ОЧЕНЬ понравился этот отель. Мы с [теперь уже] мужем останавливались в этом отеле в медовый месяц и были очень приятно удивлены! После прочтения отзывов складывается впечатление, что отель расположен УЖАСНО далеко от всего, но это оказалось неправдой.. Во всяком случае, нам так не показалось (если Вы не любите ходить, или не можете по состоянию здоровья, […] тогда этот отель Вам не подойдет). Но рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка и вокзал. Также поблизости находится статуя Русалки и побережье. В отеле есть крытый бассейн и ванна с джакузи. Мы останавливались в будни, поэтому бассейн был почти полностью наш! Убранство отеля очень современное и все очень опрятно. Персонал весьма дружелюбный и улыбчивый. Мы заселились раньше расписания, а после того, как выселились, персонал согласился взять на хранение наши сумки, чтобы мы их не таскали целый день по городу! Они были очень добры и помогали нам с маршрутами. Ресторан (Otto's) тоже оказался очень хорошим; он находится прямо в отеле и обслуживание в нем на высоте. Lagekagehuset находился недалеко по улице, а продуктовый магазин Netto - прямо за углом. Мини-кухня позволила нам иногда оставаться в номере и готовить собственный ужин. Номера были чистые, опрятные и аккуратные. Единственное, что мне не понравилось, это отсутствие доступа в Интернет в номере - для этих целей нужно спускаться вниз в вестибюль. В целом, отель очень понравился. Послужил великолепным началом для нашего медового месяца (мы останавливались в нескольких отелях в ходе поездки в Копенгаген). Определенно рекомендую! Подробнее

В целом, приятный отель квартирного типа. Плюсы: хорошие габариты кроватей и самих номеров, чистота, посудомоечная машина с сушилкой в номере, большой холодильник, ванна. Самый большой недостаток - в номерах нет Wi-Fi, а за кабельный выход в Сеть нужно много платить. Не понравилось то, что нельзя было подключиться к точке доступа в вестибюле бесплатно. […] Еще один минус - отсутствие стоянки на территории отеля. Автомобиль можно поставить либо на крытую стоянку за довольно большую плату (стоянка пристроена к отелю) или на улице. И еще дин минус - метро и автобусная остановка находятся в 7-10 минутах ходьбы. Мы останвливались в этом отеле на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель удобно расположен по отношению к порту, поэтому до причала мы могли добраться пешком. Район красивый и безопасный. Мы даже отправились на экскурсию по Копенгагену на сигвеях через ToursCPH, находящейся у порта! Мы получили большое удовольствие от экскурсии! Номер был чистые и мило обставленный, […] нам очень понравилось, и мы были бы не против остаться там подольше, особенно, если бы рядом было побольше ресторанов. Единственным минусом нашего пребывания был слишком дорогой ресторан в отеле. Еда в нем была вкусная, но платить 18 долларов за тарелку супа мне не очень понравилось. Так как найти другой ресторан в окрестностях было трудно, мы были вынуждены питаться в отеле. Через дорогу есть итальянская пиццерия, где, наверное, можно было бы перекусить подешевле. Помимо этого, недалеко от отеля есть продуктовый магазин, и если бы не были такими уставшими и если бы у нас было соответсвующее желание, мы бы приготовили что-нибудь сами. Из аэропорта Копенгагена мы сели на поезд, вышли на вокзале Osterport, откуда до отеля было чуть больше километра; было не очень приятно тащить сумки, но все же лучше, чем за такси - на эти деньги нужно питаться! Учитывая стоимость, которую я оплатила за двухместный номер, состояние номера и уровень обслуживание в отеле - просто издевательство. На подушках пятна крови и грязи (очень заметно). В раздевалке у бассейна на полу валялись полотенца; когда я попросила у персонала свежее полотенце (в раздевалке не было), мне сказали, что у них их не было (ужас!), а […] когда я обратила их внимание на то, что вся раздевалка была усеяна грязными полотенцами, мне ответили, что уборка бассейна будет проводиться только через 2 часа. Когда поинтересовалась у персонала за стойки насчет ресторанов и билетов на поезд, те не проявили никакого искреннего интереса и просто ответили, что мы можем найти и то, и другое около центрального вокзала. В общем, все было бы ОК, если бы номер не был таким дорогим; я не думаю, что этот отель имеет хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Подробнее

Очень чистый, современный отель, чрезвычайно удобные кровати. Цена/качество хорошее (для Копенгагена). Заказали повышение категории номера по прибытии. Рекомендуем.

Great hotel for families. Very helpfull staff. Fantastic underground parking. The only issue we had was that the heating was not working on arival. Spoke to reception and it was fixed the very next day. Would stay here again.

Great hotel and a great location...a little quieter than down town Copenhagen. Not far from the little mermaid and even nyhaven was within a walk able distance along the waters edge. Not very many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, However the kitchen has everything you need and there is a small market close by. Nice bedrooms with separate bathrooms and even a laundry machine. Social space for self catering breakfasts or even heavier meals if desired. Wonderful but would help if staff had more local informaiton about late nite - early morning food. Hotel staff was friendly andn the property was in great wlking local to all....

The room was HUGE by europe standards (1 bdr apartment) and very clean and well appointed. Rates were very reasonable too. The hotel is slightly out of the way (10 mins walking from little mermaid, ~15 mins from central gallery, ~30 mins from the center of the action) but if you like space and aren't averse to walking (we ended up walking nearly 6 hours […] worth that day anyway), i'd strongly recommend this. This was an excellent choice for us on many levels. Copenhagen is extremely expensive and food cost a lot. There is a grocery store right next to the hotel and we ended up buying food and eating in the apt which is fully equiped with everything you need. We were very confortable and the room was always very clean. The only drawback is the location. […] Other than being near the Little Mermaid (which is not much to see) and the cruise lines, there was a pretty hefty walk to the metro to get downtown to see the major sights. We (three women) were spending 2 days in Copenhagen before a Baltic Cruise on NCL- We booked the hotel for 2 nights and arrived on the morning of Sept 1 at 9 a.m.- Hotel was available by train at station Nordport or by cab from the airport- area was very nice- walk to Little Mermaid and get on the Hop On -Off bus- great bakery right around the corner- […] hotel rooms were great- very nice living room with balcony,full equipped kitchen, twin bed room with ample closets, desk, large bath and washer and dryer-amazing-decor was very sharp Danish- pool area indoor- lovely restaurant- we wished we were there for a week- location to the ship(freeport dock) was just a short taxi ride. We were a family of 5 ~adults so chose to stay in an apartment rather than get 2 hotel rooms. Good points: Very clean. Modern furniture. Very small terrace but great bonus for some fresh air. + The hotel is well decorated and clean. The spa is very pleasing but can be crowded in the evening. - The girl in the receprtion didn't even bother to say hi when we arrived. The hotel is located little far from the city although it is near the castle which is a must see in Copenhagen.

We picked this hotel because it was convenient for us, when we came back from the overnight cruise to/from Oslo - on the Crown of Scandinavia . It was right around the corner. The hotel was nice and in a fairly decent location, with a supermarket next door which was handy. Our double room was missing a double douvet cover and the hotel were unable to provide one. The staff on reception could have been a bit politer i thought, but on the whole the hotel was fine. Asher

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the at the Adina Copenhagen. The apartments are good-sized and well equipped. Just eating breakfast and an occasional dinner in our apartment saved a lot of money in expensive Copenhagen. Also, when Our daughter stayed with us, the staff provided a roll-away bed and towels for her (although there was an extra charge, […] this was a great convenience). The staff were lovely and very helpful. Kudos to Jo at the front desk! Other positives: there is a Lakaguset Bakery (wonderful bread and sweet rolls) on one corner and a Netto grocery store on the other, makinfg shopping for food quite easy. The only downside might be the location. Even though it is very quiet, you do need to take a bus or train into central Copenhagen. We purchased a 7 day pass, and quickly became proficient traveling in the city (it takes about 20 minutes from adina to central station.) we actually enjoyed living 'like a local', but I understand that some people may not. The bathroom smelt, sink plug didn't work, dirty cup left on balcony from previous users and the cleaner came in early in the morning while we were still in the room. It promised to be a good hotel, but these things spoilt our stay.

We had planned to cook some during our stay, as we were staying in a studio with a "fully equipped kitchenette." There was a fridge, microwave, and electric teapot. I guess if I knew how to make pasta in a microwave, I'd be fine, but as it was we ended up still having to go into town to eat every night. We stayed two nights at the Adina before joining our Baltic cruise. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ladies at front desk were rude and unhelpful. Hotel staff did not seem to want to be bothered by guests. Only one computer for guest internet use. We arrived on Sunday and restaurants were closed. We had to exchange our American currency for Danish and rate at hotel was outrageous. Went to hotel restaurant 2 min after they closed kitchen. Bartender […] asked kitchen if they'd give us a sandwich. They would not. Room service closed at 9:30 pm. Train station is 10 min walk from Adina, which was easy. Hotel is near ship dock. Spacious room, convenient store with excellent danish cheese on the bottom floor of the property, within a half a block is an excellent bakery. Our only problem was parking our rental car the parking rates were extremely high in the garage below the hotel. Street parking was expensive too but was much less than the hotel garage. Easy access to Copenhagen through the trains system And really not a long walk to many attrractions. Very nicely appointed and immaculately clean. Great beds. great breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff are excellent. It has a great pool and gym and sauna if you are so inclined to use them. It is within walking distance of the port if you choose to walk to the ship but could be diffucult with lots of luggage. A taxi costs next to nothing from here. I had a two week stay for business and the hotel was perfect for this trip. Very comfortable, clean room. Having the full kitchen was great and a grocery store is in the same block as the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet an its a 10 minute walk to the train station, and then two stops to the city center.

The room was spotless when we arrived. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very responsive and professional and helpful. We stayed at The Adina Appartments for one night ahead of taking a cruise. This is a great way place to stay really close to the port, although not really good for the town centre, which costs £12-15 pound in a taxi. Copenhagen is a really expensive city, The Adina offers good value for money when compared to other hotels of a similar standard

I was very pleased with this hotel but found the location a bit inconvenient since the walk to/from the nearest train station was a good long walk. Since taxis are very expensive if walking is not an issue then this hotel serves well.
