Complimentary breakfast was great. Heating and cooling system was great (very quiet). Getting hot water took to long. Toilet seat was broken.

Arrived 20 minutes before 3:00pm, they made us and 6 other guests wait until exactlly 3:00 before check in, and the following morning we were running a little late, they called at 11:15am to make sure we were checking out, seemed a bit pushy!

Everything was adequate at best. Overpriced for the area and the customer service was non existent. Took 20 mins to check in because another employee called to discuss when she was coming in to work next and the front desk felt the need to carry on that conversation and completely ignore me. It's a regular motel. Everything was clean. One star off for the screen on the thermostat being broken. Wasn't a big deal because it was cool that day. During the summer I would've asked for a different room.

Location was needed for family event. Breakfast was not good. Pool very old, small and cold water, should be heated..

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and always happy to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable too. We will definately stay at this hotel again when visiting the area.

Greeting for friendly Carmen, first point of contact. Huge rooms, ample parking, protein at breakfast. Seeing the tv-remote in it's cradle telling "yes, I'm clean" made me smile. That's probably the last thing you touch before falling aslep, so it's nice to know you're not rubbing your eyes with who knows what bacteria from previous guest.

The room was great but the floors in the halls and elevator were awful--it's like they clean them once a week, not daily. Ditto for fingerprints on waste receptacles, etc. Ditto also for the entry walks--cigarette butts, papers, etc. First impressions mean a lot--our first impression was not a good one. And this is so easy to correct!

We really enjoyed our stay with Best Western in Sebastian, FL. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially Carmen who I believe managed the day shift. The breakfast was very good and a nice variety for everyone. We will be very happy to stay there the next time we visit that area.

Hotel room was fine but their security is a bit lacking. There was rarely a person at the front desk in the evening so anyone could walk in. The security door by the pool didn't have a lock, so anyone could just walk in from the parking lot without the front desk having a clue. Air conditioner broke in one of our rooms too.

The room was clean the carpet was clean it was nice to take my sandles off with no concerns. My only complaint is you couldn't zoom the picture on the television and there wasn't that many channels, and I couldn't find any towels pool side. I needed a hotel near a class I was taking in Grant and this was perfect. Mulligan's seafood restaurant right on the waterfront in town, Yellow Dog Cafe a few minutes north on Rt 1 near Palm Bay. the room was a drabby color and lighting was poor. Bed was comfortable, but bathtub area had mold around the wall/tub edge. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem that i see is the availability of TV channels. After a long day touring i would have enjoyed the comfort of the room if there was more tv channels available. We didnt even have ESPN available. We went for a friend's wedding and we were very happy with the cleanliness of room. People were very nice. It was a little hot when you first walk in the room since AC is not on, but it soon cooled. However, after returning from wedding at 11PM, AC had turned off automatically, so it was warm again. It took us a while to figure how to turn on again […] and get room cool. Told them around 3 that room had not been cleaned theyclaimed supervisor said it had been - front desk staff was not very accomodating. same thing happened end of April in Olive Branch Miss - We will NEVER stay at any BW again - in fact will go out of our way to stay at another hotel

I made a reservation for 1 room with a king size bed. Upon arrival I was given a room with 2 queen beds. I went back to the front desk and the clerk said there was nothing he could do and that there were no rooms available with king beds. I fail to see the point of making a reservation if when you get there they just give you whatever room they want. Great view of the Indian River from the upper floors. After a gruling day in 90 degree weather my wife experianced some heat exhaustion. She was unable to get into our room she asked the front desk for assistance. They checked her key at the front desk and said "It's working". She was still unable to get into our room and had to sit on the floor in the hall until I arrived 30 minutes later. Our entire stay the ac did not get below 79 degrees. I told the staff Member Bert and he came up to try and fix but unsuccessful and advised me to talk to executive management the next day. We were gone all next day then at night spoke with Kevin and he cane up and at least got it down to 78 degrees and brought up a fan :) Very nice but not what paid […] for especially being at the beach all day...On day of chech out I was issued a 10 dollar credit to my bill which was a joke since I didn't get what I paid for but I thanked Mori the FD staff and left peacfully. This hotel and Hrahms across the street are the only 2 decent places to stay in Sebastian/Grant FL area. Do yourself a favor, stop looking, book this place, the price is right, very clean with a breakfast, your not going to find any better!

Our stay this past weekend was wonderful. The only thing I would change, and we didn't ask so it might have been possible, is delaying a check out time if the motel is not crowded. Hotel was fine, the price quoted was an average and it did turn out to be about 10 dollars more a night than expected. Not a lot of 'nice' places to eat in the area. All the staff were courteous and helpful.
