Отель расположен очень удобно, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. Все очень хорошо организовано. Единственный недостаток - нерасторорпная работа швейцаров и ожидание такси а часы пик. Всегда останавливыаюсь в этом отеле, когда бываю в Пекине.

Отель соответствует своим 4-м звёздам. Очень удобно расположен - практически над входом в метро! Из минусов - рядом практически нет продуктовых магазинов (ближайший в 15 минутах ходьбы или 1 станция метро). И ещё из минусов - депозит (при оплате наличными 300 долларов) - такого огромного депозита я ещё не встречал!

we started our asia adventure off in beijing. stayed in beijing for 2 nights, 3 days. This hotel was great! It was clean, sleek, great staff! We had breakfast included in our stay and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had a lot of international choices. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff is friendly and all speak some English, far more than at most hotels. Staff were helpful, but there were several attempts to up-sell me. Club floor with Happy Hour additional $50 a night, limo to the airport instead of Taxi, $80 vs. $14. Taxi instead of subway...Other reviewers recommended the club upgrade, but if you don't drink, or only […] drink beer, it isn't worth it. The appetizers were excellent, but there is a lot of great inexpensive food and beer in the area. The "health club" is a small room that didn't even have a full set of weights, and only two machines. We were spending the weekend in Beijing. The location was great. The staff spoke very good English and was very helpful. We upgraded to include breakfast and happy hour. That was well worth it. Happy hour was a great time to have a drink and some appetizers and rest. Breakfast was great too.

I liked this hotel. I t is in a great location so you can walk to many different places like Forbidden city, Tiananmen square and others... The room was great, comfortable and quiet. We found our room very clean comfortable and had every toiletry we needed. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful . It was very close to subway. Hotel staff were very helpful organising trips.. We had club room which included breakfast and Happy Hour. This was brilliant value. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bathrooms huge for a hotel. Loved the buffet breakfast and free happy hour was a great way to end the day. Close to major attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Beijing.

Having stayed at 5 other hotels in China throughout our stay we found the concierge to be the best here. Found us a taxi at peak hour when others gave up after 10 minutes. Made sure drivers knew where we were going and were always welcoming and polite. The bar was exceptional also with amazing staff.

I've stayed at over 10 hotels in Beijing over the past 4 years, and the Park Plaza Wangfujing was by far the best. It was important to me that the internet worked well, for Beijing this was a great connection. There was free wifi and ethernet in the room, and free wifi in the hotel. This hotel is hidden behind the Regent & hared to see/find. Very nice hotel in an area of other nice hotels. There is a subway station almost attached to the hotel so it is easy to get around. Forbidden City is about 20 min walk. Concierge can organize tours for you. Be advised that the tour may not end up showing you destination if traffic conditions […] force changes. everything in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the heating system which was shut down due to the regulation. Hotel provided us with a small electric heater and extra blankets. The staff in general were very helpful and tried to faciliate everything. I highly recommend this hotel

Our first "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke and often the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The fitness centre and pool cost 80RMB per day per person. Very misleading since they advertise a great fitness centre; there is a tiny gym only at the Park Plaza. The real centre is at a hotel next door. The American breakfast was good. I've stayed all over Beijing and China. This is the second time I stayed at the Park Plaza. It's well maintained, comfortable, the staff are friendly and the rates are good. The location is perfect for any tourist activities and walking to local attractions is easy. Would return any time.

Staff very efficient and friendly, hotel was clean and room good. Location was fantastic. Subway just around the corner but top shopping area and Forbidden City is in walking distance. Number 1 rated restaurant in Beijing is only a block away. Highly reccommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing. Our stay was near the end of their New Year's break and things were rather quiet. The staff was always friendly and greeted us politely. Park plaza is a great hotel, clean, lovely rooms, very central location and close to the metro so easy to get around to sights, also free wifi in the room which is great. We booked a tour to the great wall through the concierge which we were disappointed in because it was a full day but only 2 hours on the wall. The morning was wasted at the jade factory which is a tourist trap, I would advise to hire a private taxi and get at least 3 hours on the wall, there is really no need for a guide. My girlfriend and I were looking for a weekend away in Beijing;Park Plaza was a great choice. Easy location to find from the subway and the staff was great. Everyone was friendly, english speaking, and made the stay even more enjoyable. For the price you get a great room and I know we will be staying there again.

Just after arriving at the Beijing airport, I had no problem aquiring the transit visa for less than 72 hours. I changed my currency at the airport, the rates at the airport are much higher than the hotels in town. After waiting for a cab, I sat in a cab and the driver spoke no english and told me that he did not understand where I wanted to go. After […] sometime, a young driver came and told me that he knew where my hotel was and would drive me there. He took my luggage and put in his big SUV. I asked him, how much would it cost me to get to my hotel, he told me 550 yuan. I figured it out that he was a cheat and I told him to take my luggage out of his SUV. I took another taxi, the driver was nice, called the hotel and got the directions. At the end, I paid by the meter and it costed me only 85 yuans. Lesson to learn is please take the chinese version of your hotel name and directions to avoid any problems. Once I arrived at the hotel, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helped me in every way. They upgraded my room to the club floor (15th floor). The room was really nice and comfortable. The concierge booked my trips and did not push to take unnecessary trips. I travelled by the subway everywhere. The subway station is literally 5 minutes from the hotel and it costs only 2 yuans to travel in any direction. The staff is very young and is eager to please all their clients. Great stay. Подробнее

Overall an excellent hotel to stay in Bejing. Conveniently located near metro and many shops, restaurants, etc. The staff here are very friendly, especially concierge services. Good for helping you get a taxi and every small detail. Hotel greets you with a hot ginger tea which is nice when coming in from the cold.

It will become my default Beijing hotel from now on. Location is excellent--central with easy access to Line 5 of the subway which has quick connections to the other lines I needed. The service in this hotel is extraordinary. I asked the concierge about buying a subway ticket and he immediately pulled out hotel-bought subway cards that I could use and recharge during my trip and return and settle the balance when I left. Getting taxis can be a time-wasting nuisance in Beijing. Not here. I called 5-10 minus before I needed a taxi and one was always waiting when I got downstairs. Moreover, the concierge always wanted to know where I was going and then printed out a map for the cab driver. I couldn't find an ATM in an adjoining building--one of the staff walked over there with me to make sure I found it. I needed help a couple of times in my room, once for a problem with lights, another with my internet access, and hotel personnel turned up within minutes. The Continental breakfast is a great price (about $12). Not least, the room was quiet as I faced a pleasant inner courtyard. Wish I'd found the Park Plaza years ago . . . . Подробнее

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza. Took about 45 mins from airport to hotel. Taxi ride cost about 100CNY. We paid extra for the club suite which came with breakfast and happy hour refreshments.
