Отель прекрасно расположен в центре и буквально в 100 метрах от метро Барберини, то что нужно для усталых ног после осмотра города или шоппинга! Это моя четвертая поездка в Рим и этот отель, это лучшее соотношение цены и места, несмотря на скромность убранства. Были отели гораздо шикарнее, но и гораздо дороже + не на столько близко к центральной станции […] метро. Мне достался номер с террасой, это потрясающе! Персонал помогает при любой просьбе, было холодно - принесли обогреватель, приборы+бокалы в номер - пожалуйста. Из минусов скудный завтрак, но выйдя из отеля слева дверь - пиццерия, справа бар с отличным кофе и сендвичами. Подробнее

Отель расположен в полуминуте ходьбы от метро, в тихой улочке, отора ыходить на площадь с фонтаном тритона,в пределах 10-20 минут ходьбы расположены многие достопримечательности, парк боргеза, вокзал и магазины-как недорогие, так и элитные, у нас был прекрасный двухкомнатный номер и большой балкон,как нам показалось-мы были единственными в отеле у кого […] был балкон) персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый,всегда готов помочь. Все очень понравилось, единственный,пожалуй, минус-очень холодный пол и спать приходилось под четырьмя одеялами,возможно из-за того,что первый этаж, возможно из-за того,что во всех каменных зданиях очень холодно. Небольшой отель, приветливый персонал, очень хорошее рсположение в центре, единственный недостаток — не лучший завтрак.

Достоинства: 1. Хорошее обслуживание на ресепшене, очень приветливое и теплое, хотя нужно с ними помедленнее говорить по-английски, иначе они могут дать вам неверную информацию, что со мной и случилось. 2. Провел здесь три ночи, персонал был очень дружелюбный, и кондиционер хороший. Однако мы заплатили за «люкс», а он оказался, к моему превеликому недовольству, похож на стандартный номер (или, может, мы получили стаандартный и доплатили сверху за ничего?). Также при бронировании было сказано, что мы получим подарок по прибытии, но мы не получили, они […] сказали, что это потому, что мы бронировали не через отель. Номер был маленький и немного потрепанный. Туалет и душ не были излишне чистыми, были пятна плесени на стене возле душа. Мы искали отель в центре с адекватными ценами на 7 дней в Риме. Мы выбрали этот отель, прочитав все отзывы, это был единственный способ составить о нем представление. Мне понравились два больших окна с замечательным видом, которые открывались наружу и освежали номер. Кондиционер хорошо работал, и мы могли регулировать температуру по нашему вкусу. Мы были приятно удивлены, обнаружив скоростной компьютер с бесплатным интернетом, доступный в любое время, а также автомат по продаже воды, содовой и соков. Столовая на крыше была очень милая и приятная, с континентальным завтраком и обслуживанием. Ресепшен работал 24 часа, администраторы говорили по-английски и очень помогли с маршрутами советами и рекомендациями. Они любезно звонили нам, сообщая расписание туров, транспорта и по другим запросам. Единственный недостаток, который я должен упомянуть — это небольшой запах из канализации, который исходил из слива в душе. Это было не постоянно, с перерывами, и мы справлялись с этим, закрывая дверь в ванную по ночам и открывая окна днем. Отель «Cinquantatre» был на удивление маленьким, но не неприятным. Когда я говорю маленький, я имею в виду все, начиная с коридоров, лифтов и лестниц, заканчивая номерами. Я человек нормальных размеров, но у крупных людей будут сложности, особенно с лифтом. Другой недостаток — это отсутствие интернета. Wi-fi не было, и интернет был доступен только с […] общего компьютера в зоне отдыха. Компьютер был не очень современный, но рабочий. Так как в Риме я не проводил много времени в номере, то он казался нормальным, но маленьким. В целом я без колебания остановлюсь там снова, но при таких размерах и удобствах, мне кажется, здесь дороговато. За комнату таких размеров в США вы не заплатите и половины здешней стоимости. Наш отель был расположен в прекрасном месте, рядом со всеми главными достопримечательностями Рима. Почти все было в шаговой доступности, и мы были в нескольких шагах от метро. Наш номер был классическим маленьким европейским гостиничным номером, но зато чистым и удобным. Я забронировал этот отель за несколько дней до поездки и думал, что получил выгодное предложение для 3-хзвездочного отеля. Great hotel in a great location

The hotel rooms were not clean, breakfast was extremely poor, and the road noise at night-time was unbearable, buses on cobble stones..Ahh. Don't stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful though.

Hotel is well located with good prices. Breakfast was great, and staff really helpful. Rooms weren't great quality, but for a site-seeing holiday it suited us fine.

I booked this hotel after weeks of searching hotels in Rome for a honeymoon. We were taking a cruise from the port and decided to stay a few days in Rome first. I emailed this hotel a few times with questions about sights and arriving before check-in and they always answered back in under 24 hours. We couldn't have been more pleased! The young man at the front was great! He gave us a map and circled main hightlights and others and highlighted great food places too. Always answered our questions on directions as well. The location of the hotel is great! We walked everywhere to everything. We took the Metro to the Vatican. The Metro station is just 500 feet down the road. Yes, the room was smaller than here in America, but if you have ever stayed in any European hotel, it was normal size. TV was small but who cares! You are in Rome and should be sight seeing! No sewer smell in Room 402. Looked for mold like some reviews stated and found a speck in the caulking below the shower. The hotel was very small, yet not in a charming way. The facility seemed tired and in need of a redo. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was complementary and fairly sparse. Rooms are small. Elevator even smaller. Breakfast is lite but the coffee/cappuccino is great. Would likely try another place close by, but this wasn't bad by any means. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke very good english.

Though Close to all sight seeing possibilities, i Found the Hotel Staff often uninformed and each desk clerk, seemed to follow different Rules. The Room was minimally cleaned, with Large amounts of dust underneath the bed. Wireless Internet, though offered, was Close to non exsistant.

The hotel and rooms are small but clean and charming, and more than sufficient for our travel needs. Stayed at the hotel this week and the location was outstanding but the installations were very old, it gives you the feeling it is not clean.

Lovely little hotel with friendly helpful staff. Excellent location in a quieter part of Rome, 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. The good: Just half a block away from the Metro, this hotel is really convenient. For 1 Euro, you can get to places like the Colosseum & Vatican city. When we got there, the host helped mapped out our 3 days, he was super helpful (long hair, retainers & pretty good English). We were able to hit 7-8 attractions like the Fountain of Trevi, Roman Forums […] and Spanish steps.. it was all within walking distance that flowed pretty easily because there were signs leading you from one place to the next.. it was a tiring walk though. Took us about 2 hours to go through it... and we didn't even stay to take that many pictures! They also have airport shuttle service (we paid 15 Euros/person). The bad: We didn't encounter any smelly sewage issues, but the hotel is reallllllly old. The elevator holds 2 people max. The locks on the doors still uses reg keys, not card keys. Fixtures were dangling... there was rust on the pipes. Tiny tv, with no English channels. The wifi only works on the bottom floor inside a room with vending machines (but they do have a desktop for internet use for free), The breakfast consists of croissant, pastries and juices only (no hot food). There were mosquitos in the room.. and we know they don't change the bedsheets cause we killed a mosquito on the bed and the blood stain stayed on the sheets all 3 days. We arrived and were over charged for the transfer we had previosly booked through hotels 4 u! We paid for a superior room and were given a standard room with a bed that was completely un level and the foot was significantly higher than the head. Reception 'reservations manager' had a very sarcastic manner. We arrived back one evening and found the reception […] door open, no receptionist but they had left our room Key on the desk for anyone to take. We left and realised once home that we had left my fiance's shorts. I emailed the hotel and was told they had them but would only post them to us if I emailed my credit card details to cover the cost! Value for money I would say this hotel is below average and as for a welcome gift that was listed on our booking? Well they knew nothing about it! The hotel room was beautiful and charming, and the staff were excellent. Only problem is that the rooms are not very quiet as they get a lot of noise from the street.

The hotel was one block from the Metro and across the street from the bus stops. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. I would stay there again if in Rome.

this was a very nice hotel located only a 2 min walk from the barberini metro station. we chose this hotel for it's location to the metro. the staff was very nice, spoke english, breakfast was simple but good, the superior room we got had a queen bed, and a single bed by the balcony that overlooked a courtyard, everything was clean and looked up-to-date, […] the room was a good size too., there's a computer in the office for internet for a small fee, there's a pizza place next door (take out), and a very nice restaurant next to that, pricey, but worth it, there's a convenience store around the corner. the hotel is awesome we highly recommend it and we would stay here again! The Termini train staition, which will get you to Civitavecia(cruise port) and the airport as well as anywhere else you need to go, is 2 stops away. This was my first international trip so we were not used to small rooms and small showers. This was a great location which was down the street from the Trevi fountain and with in 5 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps. It's also a two minute walk to the Barbarini station. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was walking distance from everything, and the room was tiny but cute, with a small balcony and old fashioned elevator. What it lacks in space it makes up for in charm. Definitely worth the price we paid.

Nice, small, clean and friendly hotel right off of the Via Veneto with many great restaurants. Everyone speaks English. Near to the sights of Rome - the subway is on the corner, easy to negotiate and takes you everywhere.

At night, the toilet would gurgle and smell of sewage. We turned the fan on and closed the door which took care of the problem by morning.
