отель понравился, для апартаментов двух звезд всё достаточно прилично. Мы проживали в апартаментах в феврале по-этому вечером номера отапливались. Английским языком владеет не весь персонал, но договориться "на пальцах" можно легко :))

Hotel is nice, location excellent, all rooms have sea view, all balconies are totally separated from each other, staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. However only breakfast and swimming pool meet 4-star level here, in all other aspects hotel is solid 3-star level, not 4. Toiletries are very basic, towels quite worn out. There was a big hole in a curtain and a very visible imprint of somebody’s snickers on the white wall in my room which, despite being at eye level was overlooked by cleaning maid. Not a 4-star picture. Quite outrageous thing – they charge extra if you wish to use a safe in a hotel room. I have never lived in any-star hotel that was doing the same thing to customers. If you do not need swimming pool and can survive with a simpler breakfast – there is no reason to overpay for stars here.

We spend 1 week holidays with my wife and 2 daughters of 2 and 6. Location of the hotel are perfect – right on the main street - where a lot of shops, cafes, etc. Train station – only 4 minutes walk. But it is underground station – no problems with noise. It takes only 20 minutes to reach to the Airport by train and 10 minutes by taxi (15-17 euros). Hotel stays not right on the beach, but it is not far from see – a way to the beach was about 5 minutes. We recommend to use a special lift to beach in Torremolinos, it’s cost only 50 cent. This lift right in front of the hotel. Hotel facilities are also great – nice pool with garden near the main building and pool on the roof with amazing view of Torremolinos. Animation was not so interesting for us – but it’s typical for Spain. There are kid club, but we don't use it. Rooms are quite good, clean, well furnished and its size is OK, so it was not problem to have ex. bed and baby cot for our children in standard twin/double. We have Half board plan so: the food was great. Everyone can choose something one his taste. A lot on fruits, fish food was very tasty, good meat dishes and so so on. In fact it is very good 4star hotel and we recommend it for everyone for holidays on Costa del Sol

Отель тихий, прямо на пляже, расположение отличное по отношению к ресторанам и пляжу. Мы приехали, чтобы развлечься на выходных, и Пуэрто-Банус — прекрасное место для этого. До Пуэрто-Бануса стоит 13 евро доехать на такси от отеля. Прекрасный отель, прекрасный город — безусловно рекомендую. Этот отель, в первую очередь, был хорошо расположен, возле Оранжевой площади и т. д. Бассейн был маловат, и номер немного тесный, но очень чистый. В номере не было чайника, но в целом, я бы сказал, было не прекрасно, но очень хорошо.

«Apartamentos Princesa Playa» - это прекрасный отель с прекрасным расположением, за исключением того, что во время моего проживания проходил ремонт во множестве номеров. Дрели, электрические пилы и постоянный стук — все это я слушал, когда пытался насладиться сиестой!

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте. Автобусный трансфер из аэропорта Малаги прямо до Марбельи — это великолепно. 5 минут идти пешком от отеля до Оранжевой площади в старом городе. На 9-ом этаже очень приятная расслабляющая зона отдыха с бассейном, которая была замечательной альтернативой, если вы не захотели бы загорать на пляже, который прямо напротив […] отеля. Единственное отрицательное, что я могу сказать об отеле, - это кровати. Они могли бы положить новые матрасы, они были такие неудобные. Также убедитесь, что ваш номер не в задней части отеля. Когда мы заселялись, нам хотели предоставить такой и неохотно дали нам номер с видом на берег, хотя мы бронировали номер с видом на море. Подробнее

From the arrival process to check out this short break was a real pleasure. The gentleman on reception greeted us warmly and made our check in painless. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided an excellent service. The lunches were very tasty. The studio apartment was opposite that of our friends as requested on our booking. "excellent location, pity about reception staff"
Stayed last week of august,room was clean with nice kitchenette and small shower room.Definitely not 4 star but good 3 star. Great location right on the prom near all restaurants shops etc. Restaurant with outside terrace and great sea views on 8th floor.Pool on the 9th floor was quite small and not heated ,not a problem in hot weather. The big problem […] with this hotel are some of the reception staff who are at best off hand and at worst rude. On arrival a couple in front of me who were making a reasonable complaint about their room were told that if they were unhappy to check out in the morning and leave,a first on my travels.My own check in was preformed in a cold manner without the usual welcome.On check out I was not asked if I enjoyed my stay ,wished a pleasant on ward journey or even said good bye to,I was the only one checking out at the time so it was not as if they were busy. Some of the reception staff were fine but at least 3 I met need to get out of the hotel trade as it does not suit them. When I return to Marbella I shall go back to the El Fuerte next door which I have stayed in before and is an excellent hotel and worth the extra money,a 4star which is close to 5.For that reason I would not recommend this hotel. "Good Enough"
We had a studio apartment at the Princesa Playa for a week. It was a good enough hotel for a week of lounging around by the sea. My main complaint was the fact that there is only free wifi in the lobby. I would have preferred to have wifi in my room (even if I would have had to pay for it). The rooftop pool was good, albeit small. It offers a good […] alternative to the crowded beaches. Service was generally good, especially from the reception desk. Some of the staff were a bit distant and cold, which more to be expected in northern Europe rather than the south of Spain, but the service wasn't lacking. They even checked us in early as we arrived in Marbella at around 11:45 am, whereas check-in time was at 15:00. Regarding the room, my wife complained about the limited range of kitchen utensils, and whatever was there was quite low quality. There was also a lingering smell of stale food in the room as the extractor fan over the stove was not working. The location was excellent. Although the beach directly in front of the hotel was a bit rocky (just under the waterline, not on the beach itself), there are sandy beaches either side no more than 5 minutes away. The old town was also easily within reach and there is a small mini-mart nearby that can satisfy most of guests' needs. Overall, it was a good enough hotel. I probably paid over-the-top for booking late, but if you can get this place for a bargain, I would say it's worth it. Подробнее

I stayed for 6 nights. It was perfect located at the beach, maybe not the best beach in the area but absolutely ok. I was lucky to get a new room once to get the seaview. The apartmenthotel was well kept and clean, the staff was nice and I would love to stay there again. The wifi is in the receptionarea, not in the apartments. I never give online hotel reviews, but having just had 6 nights here it deserves a mention. It's on the beach in Marbella. You fall out of the hotel onto the promenade for leaisurely walks. It's right near Orange Square, THE place to sit and eat in Marbella. It was less than half the cost of any hotel near it You have a fridge to keep your beer […] cold What more do you want. "Princessa Plaza - Location selling point"
This is defintely more an apartment then a hotel. Rooms are basic, yet clean. Hotel overall is very dated. Great location - on sea front and 5 mins walk to Old town (nicest part of Marbella town). Pool on rooftop unusual and patio area can get very warm. Location and value alone makes this a winner.

Lovely hotel very good value. Rooms spacious , airy and clean. Maid service daily. Breakfast wasn't included for our stay but we paid to have it on a couple of mornings and was excellent. Large buffet with choice of hot and cold food of good quality. Good location opposite beach couple mins walk to main restaraunts and bars. Would return!

"I would go back to this hotel again!"
I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness and price. I stayed in an apartment with a pullout sofa. Although it was fine for 2 people I would find it very cramped for 3 people. The staff were nice and the hotel was quiet.

Mycket trevligt !
Bra läge nära till restauranger och till gamla stan. Bor alltid på det här hotellet när vi besöker Marbella. Rummen är alltid bra städade.

Sijainti on lähellä vanhaakaupunkia sekä rannan turistiravintoloita yms. Ympäristö vain on outo - hotellia ympäröi muut, suljetut hotellit sekä täysin autio kauppakeskus "Mar Bella Centro". Marbella taitaa […] olla nähnyt loiston päivänsä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja huone erittäin mukava täysin varusteltuine keittiöineen. Vessakin erittäin siisti. Meidän huoneemme näkymä tosin oli rumalle sisäpihalle/katolle ja käytävässä haisi hienoinen tupakansavu kielloista huolimatta. Meget god frokost, veldig bra spisesal med tilhørende terrasser, ok basseng med terrasser. Alt dette på toppen av hotellet med god utsikt utover havet.

Vakkert hotell med flott frokostsalong på toppen med fantastisk utsikt - alt var greit - kunne bare ønsket oss trådløst nett på rommet også - hadde dette kun i fellesrommene.

Fin leilighet, med kjøkken og spisestue. Balkong med havutsikt. Flott basseng og restaurant på toppen av hotellet. Kjempe fint å spise frokost der. Hyggelig betjening. Gangavstand til gamlebyen, Orange Square. Fint torg med mange restauranter.

Très bon hotel, nous avons eu une chambre avec vu sur la mer pour ne rien gâcher au plaisir. Le coeur de ville est facilement accessible à pied.

Prima zeer ruime kamer. Jammer alleen dat er geen wifi op de kamer was. Mooi hotel met leuk zwembad op het dak op een uitstekende locatie.
