум к минимуму. У нас был очень приятный номер на втором этаже с видом на Piazza и Везувий и с отдельным балконом, который был отличным дополнением к номеру. Ванная была огромная и очень удобная, с великолепным, сильным душем, унитазом, биде, большой раковиной и подогреваемой полотенцесушилкой. В ванной такой был красивый мраморный пол и окно со ставнями. Кровати удобные; я люблю матрасы пожестче, поэтому я ночью хорошо выспалась. Единственный недочет - мы хотели двуспальную кровать, но получили две односпальные, но мы были настолько довольны номером, что даже не стали жаловаться или просить персонал разрешить проблему (мы даже не знали, был ли обработан наш заказ до заселения). В номере также был современный плоский плазменный ТВ с большим выбором каналов, включая MTV, BBC World, CNN и Sky Sports. Еще там было много место для хранения багажа, сейф, два стула и стол, и все это с прекрасным освещеним и лампами у кровати. Номер был очень современный и хорошо оборудованный качественными вещами. Завтрак включен в стоимость и проходит в ресторане на 6-ом этаже. Официанты были очень дружелюбны, хотя всегда заняты и не всегда доступны. Еду на столе нужно было постоянно пополнять, из-за этого возникали задержки, но мы не голодали. Very nice hotel. The hotel is about 5 minutes away (walking) from the train station, which was very convenient. The entire place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, they had a very nice breakfast available (free) on the roof.
"Nice hotel but not so great of location"
The hotel is a nice updated contemporary hotel. Location is great for train station access, however, be ready to wear earplugs. The neighborhood is extremely noisy. Busy with cars, businesses and people. Constant horns honking throughout the early morning. Nice hotel just would have preferred another neighborhood.
"UNA Napoli - Beautiful Hotel, scary location"
The ambiance of this hotel is very modern yet warm. Very clean and well decorated. I would definitely stay there again if the location was different. The hotel is close to the train station which is a very slummy and scary part of Napoli. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the nicer area of Napoli.

"Good hotel in central location"
The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the beds are nice. Feels just like a 4 star hotel and other coroprate hotels although it lends itself nicely to other guests as well.

Reasonable rate and very modern, comfortable, and clean room. Hotel is impressive looking with many amenities. The breakfast on the upper deck was also very impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel, considering the rate and its amenities.
"It Was Okay"
The location was good for our needs. I we were close to the train station for excursions to Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii, and Sorrento. We didn't explore Naples more than 5 blocks around the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was old, meaning not updated in many years. It was functional. The setting for breakfast was great on the top […] of the hotel. The food was good except for the scrambled eggs and bacon. The chef really didn't know how to prepare that food item the eggs runny the beacon undercooked for our taste. The location provided some good restaurants within a block of the hotel. The square was dirty being quite a bit of liter around. Something not seen in Pisa, Venice, Rome, or Florence where traveled on this trip. But Naples was charming. "AT YOUR OWN RISK"
I'm about 30 yrs old, just married. We toured Italy and Napoli was one of our stops. While the city itself is VERY dirty and at times unsafe the Una Hotel was great. If you need to go to Napoli, this is a great place to stay. They are located about 200 meters from the main train station at Girabaldi Plaza. I would never go back to Napoli because the […] city itself was run down...words cannot describe how gross this city was. I'm sure there are some nice areas but OVERALL my recommendation would be to go elsewhere. There was garbage everywhere and dog sh** all over the sidewalks every where we went. The hotel is very centrally located, it was easy to spot from Napoli Centrale and a short walk from there. We were given our room very quickly even though we were early. Theroom was small but had fabulous contemporary decor, the bathroom was also really nice. Even though this was a highly busy location, the room had great soundproofing. "Great stopover for travel in and out of Naples"
For those taking a trip to the Amalfi coast or other destination from the port of Naples this is a perfect transfer point. 200 meters from the train station they offer great rooms well above expectation as well as a good breakfast on a fabulous rooftop terrace.

This hotel is just across the square from the railway station in Naples. Getting over there on foot is tricky due to the traffic, which is worse at the moment due to building and road works. "Great Hotel close to Train Station"
We used Naples primarily as a launching spot to visit Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast, so the location of this hotel was very convenient (5 min walk from the train station -- just across the piazza). Nice Hotel. Clean room, good security, courteous staff. Great Breakfast. I think they should make Internet access complimentary and wireless everywhere. I paid 50 Euros to use the Internet for 48 hours. Otherwise, the hotel is in a central location.

We stayed in this hotel one night to bridge between our boat from Capri and our flight the next morning. It's a 15 Euro cab ride to the airport, and we'd suggest that over public transportation. Hotel UNA was great!! The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was helpful. Very convenient location - it is very close to the train station.
"Hot, and not in a good way"
We had a horrible experience with this hotel for 1 major and 1 minor reason. Minor reason - in room internet does not work with Macs. They know this (though they didn't mention it until I went to the desk for the 3rd time trying to figure out the problem). For a business traveller this is a pain but potentially bearable. The biggest issue was the lack […] of air conditioning in the room. It was cooler in the hallways and often cooler outside than in the room! They supposedly have a room-controlled system but I think it was just a decoy. You can only adjust the temp by 3 degrees in either direction. Which would be fine if the system actually supplied cool air. Air goes on for 1 minute and then shuts off, not enough time to cool down a hot room. After 2 sleepless nights I asked for another room (they hadn't offered this) but it was just as hot. One person at the desk finally said that the system is programmed to only go 4 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. That means if it's 90F (32C), which it was in May, your room at best is 86F (30C). They tried to tell me the temp was fine for them and it was just me. But laying prefectly still in bed with no sheets on and still sweating is not fine. Подробнее

Melhor opção de napoli para quem esta a pé. Novo, moderno, limpo, atendimento bom e a localização é ótima, na frente do terminal de trem central. (5 euros de taxi). Ao redor, é napoli (sujo e feito) iguais aos outros hoteis. Não tem estacionamento. Próximo da pizzaria De Michele. Fica no meio de tudo. 10 euros para porto. Davanti alla Stazione Garibaldi, con camere di buon comfort (non eccellente) e colazione in un terrazzo panoramico molto gradevole. Personale disponibile e molto cortese. La posizione permette di raggiungere rapidamente tutte le attrazioni di Napoli, con bus e metropolitane. Può prestarsi a critiche, dato che è addossato a due mercati piuttosto "colorati", […] di alimentari e di generi vari (Forcella). Qualcuno può considerarli "invasivi" o "addirittura a rischio". ホテルの総評としては、すごく良いホテルでした。 ナポリセントラル駅からも近いですし、ナポリ空港からバスに乗り、降りてホテルまで数分の場所でしたので。（※バスアナウンスはないので要注意です※）ナポリ市内に向かうにも徒歩20～30分程度で、道中お店も多く、カフェもありますので、ゆったり街を見て回りたい方にもオススメできるホテルです。また、チェックアウト後でも荷物が預かってもらえるのは本当に助かりました！預けていても荷物がなくなる可能性がある地域、と言われるくらいですが、ヘタな場所に預けるよりホテルならまだ安心ですしね（他よりも「預けた事実なんてない」といわれる心配が減るなぁという意味も含め）。 室内も大変きれいで、シャワー（お湯）も問題なく使えるし、トイレも同じくきれいで大変心地がよかったで […] す。室内は煙草は吸えませんが、ベランダで吸えるのも◎。 小洒落た雰囲気の部屋であるのも、日本と違う国に来たな～という実感がわきました。ただ、外の車等の騒音は深夜になっても結構していましたし、朝起きてもうるさかったですが、部屋の窓を閉めたら気になるほどではありませんでしたので、問題ありません。（車は本当にみんなクラクション鳴らしまくり・若干信号無視＋多少（？）無茶すぎる車が多いので、信号を渡るときにはナポリ市民について歩いて、歩くコツを覚えてください） 朝食は屋上のレストランでいただけて、天気の良い日はテラスに出て食べれるのも本当によかったです。アメリカンビュッフェスタイルなので、気楽にいただけますよ。 すべてにおいて、また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした。ホテルの方も日本人慣れしていますから、日本語は通じずとも過ごしやすいことには間違いないものと思います。 よく、ナポリは治安が…とかゴミも凄いし夜も怖い…と伺いますが、行ってその意味が本当にわかりました。夜１０時にナポリについたので、バス停からホテルまでの間、黒人さんばかりになり歩くのがかなり怖かったです（道路もゴミで溢れているので。。。）。 ですが、実際私たちは２人で歩いていたのでキャリーを持って歩いていても危険はなく、ナポリにいた３日間無事に過ごせていました。過剰に反応するのはいけませんが、でも荷物等の注意は怠らずに！ また、夜になるとホテル斜め前に移動販売（車）のパニーニ屋さんが来ていたのですが、そこは絶品でした！お隣にもピザ屋さんがあるのですが、それよりもパニーニは本当おすすめします。ホテルに泊まったついでに購入してみてはいかがでしょうか（頼むのに勇気が要りますが。笑） Подробнее

駅からも近く非常に便利な立地でした。 朝食も充実していて満足できましたし、スタッフも皆親切でした。 唯一の不満はWiFi接続が有料だったこと。このクラスのホテルであれば、無料で提供してほしかったです。 その他については不満はありません。

"ウナ ホテル ナポリ"
新婚旅行で滞在しました。もともとナポリは治安の面で心配だったので、駅前にすぐに荷物を置ける場所ということと、ウナはイタリアのチェーンで今回の旅行でホテルを検索しているとほとんどがいい感じの内容だったので、ここにしました。 実際にナポリは、少し治安に不安を覚える印象でしたが（実際に何もありませんでしたが）、ウナホテルは、駅から近く、ホテルも設備がとにかく新しく綺麗で、日本人向け！という感じです。朝ごはんも最上階のバーで食べますし、内容も一通り充実しています。鍵もICカード。水、お湯ももちろんきちんと出ます。TVも液晶。金庫もあり。 総合的に今回のミラノ～ナポリまで行ったホテルの中で非常に高い内容だと思います。カップルでもOK。あちらでは、ビジネスホテル的にも使われてる用。
Rent och snyggt, modern hotell. Tysta rum. Perfekt nära tågstationen men då är kvarteren därefter (lite skumma). Ska ni bo en/ett par nätter är det ett fantastiskt val. Bra frukost med trevlig takterass
