ОТДЫХАЛИ семьей в период с 22.12.2011-3.01.12 расположен отель в 20 минутах от ЦЕНТРАЛА(ЕСЛИ ехать на трамвае) в принципе это далековато от метро, сам отель чистенький остановка на автобусы и трамвай прямо напротив отеля-забегаловок чтобы покушать очень много-но все китайская кухня,ресторан Пекин -который находится в отеле-не советую дорого и не вкусно […] хотя каждый день там был аншлаг китайцев!!у нас был номер на 15 этаже" свит" две односпальные кровати совмещенные в одну и отделенные раздвижными стеклянными дверями с другой комнатой - где стоял маленький диванчик на нем спал 5-летний сын и поставили раздвижную(хорошую)кровать для старшего сына интернет в отеле очень дорогой и минус -не было в номере комп.в номере было рохладно тк сплит система толька для охлаждения .желаю удачи!!! Останавливались в отеле в марте 2011года. Жили 10 дней втроем с ребенком в обычном двухместном номере.Номер не очень большой, но удобный, легко поместилась дополнительная кровать. Порадовало наличие вместительного шкафа и большого количества выдвижных ящиков, куда мы сложили наши вещи и покупки . Номера с видом на гавань побольше, с перегородкой, отделяющей […] коридор от комнаты. Они расположены рядом с лифтом и этот самый вид изрядно загораживают стоящие рядом с отелем высотные здания. Так что мы были рады, что не стали переплачивать за такой номер. Персонал отеля внимательный, трудностей при общении не возникало. Отель расположен не в центре, но недалеко, 15 минут неспешным шагом до ближайшей станции метро.Напротив входа в отель - трамвайная остановка, 10 минут на двухэтажном трамвайчике - и вы в Сентрале. Проезд стоит 2 местных доллара для взрослых и 1 для ребенка. Советую для оплаты проезда пользоваться oktopus сard. На улицах рядом с отелем масса маленьких кафе, где можно поесть блюда национальной кухни. Там же продаются сушеные морепродукты. Завтрак в отеле можно купить на месте, причем при оплате на ресепшн получается чуть дешевле, чем в самом кафе. Затрак - шведский стол, присутствовали пельмени двух видов, сосиски, картофельное пюре,колбаса, хлопья , молоко, выпечка; из овощей - помидоры, огурцы, салат; из фруктов- арбуз, ананас, бананы, папайя. Завтракать можно и в любой кафешке рядом с отелем, большинство открывается рано. Если нравится китайская кухня, то это даже лучший вариант, получится дешевле. В целом нам отель понравился, с удовольствием остановились бы в следующий раз. Замечательное соотношение цены и качества, рекомендуем. Подробнее

Nothing much to write home about but a reasonable priced place (by Hong Kong standard) if you just need a place to sleep and not spending much time in your room otherwise. The bed however is small (the two single bed type) and uncomfortable (feel the spring inside the mattress).

Location - Impossible to get anywhere from this hotel. Taxi's are hestitant to stop particulary on game day during the 7's and forget public transportation, by the time the bus stops across the street from the hotel, its full. Comfort - I can difinitively say this is the most uncomfortable hotel. the beds are like cement blocks, the pillows are well […] like cement blocks, the shower leaks, the room service is outrageously expensive for the quality, and the rooms are general need of updating. It was only an overnight stay before returning home so the hotel was perfectly adequate. The front desk staff were brusque and it was the only hotel on a three week trip that took a deposit at the desk before issuing a key and then awaited the report from room service before cancelling the deposit! A bit of a surprise.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. It's not particularly close to the metro but it's not too far away by taxi and it is in a good area. I really like how comfortable and spacious our room was (which is rare for HK!). Overall it was good value for money and I would stay there again.

Overall we had a great time, my only suggestion to F&B management is to upgrade the food served at buffet breakfast.

This hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered. Outdated, sad decor and hard as a rock beds. Not comfortable at all. My husband called them a "plywood box covered with sheets" We got woken up by a big group that was yelling in the hallway and the walls are very thin -- we could hear the hotel staff coming and going in the mornings. The location for us was the one thing that was very convenient and the tram stops right in front and it is very easy to figure out and take you to the ferry or MTR. It is definitely not extremely central, but good enough on the western side of the island. I would agree with other reviewers that said to just pay the extra money and stay at the nice Courtyard Marriot that was right across the street. nice place to stay with ; location is accessible to different spots; for services,,their were staff go beyond extra mile helping us where to go and what bus to ride but got some few staff esp. in the check in area dont wear a smile and dont know what package we get lucky i have my email details,,,but overall its ok

This is a very average tourist hotel. While room is probably a bit more roomier than the usually tight quarters offered by Hong Kong tourist class hotel rooms, the decor is very old and dated. Carpet is filthy. No complimentary botteled water provided, contrary to the hotel write up in Hotel.com.

Arrived and i was sent two times to different rooms the keys just wouldn't open. After bookin a queen double bed i was asignes two very hard beds. Just couldn't rest. Avoid if you can.

Affordable and excellent hotel in Hong Kong which is a difficult combo to find! Couldn't be happier with my stay in this vintage and well maintained hotel. The beds are very hard. The shower not all that clean and the water would not heat beyond slightly warm. The rooms are very small. Breakfast...I found to be unappetizing. And the service was sub par. Not bad, but not good overall.

It's OK only complaint is the distance to the nearest MTR. And that the shuttle service is not available after 7pm.

The price was attractive and the photos of the room looked very nice. But wife was a bit angry after we arrive and actually saw the room. 2 very small beds in an extremely small room! you almost had to walk sideways between the end of the bed and window to get by. the location was also a disappointment.

The Hotel is in a good location. Bus/trolley stops are right in front or nearby. The facility is old but well kept. Staff was helpful and efficient. Elevators were quite slow. Breafast restaurant was packed at 8AM. Food was so so. We rented 3 rooms for our family of six. IT was good value for our money. We would recommend it to friends.

Good as expected! Perhaps the Hotel can improce the Bathroom Shower as it is too small for one normal Asian Man to fit in, let alone take shower!

This hotel had a musty smell in my room, had no iron and had to ask three times to get one. Television was very old. Shower stall would not hold the average size westerner. Bad, bad,bad.
