The CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa overlooks the turquoise Caribbean Sea amid the velvet white sands of Rendezvous Bay, Anguilla. Spanish for the word "eel," Anguilla is located among the Leeward Islands of the Caribbean and incorporates British and French influences, as well as the indigenous Arawak Indians. Travelers will enjoy dolphin excursions available at Dolphin Fantaseas, approximately 5 miles from the resort. Music lovers will enjoy Anguilla's Tranquility Jazz Festival, held annually in November.

The Mediterranean-style whitewashed villas overlook an outdoor pool and manicured lawns exploding with fragrance, color, and texture.
The resort captures the local and international flavors in its beautiful landscaping and stylish restaurants with cooking classes. A hydroponic farm located on-site produces fresh vegetables and edible flowers through a state-of-the-art soil-free growing process. Harvested daily, the ingredients are then used in both the cuisine and spa treatments at the resort.
The 27,000-square-foot Venus spa features a fitness center with Technogym equipment and Kinesis system circuit training on the first floor; spa treatments on the second floor, including treatments such as Anguillian Massage, the Hydroponic Cucumber and Aloe Wrap, and the Repêchage Four-Layer Facial; and the third floor hosts open-air massages. Twenty-one treatment rooms are provided, including VIP and couples suites, along with a Men's Club Room and relaxation room which allows guests to unwind before and after their treatments. For sports enthusiasts, the resort offers 3 tennis courts, croquet, bocce courts, a jogging path, personal fitness trainers, yoga, and Pilates. Guests can use the complimentary snorkeling gear, kayaks, windsurfers, and sailboats.
Business amenities include a business center, complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access in public areas, 2 computer stations in the lobby, 735 square meters (7,911 square feet) of meeting facilities, banquet facilities, and event catering. Wedding services are also offered. Complimentary newspapers can be found in the lobby.
Complimentary valet parking is provided for guests. Roundtrip airport and ferry terminal shuttles are available for a surcharge with advanced notice. Other amenities include laundry facilities, a library, shoe shine, cell phone/mobile rental, computer rental, tour assistance, designated smoking areas, and a television in the lobby.

Guestrooms outfitted in tropical-wood trim with white tile floors accent the yellow and blue furnishings and serigraphs of Mediterranean seaside villages. A Men's Club room offers privacy and a hot-towel shave among other tailored treatments. Signature massage and body services include the Anguillian massage, the Hydroponic Cucumber and Aloe Wrap, and the Repechage Four Layer Facial. Spa facilities include a Therapy Pool where guests soak in heated nutrient and mineral-rich salt water favored for its healing properties. The Relaxation Room offers expansive views of the Caribbean Sea. Spacious men's and women's locker facilities feature hammams; individual changing rooms are available for women. In addition, a fitness center offers TechnoGym equipment with the Kinesis System of weight training.
Le Bistro at Santorini - Chef Daniel Le Génan and his team create modern dishes using local products infused with Mediterranean flavors. A Chef's Tasting Menu is available for guests to try a variety of the chef's creations. Sommeliers recommend pairings from the wine cellar to complete the dining experience. Indoor and outdoor seating overlook the pool and the Caribbean Sea. Rattan chairs, white linens, and ceiling fans create a relaxed ambiance. (Men are asked to wear collared shirts and long pants or dress shorts at dinner.)
World Delicacies - International barbecue restaurant featuring grilled lobster and live cooking stations with pasta, soup, beef. Desserts are offered. Festive music is performed by local talent. Open on Tuesdays.
Café Mediterraneo - Provides a complimentary full breakfast served poolside. Includes a selection of smoothies and mimosas. A complimentary continental breakfast is also offered en-suite.
Lunch menu offers brick oven pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Includes make-your-own stir-frys, salads, and pasta that allow diners to choose their own ingredients.
Azure Beach Bar - Flanked by terraced waterfalls, this full-service bar serves icy tropical drinks just steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Happy Hour from 5 to 6 PM daily.
Azure Beach Grill - Relaxed beachfront dining offering light lunches with a selection of snacking skewers and dinners inspired by local cuisine. Closed Tuesdays.
Lobby Bar - Provides a wide selection of wines and signature cocktails that incorporate ingredients from the resort's hydroponic farm including the Cucumber and Sage Martini or the Signature Mojito. Dining from the bar menu is offered daily from midday to late night. For cigar aficionados, a humidor offers over 25 international selections.
The resort includes 3 lighted artificial grass-and-sand tennis courts, a championship croquet lawn, a basketball hoop, and 2 artificial-grass bocce courts. A jogging path equipped with exercise stations winds through the grounds. A fitness trainer leads complimentary daily activities such as beach power walks, "millennium stretching," and aquatic kickboxing, as well as conducting yoga and introductory Pilates classes in a weathered-wood thatch-roof pavilion. Use of snorkeling gear, kayaks, windsurfers, and Sunfish and Hobie Cat sailboats is complimentary. In winter season and on holidays, the resort offers supervised children's activities in addition to a year-round playground.

We loved everything about our stay..... The room was beautiful, Santorini Restaurant was delicious, the spa was wonderful, the time on the beach was fabulous! If we return we will definitely be back to the CuisinArt!
