I took my boyfriend there based on recommendations so we could go to the Giants game. We ended up staying an extra day! The guy who owns the place works the front desk in the daytime and he is SUPER helpful! He maps out where to go, gives you suggestions, and warns you which areas to stay away from. He also helps you figure out public transportation […] if you don't want to take your car. He is very friendly and lets you keep your car there the day you are leaving so you can do a bit more sightseeing! He made the stay worth it! The hotel service folks are very welcoming and will try to accommodate you in every way possible. As far as the quality of the hotel, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for considering the nearby higher rated hotels charge upwards of $600/night. excellent. the front desk manager mr. Ricky was so very helpful. He would find a solution to any problem you would face regarding the stay, the eating places around, shopping, traveling etc. Room had almost everything needed. Except for a small problem with the shower, everything else was in perfect condition. I would definitely go back.

I stayed here while attending a conference due to the more reasonable rate. The neighborhood was questionable and I would not advise walking around after dark. I stayed alone but if my family had been with me I would not have stayed. Also the beds were short sheeted so sleeping was uncomfortable. The staff is freindly and competent. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed; TV, mini frig, microwave, ironing board & iron, hair dryer. It's a great place to stay for a few nights. Clean rooms and an extremely friendly staff (Ricky - front desk). Very much worth the nightly charge, which is reasonable in San Francisco.

The hotel was ok! But the owner was amazing! He Let me park there in the morning before we could even check in and allowed us to stay there the next day after check out! The owner was great and it was an easy walk to AT&T stadium and a 15 dollar cab to pier 39! I am staying here next time for sure :)

Very close to Moscone Center, to Whole Foods and Safeway stores, to Caltrain station. Has MW and fridge in every room. Nice clean spacious room. A bit noisy surroundings, but sleeping with earplugs helps. Will stay there next time.

I gave my ratings keeping the great price in mind. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. I felt safe and welcome. And in this economy, it's affordable. Great little motel, great location, great prices.

The hotel was older and showed its age, but the room was clean and comfortable. the service was stellar!!!! The front desk clerk let me leave my car there all day even after I checked out. Will definitely stay there again!

Not a great hotel. Nothing fancy and showing its age but clean. Convenient location sketchy neighborhood but close enough to good stuff. Great front desk guy made the stay worth it.

In a town where hotel prices are typically astronomical, this place was inexpensive, clean, and bug-free. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but it was a perfectly adequate place to stay near the Moscone for less than half the price.

it was ok; room was fairly clean; need to pay a bit more attention to detail in cleaning rooms as many horizontal surfaces that aren't obvious are dirty; management was nice but also pushy about more money and how much he could be making on the room since the city was full up hotelwise this weekend; he charged more per night than was set up with hotels.com […] and added unsubstantiated costs onto the bill at the end of my stay; he did not have coffee or rolls as was advertised and there was no cream; each time i asked for anything, he came across like i was costing him money; the neighborhood is ok but stick to 5th street to go on toward the BART and city transit as 6th st. is a little dicy; it is a little noisy in the room but not that bad and i wore some ear plugs for added quiet. there was no chain on the door to lock but it did have internal deadbolt; maids didn't make up room one day and when asked about it got testy with us; the manager should understand the concept of customer satisfaction instread of having someone over a barrel as they can't go stay anywhere else. i would consider staying there again but i would know what to expect. cost was fairly reasonable but, if you want assurance and quality, go to a mainstream hotel. Hotel is conveniently located for a one night stay. It is no where suitable for your vacation destination. Its old and worn out. NEVER take your shoes off in the room as you will stick to the carpeted floor. Bed was comfortable however. Good for overnight stay if youre just passing thru. Front desk clerk is very helpful and accomodating.

I have found this motel to be a very resonable opion in the heart of the city. Located in the SOMA District it is an easy walk to MUNI, Bart, and cable cars. Also located near seveal good restaraunts and cafes. Booking through Expedia will save you a lot of money.

If your just looking for a place to sleep and shower for a reasonable price this is the place. Ricky at the front desk is the BEST, he made our stay unbelievable! His goal is to make sure your happy. Honestly if it wasn't for Ricky we would probably stay some place else just for the mere fact of a change of scenery. Hotel was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Front fascia on the bathroom sink was coming off, hanging by one screw. You could see light coming from all around the door, even when it was locked. A little mold or mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain. I had a good night's rest all the time i was there.

The room was very clean but it was not maintained well. Baseboards and door frames in terrible condition. Need to be replaced. Hotel advertised pastries and coffee in the am. There was none. The desk clerk very kindly gave us hot water for the tea bags that we brought with us.

The Manager at this hotel could not have been nicer! I arrived around 9pm & he greeted me by name when I walked in. Once checked in, Ricky walked outside to make sure I had a parking space & that I locked my car. As a single, middle aged woman I wouldn't have walked in the area alone at night, though I was assured it is very safe & never felt uneasy. Convenience to both the highway and my work were excellent, but their rate was a bit high for the a motel. The room had a small microwave and a nice size fridge so I was able to get prepared meals from Trader Joes (about a mile away) instead of restaurants. The first thing that happened to me on my only night stay here is that I plugged my laptop into their system, and boom, a virus crashed my computer. I couldn't use it again until 4 days later due to repair time (and expense). The managers office stunk like Indian food. Curry, I'm guessing. When we entered the room, I could immediately see that the king size bed wasn't a king, so I had to go back to the office and get a room with the bed that I needed. Being 6'7" requires a king size bed. The traffic was noisy at all times. A busy street right next to a interstate freeway makes for a loud visit. The should call it the Bay Bridge Freeway Inn. The manager did let me keep my car parked in their very small parking lot after we had checked out of the room. Walked to AT&T Park from the inn. Cars had to double park in the parking lot due to the small size of it all night long. If someone had to leave, it took multiple car owners to move their cars in order for one person to leave the lot. Parking was free, but it came with a price. Подробнее

Staff was very friendly! We booked the place based on its walking distance to the ballpark. With that, they let us leave out car there 3 hours before check in time to make it to a game along with letting us keep our car there till 5pm the next day as we explored the city.
