Отель расположен в очень удобном месте в центре Палермо в 300 метрах от центрального ж\д вокзала,персонал отличный,отношение превосходное!!!!Персонал владеет несколькими иностранными языками,что намного улучшает и облегчает отдых)))

Останавливались в Ambasciatori на 2 дня в номере deluxe. Отличное сочетание цена-качество. Номер светлый и уютный с окном на улицу. (Заходили также в стандартный номер, он был немного меньше нашего и с окном во двор - что абсолютно нормально для европейских готиниц). Ночью немного шумновато, но я думаю, такая же ситуация абсолютно во всех отелях в центре. В […] 10 метрах от отеля - автобуная остановка и вокруг много различных магазинов. Конечно, завтраки на крыше с потрясающим видом - то, что больше всего понравилось. Сами завтраки были очень не плохие - весь стандартный набор блюд (только без горячего), фрукты, вкусная выпечка. На той же крыше вечером можно было выпить какой-нибудь коктейльчик, цены на алкоголь мне показались чуть выше, чем в обычном кафе, евро на 1,5-2. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Заселили нас гораздо раньше положенного без каких-либо вопросов, дали карту города, рассказали, куда пойти. Вызвали такси до аэропорта, когда уезжали. Мы остановились на две ночи в отеле Ambasciatori Hotel, совершенно ничего не зная о Палермо. Безусловно здесь есть и более качественные места для отдыха, но если у Вас в планах посетить достопримечательности Старого Города, тогда наиболее подходящего по расположению отеля Вам не найти. Мой муж повредил себе спину в день нашего приезда, и администраторы оказались очень обходительны с нами. Они очень квалифицированы и дружелюбны. Приятный номер, огромная ванная комната согласно Европейским стандартам. Терраса (где проходит завтрак, доступны напитки и можно просто приятно провести время в компании) очень преображает это место, но мы […] бы все же предпочли насладиться атмосферой старого города. Единственнымминусом были два молодых человека, обслуживающих напитки на террасе. Они составляют единственное исключение великолепному сервису в отеле. Отель расположен в хорошем месте, несмотря на то, что вид из номера выходит на переулок, в котором по выходным собиралось 500 студентов (без шуток). Они веселились, пели песни, общались. Все это происходило до 4 утра, из-за чего спать было невозможно. И еще, не берите напитки в баре на крыше, так как это не напитки, а полное надувательство. 10 евро […] за банку колы, и очень маленькие бокалы с вином. Подробнее

Главное здание располагается на одной из улиц Старого Города в Палермо. С находящейся на крыше террасы/бара открывается великолепный вид на город. Наш номер находился в пристройке (в 50 метрах от главного здания). Комната очень просторная, хорошо оснащена холодильником и плитой. Для центра города, здесь очень тихо за исключением компрессора от кондиционера […] либо насоса, который непрерывно работал всю ночь напролет. В более шумном месте, мы бы наверно и не заметили этого. Поставить автомобиль на стоянку довольно затруднительно в течение всего дня, зато легко можно быть заблокированным другими автомобилями, пока не наступит время на обед, либо пока люди не соберутся возвращаться домой. Мы отлично провели время в Палермо. Персонал бросал все свои дела, чтобы быть для нас полезным. Сначала мы сменили номер на другой с хорошим видом из окна. Этот отель полностью соответствовал отзывам о нем, и был великолепен во всех отношениях. Я не знаю, по какой причине у них установлено правило платить сразу за несколько напитков во время завтрака. Один раз мне пришлось использовть беруши, так как в полночь в баре с торца здания на всю катушку звучали бонги. This place is great. About half a kilometre down via Roma, directly in front of the main train station, so getting there was an easy walk. Lots of shopping around on Via Roma and the hotel is convenient to bus services. Staff are very helpful. Service is quick and cheerful. The hotel is a very good choice for all types of travellers to Palermo.

Helpful staff, good location for rail station, rooftop area great for breakfast and lounging. A bit of disturbance from noise from other guests, maybe walls are a bit thin. But overall would recommend.

We were travelling as a family of four with two small children. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station (about 10 minutes) and on your right hand. The family room was very spacious and it was clean. The tv never worked to pick up any additional channels even after they tried to fix it...no big deal as it was not the reason we were there for. […] The fridge also would only work while we were in the room and that never got sorted either. With that said, it was very close and convenient to all of the main sites within about a 20 minute walk of everything and the town is really easy to nvaigate. The breakfast was fine in the mornings and enough to get the day started the right way -- nothing extravagant but very good. The view from the terrace was incredible and a great place to relax a bit in the evening. At the end of the day this is a 3 star hotel and appropriately rated at that so a few of the things I mentioned weren't horrible and the staff definitely did try and assist. One more thing - I would highly recommend taking the bus and going up to Monreale if you have time. It is at least a half day adventure but very very worth it. Подробнее

Wonderful place, it was more than we expected. The superb thing was the rooftop terrace which was a hidden gem also to my Palermitana friend, she had never seen such a nice view from that high above. Generously sized room, well insulated from traffic noise of Via Roma. Good value for money. Wonderful roof terrace for breakfast and for viewing roofs of Palermo. Pleasant staff. Breakfast could be improved with some decent bread and better coffee (though an espresso provided if asked for).

We stayed at both the Hotel Villa Luca and the Ambasciatori. Both were excellent. Villa Luca had a lovely pool and gardens, excellent rooms and a first class breakfast. Funky hotel with an incredible rooftop bar!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and was held in a beautiful room with access to a rooftop deck that had incredible views of the city. Hotel was in walking distance to the major sights and museums with good restaurants nearby.

This hotel was great! We had a beautiful, large room with a large, very clean bathroom. The room was very comfortable. The location was great and the views from the rooftop terrace during breakfast were spectacular. Breakfast and internet was free although we could not get wifi in our room and had to do it in the lobby or terrace. The staff was wonderful. […] We had a problem in town (not related to the hotel), but the hotel staff bent over backwards to help out. The hotel definitely deserved a 5* rating, not 3*. I would recommend this nice little hotel with wonderful views from the terrace where you have breakfast. The people are very friendly and recommended great places to eat nearby. It is near every important sights and at walking distance, very convenient and centrally located..

This was an amazing hotel. My friend and I stayed in the apartments around the corner and they were HUGE! the only reason I did not rank higher is because the beds were uncomfortable, but that was everywhere in Europe. the front desk was extremely helpful, gave us maps and recommendations, and helped us with the bus route. The Ambascatori was convenient location to train station. The room was small, but clean with good linens. Their complimentary soap was okay but too small to use. We were not impressed with the elevator, inconvenient, rough landings. It was strange having the reception desk on the fifth floor. My wife and I were in Palermo as part of an 11 day holiday in Sicily, the rest of the time was split between three nights in Taormina and a final night in Cinisi. Main purpose of trip was holiday, but also to celebrate my Brother - in Laws's 65th Birthday. He is Sicilian born but has lived overseas for more than 40 years. It was a real family gathering […] with folks flying in from Scotland, England and Canada, with, of course, a large Sicilian contingent in situ. My first contact with the Hotel was to get them to organise a Taxi from the airport, much cheaper than anything on the web, well done Gabriele Tuzzeo, whom we later mety at the Hotel. Well done also to Violetta on the breakfast rota and to Alessio who worked in the Terrace Bar. Room 101 was terrific, high ceilings, plenty of room, spotlessly clean with double doors onto balcony overlooking Via Roma. Outer louvred doors plus two internal glass sets meant almost no traffic noise. The location is superb and we were able to walk to all the major attractions easily from the Hotel.The Roof Top Terrace of the Hotel affords great views over Palermo, weather permitting, some sunbathing and was our meeting point for breakfast, early evening drinks and after dinner drinks as well. Everything was excellent. Instead of a double room we become a wonderful apartment with complete kitchen. Very clean. Computer free Very nice view at 5th floor. Breakfast excellent too.

600 meters from Central Station. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast and drinks with great view of Palermo. Very service-oriented staff. Note to travelers with mobility issues - need to walk up 6-7 steps to get to elevator and another 15 or so to get to roof terrace. Believe hotel will deliver breakfast to room upon request.

The hotel is very well located. Most sites of interes are within walking distance and the train station is also nearby. The room was nice, and big enough to accomodate four persons. Don't even consider staying somewhere else! top class for the money I've paid. very good service, nice breakfast buffet, superb location and top feature of the list was a view through the window!! hotel is situated on the fifth floor. also you will be having breakfast on the roof terrace on the sixth floor where you can see roofs of old town, mountains […] or the see, there are facilities there to sunbath on the roof as well also as live music concerts. This is an ideal tourist hotel located just 2-300 meters from the central station in Palermo. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is helpful. In good weather the excellent continental breakfast is served on the roof top terrace with views of the city and the sea.

This hotel has everything for the best price including internet access that is free if you have a laptop. We liked it so much we returned to Palermo and brought our friends who also loved it and the roofdeck. Great shopping area and close to the Massimo Opera House

An old fashioned hotel with an open cage elevator brings you to the reception desk on the fifth floor. A doorman will likely be there but they aren't to quick to jump in and carry your bags up one flight of stairs to the old elevator. The restaurant offers a weekday buffet meal for 10 euros but we didn't take advantage of it. The complimentary breakfast […] offered on top floor rooftop is the best in Italy/Sicily. The view of the mountains, clouds, church domes and rooftops is a cameraman's dream opportunity. The beds are large and comfortable. Television is terrible with poor reception and they need to install SkY cable and make it free for guests. Wireless internet is available but you have to get a room on the 3-to 5th floor which isn't convenient if you stay on floor one. In which case to access the free internet you have to go to the 5th floor to do your work. I hope they improve this with a router and airport on the lower floors. The reception desk folk are sweet but don't know what is culturally available for events in their city and they don't provide a "what's happening in Palermo tonight" knowledge. That would add to their excellence. But...a great place close to Opera houses. movie theatres, port, market squares, and bike rentals. Just blocks from the main train station and on one of the major thorough fares, this hotel is in walking distance to the Teatro Massimo, archeological museum and a host of beautiful churches and shopping. For a 1 night stay, this Hotel "fills the bill". The room was very spaceous and well appointed. The Roof Top garden was super for breakfast. Only bad point was the single lift.

We stayed here for 3 nights during June 09. This hotel was brilliant value for money. We were 3 adults in a triple room, and it was very spacious with 3 twin beds. Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace is a huge asset, with a gorgeous view of the city and the port. Nice for breakfast and in the evenings with a bottle of wine. Only negative thing was the bad coffee at breakfast - strange for an Italian hotel.

this was an unexpected gem of a hotel-- close to the bus/train station; with a beautiful roof garden patio, friendly and competent service and small but comfortable room. It far exceeded what I thought i would get for the price.

今回、全部で4泊しました。清潔で小奇麗なお部屋でしたよ。他のレビューにも載ってますが、朝食をとる部屋がとてもいい感じです。金額に見合ったホテルだと思います。 パレルモ中央駅か空港往復にシャトルバスを利用される方には便利のいい場所だと思います。ただ、大通りに面しているので夜はちょっと騒々しかったです。エレベーターが旧式で面白かった。でも狭いのでスーツケース一つと人が二人乗るとちょっと窮屈な感じがすると思います。 ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで私のつたない英語もなんとか拾ってくれて親切でしたよ。泊まって損はないと思います。

Sijaitsee keskustan pääkadulla josta on hyvä tutustua kävellen koko kaupunkiin. Kaupat ja ruokapaikat heti kun tulee hotellin ovesta ulos. Hotellin kattoterassilla tarjoillaan runsas ja maukas aamupala ja sieltä upea näkymä kaupungin yli merellä päin. Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre historique et possède une terrasse avec une vue sublime sur tout Palerme. インターネットも無線で無料でした。朝はイタリアの基本的な朝食でした。エスプレッソとカプチーノは頼むと入れたてを出してくれます。 ホテルは中央駅からROMA通りをまっすぐに右側５分くらいでしょうか、パレルモの中でも夜でも明るい通りです。旧市街地なのでディナーを夜遅く外出するのが無理でしたので２泊とも屋上のBARで過ごしましたが、ワインを1本頼んでも安くて美味しかったです。 部屋は広く天井が高かったので高級感はありまた。 みなさん気さくでとても良いホテルだと思います。
