Неплохой отель - чисто, много места, все современное. Хорошие три звезды. Легко добраться до центра, можно даже пешком. Основной минус - на ресепшене не говорят по английски.
Location.
Situated in Santiago's Las Condes neighborhood, Grand Hyatt Santiago is a business-friendly hotel close to Pueblito de los Dominicos Market. Additional area attractions include Palacio de la Moneda and Plaza de Armas.

Grand Hyatt Santiago has a full-service spa, a health club, an outdoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness facility. This 5-star hotel features business amenities including a business center, a meeting/conference room, and a technology helpdesk. The best hotel ever...big swimming pool, excelent gymnastics academy, excelent breakfast!!!

"Most relaxing"
We had a very beautiful view of the Andes from our room! Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, surrounding areas and in the spa. The bell-men, and concierge were very helpful on more than one occasion. Most staff were muti-lingual. My only complaint... after arriving late, checking in and attempting to eat dinner at any of the five on site restraurants, we […] had to leave the premises, because the restraurants were filled up with private events. Great location very close to wonderful shopping center, food court and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to metro. Beautifully maintained rooms, pool area, lobby, etc. Excellent service.

La tarifa de un hotel de esta categoria no puede ser sin el desayuno incluido, parece una verguenza pagar el desayuno, al igual que la conexion a internet. No es un hotel de una estrella
Hotel bastante confortável e muito bem localizado. Lamento que o serviço de acesso remoto a internete seja cobrado, a maioria dos hoteis que eu me hospedo este serviço é gratuito.
"Hyatt Grand Santiago Chile, food unimpressive"
The food, especially the breakfast was not up to standard for the Hyatt brand or the price paid. Breakfast was this make shift buffet in the lobby with a poor selection and no real tables to have meal, just sofas and coffee tables and the price for this was excessive..

ホテルの部屋がとてもきれいで、また、広くよかったです。 アメネティがホテルのSPAのオリジナルのもので、匂い含めとてもよかったです。 朝食が別ですが割高に感じました。ルームサービスが手ごろな値段でそちらを活用し、満足しました。

"Hyatt em Santiago é Imperdivel"
Adoramos o atendimento, toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa principalmente no que diz respeito a informação ao turista. A localização do Hotel é otima fica ao lado do Parque Arauco ponto de partida do Bus Turistic que facilita a vida do turista e um otimo local p/ refeições e lazer.
