Отдыхали с ребенком. Есть бассейн, есть детская площадка. В принципе понравилось. Развлечений в отеле нет, поэтому сравнивая с Турциями/Египтами ***** , там скучновато. Но желающие всегда могут отдохнуть в городе. Полотенца меняют раз в 2-3 дня. Уборки нет, ну и готовите, естественно, сами. Для этого всё есть, и даже магазин рядом с очень низкими ценами. Номера двухкомнатные, большие, аккуратный ремонт, мебель, балкон. Русских каналов по телевизору нет, WiFi только внизу в холле. До моря близко, минуты 2-3 (мы не ходили на центральный пляж, а купались на пляже у одного отеля). Минут 5-10 до набережной, где и пляж, и магазины, и рестораны, и развлечения.

Всем добрый вечер! Отдыхали в кала пи в июне 2011 года, всей большой семьей. 3 взрослых и 3 ребенка. Для отдыха в этом отеле аренда автомобиля обязательна ехать 45 минут от аэропорта, если не возьмете машину, то негде будет купить нормальных продуктов( магазин около отеля не в счет дорого и нет ассортимента) тогда будете питаться только в ресторане, сами не приготовите) размесии хорошо, номер нормальный, только окна смотрят на дорогу, шумоизоляция очень плохая, вечером машины, в пять утра орут петухи до одурения, затем опять шум машин. Выход только один!!! Заранее требовать номер с окнами во двор при бронировании, если нет то в этот отель ехать только иЗ за цены, так как она для пальмы очень низкая. Маленькие дети спали днем, уборщица приходила и их будила, каждый день, раз 5 ходил на рецепшен, просил убираться до обеда, говорили да да, но все продолжалось по старому!!! Территория ухоженная, бар и ресторан на уровне. До моря очень близко всего 163 ступеньки, а от моря до отеля очень далеко!!! Целых 163 ступеньки вверх!!! Зато похудели, правда и дети тоже:-) море и пляж очень хороши, но есть одно но, в бухте паркуются дорогие яхты и эти гады выбрасывают весь мусор в воду, каждый день рулетка: много гадов- в море не зайти, мало- терпимо.... В целом за ту цену, которую предлагает интернет, вы на пальме ничего преличней не найдете, так что решайте сами... А вообще отдых там хороший!!!! Если вы умеете терпеть и оптимист, то смело в путь!!! Яхты могут не парковаться, окна будут во двор, петуха кто нибудь всетаки пребьет!!! И отдых будет великолепный!!!!

Местоположение.
Поблизости от отеля Hotel Balear располагаются следующие достопримечательности: Palma Aquarium и Пляж Эль-Ареналь. Среди других достопримечательностей Кафедральный собор г. Мальорка и Замок Беллвер.

Добрый день! Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями об этом отеле. Если кто-то любит комфорт, то этот отель не для Вас. Этот отель подходит тем, кто в номере только ночует, а все остальное время посвящает путешествию по острову, дискотекам или валяется целыми днями на пляже. Отель расположен где-то в 10 км от аэропорта. На мой взгляд, оказалось даже удобно. […] Море в 5 минутах от отеля, пляж убирают каждый день, что очень приятно. Завтрак без излишеств, но все очень даже съедобно (я очень привередлива к еде), можно попросить омлет или яичницу, которые приготовят для Вас на кухне. Персонал очень милый, добродушный и приветливый. Номера на 3 этаже небольшие и обшарпанные, у нас в номере была очень неудобная и маленькая ванная комната, зато был сейф (платный). Хороший отель по цене, и расположение неплохое. Очень близко к пляжу. Рядом есть магазины и рестораны. В целом это неплохое место для того, чтобы отдохнуть вечером после осмотра достопримечательностей и целого дня, проведенного на солнце.

Обслуживание было хорошее, но номер был действительно старым и, с моей точки зрения, не соответствовал стандартам трехзвездочного отеля. Из хорошего отмечу, что в номере был кондиционер, и завтрак был хороший.

Этот отель находился в удобном, но грязном месте. Персонал был исключительно любезный и дружелюбный. Первый этаж здания был новым и чистым. Завтрак неплохой. Номера в плохом состоянии. Кровать была как хлопчатобумажный матрас с двумя планками, которые удерживали матрас в ровном положении. В душе был слабый напор воды. В номер вам выдают одну бутылочку […] шампуня и никакого мыла. Виды не особенные, так что можете не беспокоиться с заказом номера с видом или балконом... Вы увидите океан, но заодно и грязные здания на окружающей территории и местных людей, доведенных до нищеты. Я бы очень порекомендовал вам выбраться из Пальмы, если вы не можете себе позволить отель-люкс, и уехать на северо-западное побережье острова. Там намного красивее и чище. Там есть хостелы, которые будут получше, чем отель «Balear». Вода у Пальмы сильно загрязнена, и там очень много детей. Очень удобное расположение для ночной остановки по пути в аэропрот. Отель находится на шумной главной улице. Окна нашего номера выходили на дискотеку, и мы немного беспокоились, но никакого шума не было, только мигающие огни проникали сквозь жалюзи, и нам потребовалось какое-то время, чтобы уснуть. Единственная жалоба, что я просил некурящий номер, а мне дали курящий. Пахло сильно. Я слишком устал, чтобы идти менять номер и проходить через весь этот процесс, тем более, чтоя остановился только на одну ночь. В остальном было неплохо. И хороший завтрак!

Отель расположен всего в 200 метрах от пляжа, множества баров, ресторанов и магазинов. Автобус из аэропорта останавливается в 20 метрах от отеля. Завтрак представляет собой разнообразную континентальную еду, а также английскую и американскую. Персонал очень любезный. Очень рекомендую.

"disgraceful hotel"
It's dated, dirty and smelly with small rooms and lacking facilities. The hotel location feels unsafe and unwelcoming. There are few facilites in the surrounding area, particularly at night. moved after complaining and then not advised that the second room was smoking, only discovered this when the smell overcame us, stunk. Nightclub outside has blue […] flashing light / generator on til 4am flashing directly into room humming noise of generatore even with doors/windows closed/extra sheets. By 4am we had not had sleep. advertised air condtioning in the room broken Left first thing next day Staff didn;t care. honestly the worst hotel we have come across. "OK hotel"
the location, was good because it only took 10 min. from the airport. Staff was very nice. Breakfast ok. Room cleaning was not bad, some of the blankets on the bed was not covered with sheets, we tried to tell the cleaning lady but she did not understand english.

We have stayed there for one week in october.That was just awful.There was no room in toilet,just a curtain.There is also a curtain in the shower,so where you`re in shower all the water comes in the bedroom.There is a caraoke bar opposite hotel whicj is working 10pm till 5 am,so you can hear all the music,laughing etc.Terrible!

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend during our 3 week stay in Spain. The hotel staff were really nice and very helpful, they helped suggest restaurants, and how to get around by bus. The hotel room was big and clean. We had 3 singles beds instead of a double, but it wasn't the end of the world because they offered to switch our room at the front […] desk. The only thing about the room that was uncomfortable were the beds, they could use new ones. The room had air conditioning, a fridge, a safe and wifi. It was in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach if not less, its near the bus stop that the bus from the air port drops you off, and the one that takes you into Palma. "Nice Hotel near the beach!"
Very good location with about 100m to the sea and one of the longest beaches I´ve seen in my life. A supermarket is right around the corner with everything u need and Can Pastilla is comfortably cose to Palma (takes about 15 minutes with the bus). The included Breakfast was also quite good!

The hotel looks great as you walk into the reception but the rooms are very VERY outdated. The bedding is old (I slept in my sleeping bag!) and the decor is outdated. The toilets are awful - everytime you flushed a strange smell came through the pipes and polluted the room. This is a very nice very clean and friendly staffed hotel i would return and stay again if going to the island again. Spanish run hotel but they have no problem speaking english if you cant speak spanish.Just a few minutes from the airport and short bus ride to la palma over all i really enjoyed my stay

The hotel is located on a main through road in Can Pastilla in front of the plaza and local church. The beach is just at the end of the road and is visible from the hotel. Our room was very large with plenty of storage, we were […] on the third floor in a two bedroom suite. We had booked a king size bed online with two single beds for the kids. We were extremeley dissappointed to find four single beds in the room. As we were only there for one night we didn't complain. The first bedroom had the bathroom attached to it which was old and very small but perfectly clean and functional, towels were clean and crisp with complimentary shower gel and soap. The second bedroom had the balcony which overlooked the plaza, this room also had a fridge although we would have preferred a tv. No telephone in either room which i found strange. The road noise from the street was not too bad but there were a few yappy dogs which kept me awake for several hours. We asked for an early morning call to get us to the airport early, as there's no phone they said they would give us a knock at the door, this never happened, just as well i set my mobile to wake us. "Hotel Belear in Palma de Mallorca"
The staff make this hotel a wonderful experience! Breakfast is a must do! The hotel is close to the airport and less than 2 blocks from the beach. Though outside of central Palma the bus is easily navigated and once in the city center, it's very easy to walk everywhere. Definately worth the stay!

Staff were not as friendly as other reviews suggested. The description mentions a refurbishment happened in 2009 but I didn't see any evidence of this. Considering the price, eggs and bacon for breakfast was quite impressive. Very near a nice beach. Recommend renting bikes and cycling along the coast to Palma - lots of nice places to stop off.

Passet ikke meg,for mye støy,fra gater,disco. Det var som og bo på en rundkjøring! Den vanlige spanjol er alltid hyggelig helt til det blir snakk om penger! Følte at omgivelsene var på kanten! Etter 4-5 dager ble min sykkel stjålet,fra balcongen 1.apr,kl.0300-0400.3 unge gutter som ble tatt etter min annmeldelse,dette var organisert! Stedet passer ikke […] for barnefamilier,heller ikke for de som ønsker ro! Det ble en dyr tur som i utgangspunket skulle være billig. Bruk heler en 10-15 euro mer pr.natt,da blir alt mye bedre. Både med frokost,og halvpensjon! Jeg har mine favoritt hotel på Palma de Mallorca!Selvsagt besøker jeg Mallorca på nytt,men da på et annet hotel!Syklen kostet rundt 60.000,den er borte, samt med den noe av meg! Jeg savner Deg! Hotelets eier var sur for jeg mente hotelets forsikring burde dekke en symbolsk sum,for deretter kreve summen tilbake av tyvene! Han mente hotelet var sikkert. Vellykket i alle henseender. Værelse mod torvet er optimalt, Optimalt i alle henseender -og så til den pris. Værelse mod torvet anbefales.

Trevligt lite slitet familjehotell ca 7 km från Palma centrum. Området heter Can Pastilla. Nära både flygplatsen och stranden. Rummen ganska enkla och kala. Rent och snyggt dock. Hyfsad frukost ingår. Många restauranger längs med stranden. Cyklar och bilar går att hyra i närheten. Fri Wifi som dock är väldigt långsamt. Trevlig personal!

Zum Glück spät Abends angereißt und früh morgens wieder ausgecheckt und das Hotel nur im Dunkeln gesehen. Das Gekko im Bad und das WLAN war noch das angenehmste....Die Erwarteungen waren ja nicht hoch, aber 3,5 Sterne??? ha,ha,ha

Petit hôtel, intéressant pour dormir. Assez loin de Palma (compter 40 minutes de Bus pour y arriver) Hôtel familiale avec accueil très chaleureux. Plage à 2 minutes de marche. Petit points négatif au niveau de l'isolation, on entend tout dans les couloirs ainsi que dans les chambres jouxtant la notre. Hôtel pas très récent.

Mycket trevlig personal,läget bra ca 100m tll strande.5-10min till flygplatsen med bil.Bra bussförbindelse till Palma.Frukost OK,men det kunde varit lite mer frukt o grönsaker.Skulle gärna boka detta hotell igen.

Hotellet var meget enkelt. Litt slitt, litt lekk på badet etc. men meget hyggelig betjening og rent. Så hvis man ikke er opptatt av luksus og komfort er dette hotellet å anbefale. Ønsker du litt mer luksus er ikke dette hotellet å anbefale.
