Отель понравился, завтрак отличный, номера просторные удобные, интерьер достойный, сам отель новый. Единственный минус- это его расположение! Если вы не на своей машине, то очень неудобно добираться до отеля вечером, после восьми часов вечера, когда автобусы до отеля уже не ходят, а такси можно вызвать, только из центра города! А если идти пешком от метро, то это займет примерно 45 минут, не меньше!

Расположение отеля - супер. Сам отель оч.хороший. Завтраки - лучше не брать, позавтракать можно в кафе рядом. Самый большой минус - при бронировании указывалось, что в отеле Wi-Fi бесплатный. однако в реальности его не было ВООБЩЕ! Приходилось через телефон подключаться и платить немалые деньги оператору. Все остальное - оч.хорошо
Местоположение.
Отель Palace Hotel располагается в сердце города Комо, в пределах пешей доступности от отеля Площадь Кавур и Кафедральный собор Комо.
Особенности отеля.
Отель бизнес-класса предлагает следующие места питания: ресторан, бар в лобби отеля и буфет/продуктовый магазин. Беспроводной доступ в Интернет в зонах общественного пользования (за дополнительную плату). Отель с рейтингом 4 зв. предлагает следующие бизнес-услуги: бизнес-центр, конференц-залы (для небольших групп) и аудио- и видеотехника. По запросу: услуги консьержа, услуги по проведению бракосочетаний и обслуживание мероприятий. Дополнительные услуги отеля: многоязычный персонал, услуги прачечной и сад. This lakeshore town near the Swiss border has elegant parks and medieval buildings. It also has a busy industrial quarter based on silk manufacture, and is a fine place for shopping. A museum traces the history of Como’s textiles, which still supply the great fashion houses of Europe. Main sights are a handsome Gothic - Renaissance cathedral, and the Romanesque church of Sant’Abbondio, decorated with 14th-century frescoes.

Мы с удовольствием пробыли в отеле Palace. Отель расположен прямо напротив озера и в центре города, очень живописное расположение. Прекрасный сервис, и шведский стол на завтрак был включен. В нашей комнате был балкон с видом на озеро, что было очень приятно.
Отель Palace-Lake Como идеально расположен. Тихое место. Только один недостаток, что нет бассейна. (Мельбурн, Австралия).
Хорошее место. Не пошел бы опять пешком от станции. Возьмите такси.

Прекрасный отель в центре событий. Прилегает к старому городу и через дорогу от здания парома. Однако главная железнодорожная станция вне пешей досягаемости. Завтрак был милым, отель хорошо сложен, ухожен и хорошо укомплектован.

Нам понравился отель, он был прямо в центре Комо и имел несколько ресторанов в округе. Сотрудники были любезны и приветливы. Мы были там, когда ФК Милан выиграл чемпионат, так что мы знаем, что окна не очень хорошо блокируют звук, но опять-таки это была сумасшедшая ночь с многочисленными празднованиями. "Идеальное расположение."
Отель очень милый, заплатите дополнительно и возьмите комнату с видом на озеро. Вы не представляете, как это великолепно, открывать затворы окон и видеть самый потрясающий вид на озеро Como. Стоит каждого цента. Сотрудники были великолепны.
Очень милый отель и приветливые сотрудники. Хороший завтрак, хорошее расположение через дорогу от края озера. Интернет не был бесплатным (и был достаточно дорогим), когда я там был. В комнате плохо пахло запахом тела, когда мы приехали, и открытие окна и спрей не помогли. Не считая этого, никаких проблем.

we chose the hotel for its location as it was facing lake como. but rooms were not very special even though the bathrooms were pretty new. the rest of the room was fairly old. and when i asked for an iron board, they informed me that i can only use an iron board downstairs which you share with other guests, so i walked to the lobby to iron my shirt... The Hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk to everything Como has to offer. the staff were excellent, very helpful with directions, use of their IT facilities and generally pleasant to deal with. "Lake view is not as exciting as it sounds"
We booked a Lake View room. From first floor the lake view was a narrow gap between trees and buildings on the street - the hotel is set well back from the street running along the lake near to where the ferries leave. The lake could not be seen from our bed, only by standing at the room. So possibly not worth the extra cost. The double room was pretty […] small but clean. The air flow came from a floor mounted contraption that pumped out air but whose temperature could not be regulated, just the fan speed. The wifi is not free nor cheap. We had to ration 83 minutes wifi time over two days! Breakfast was perfectly fine and they made good espresso coffee at no extra charge. Staff were mostly helpful. One reception manager even loaned me his IPhone adapter when we lost one of ours. Location is perfect for access to the old town shopping area, the lake ferries and the Como Nord station. However, our train from Lugano and on to Milano came in at the S. Giovanni station which is a 5 minute taxi ride away. Como itself is not as pretty as smaller towns and villages on the lake but is well served by transport links. Подробнее

I took the advice of a previous reviewer and paid extra for a room overlooking the lake. They were right -- it was worth it. I even got one of the five balcony rooms. But the hotel could do with some upgrading -- no chair in the room other than the one at the desk, no safety bar to hold on to in the shower (with a very slippery tile floor). "Palace Hotel, Como, Italy"
Good location. Helpful, friendly staff. Our handicap accessable room was well equipped but only reached by a service elevator and quite noisy due to proximity to the kitchen. If you stay in Como I would recommend this hotel.
needed to call the service man couple of times to repair little things that were not working but received an emiddiate treatment.

Not only was it a wonderful hotel, the location is superb. The boat rides were right across the street (hotel faces lake), the main plaza a very short walk and lots of restaurants nearby. The train station from Malpensa Airport (to Sarano?) then Como, is also right around the corner. (There are two train stations in Como as well as Milan). "Beautiful Lake Views"
We used the Hotel as a base to go to the Italian grand Prix at Monza.We had paid extra and the view of the Lake was wonderful and not obscured by trees.The room was tall and elegant but not large, it would have been nice to have had an easy chair too. The ensuite was well appointed with a shower only but lots of towels ,toiletries etc. The buffet breakfast […] started early which was just what we wanted and was full of fruit fresh,dried and fruit salad plus cereals,meats,cheeses,eggs,salad and croissants etc.a very full continental breakfast with good helpful staff .Sunday was special with smoked salmon also. "Betten und Nachtlärm"
Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett Aufgrund der in Hotel.com gefunden Bildern haben wir Einzelbetten erwartet. Nachts war es bis ca. 02.30 Uhr sehr laut. Schlafen nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich.

Das Hotel Palace in Como liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt und der Schiffanlegestation. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Einziger Nachteil: Grosser Garten aber nur für Parkplätze keine Grünfläche zum sitzen (Zimmer haben keine Balkone).
"Hotel mit Charme am Comer See"
Haben dieses Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Frankreich gebucht. Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und ruhig. Lage direkt am See ist ideal um abends mit Seeblick essen zu gehen. Hebt sich wohltuend von vielen Hotelketten ab.

This is a rather good hotel located just by the water in Como. We came by train and found the hotel located just 100 meters from the station. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The building looks like an old castle. Very nice. What I missed was a swimming pool. Como is located by the lake with the same name. "Wonderful hotel and service"
From the moment we walked in and was greeted we had a 7 star experience. The staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful and beyond many 5 star hotels I have stayed at. The booking was just as we ordered and everything was explained and taken care of. We just went with the flow. The car was parked, the luggage came to the room, the food was excellent, […] the service top notch. Oh yeah, almost forgot: The room overlooked Lake Como and had double doors towards the lake and they could be opened! There is a bit of traffic around Como, but inside the hotel it was very nice and quiet. Woke up every morning rested and happy and felt like every vacationer should. Подробнее

Palace Hotel kan vi klart rekommendera. Fantastiskt läge omedelbart vid Como-sjön och gamla stan. Stort och elegant hotell med trevlig och kunnig personal. Piccolo som hjälpte till med bagaget och automatisk hiss för bilen till garaget (extra avgift/ dygn). Väl tilltagna rum. Stor och fin frukostbuffé.
"War tip top"
gute, preiswerte Zimmer. Buffet war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Sehr gute Lage, man ist fünf Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und auch von der Standseilbahn.

Well 20 years ago this hotel may have been luxury, time changes but this hotel did not. The hotel is run down and need renovation, the staff is very italian in the very slow way, like you are the costumer, and i dont care... service is not even an issue. So if you are going on a relaxing trip, where you expect to be treated by a king og a princess, […] well dont go there. "erg comfortabel hotel met centrale ligging"
als enige mindere punt en als ik er al één moet noemen, zijn dat de kleine liften waarvan er 1 van de 3 buiten gebruik was. Er zijn een beperkt aantal parkeerplaatsen. Veel vluchtwegen in het hotel.

prachtige ligging aan het meer dichtbij station en veerboten,ademt de sfeer van vroeger.kamers zijn niet groot wel hoog daardoor toch ruimtelijk, goede sanitair.ontbijten is wat stressig, te kleine ruimte voor dit grote hotel.Enig echte minpunt: veel te kleine onhandige lift.

Das Frückstücksbuffet war guter Durchschnitt. Jedoch auch hier der Service miserabel. Kaffee und Tee gab es nur nach Anforderung. Nachgeschenkt wurde auch nicht.
