The location is perfect vrey clean , staff vrey freindly but the hotel is old

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were good. It is in the ideal location for the nursery slopes (Geigenbuhel lift and Birkenlifte) which are walking distance and the ski bus stop for the 2 main ski areas is only a couple of minutes walk away. Advantage of Vita-Victoria hotel is its successful position. It is possible to reach all proper places of a city and ski lines quickly on foot. Nobody has helped to transfer suitcases from a taxi to our room number, and a ski to the ski room. In hotel there is no porter – men. Our request to clear away from snow the approach to the main door long time remained without attention, and we still got into hotel through garage between dirty cars. In a non-smoking room we during the first moment have found out an ashtray full of stubs with corresponding aroma. The door of the room safe has been blocked also to us it was necessary to cause in addition the personnel for its opening. The glass wares set in number was not full. We had to drink all the time wine and other drinks from the tea cups brought from restaurant. In room number there was nothing for a writing of the letter or a postcard with a hotel kind. Since morning hot water started to run from the hot tap only after several minutes of expectation. Towels and shower robes gowns shabby and strongly worn out with which are unpleasant for using. The hotel is in the mountains, if you want to be next to the mountains and an avid skier then this is the place for you. The pictures looked really nice but the actual room I did not get; guess I had to pay more. I reserved a queen bed room and it smelled bad. I had to air out the room. I was advised I had an upgraded room? yet had no refrigerator? […] Also, claimed internet was free but internet access was very limited, I would rather have paid. We stayed here two nights....service horrible...owner did not care that Internet didn't work....also locked hotel so u have to go in and out thru garage...also no snacks available and breakfast very limited...supposed to be four stars...more like two!!!

This is a beautiful hotel, well appointed and decorated, with extremely helpful and pleasant reception and hotel staff. Lovely whirlpool bath, steam and sauna and also billiard room with pool table. Lovely local walks, highly recommend the Roschute furnicular railway and walk down the ski runs. Top quality breakfast served with a smile.

Par contre, qualité/prix, nous conseillons à tous cet établissement très bien placé et de bonne qualité. Rigtig fint ophold. Østrige og Seefeldt er simpelthen bare skøn og rekreativ. Smukke, smukke bjerge, floder, bække og charmerende by. Jeg ville gøre det igen.

Pour la 2e année consécutive, nous avons passé nos vacances d'été dans cet hôtel. C'est avec plaisirs que nous souhaiterions y retourner l'année prochaine. L’hôtel est parfait dans tous les domaines : proximité du centre, des chemins de randonnée, calme, propreté,, petits déjeuners copieux avec des produits frais, sans oublier la disponibilité des propriétaires […] très proches de leurs clients.. We stayed two night on our way to Toscana. Very nice Hotel centrally located in Town and close to a walk in the mountains. The family really enjoyed thier excellent spa-department, really a good way to relax after a long journey.
