Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, рядом с магазином "Patat Mat" на "Damrak". Персонал отеля был очень дружелюбен и профессионален. Номер был крошечный. Кровать была неудобной и маленькой, больше похожей на детскую кроватку. Хороший телевизор с плоским экраном. Медленный лифт. Завтрак был хорошим.

Нам нравится этот отель, потому что он близко расположен к Центральному Вокзалу. Персонал на стойке регистрации очень добр и дал нам много советов по поводу ресторанов и достопримечательностей.

Недорогой, с хорошим расположение в центре Амстердама, около Центрального вокзала, очень дружелюбный персонал. Хороший завтрак. Отель расположен на главной улице, но, если вы выберете комнату не с видом на улицу, то она будет очень тихой.

Отлично расположен - недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала и близко ко всему, что вы хотите увидеть. У нас был трехместный номер в верхней части отеля - он был чистый, хорошего размера, и здорово, что есть личная душевая комната. Расположение этого отеля отличное, и он довольно дешев. Близко от центрального железнодорожного вокзала, дворца, округа красных фонарей, дома Анны Франк, ресторанов и т.д.. Персонал был услужлив и дружелюбен. В целом я был разочарован, но это может быть вопрос о стандартах обслуживания в других странах. Может быть, это норма в Амстердаме.. Тем не менее, вы, несомненно, получите очень небольшую качество за свои деньги, останавливаясь в этом отеле. За ту сумму, что я заплатил, назовем её X, я получил не более чем 0.25X фактического качества.

Не важно, сколько раз мы входили и возвращались в этот отель мимо одной и той же сотрудницы, она никак не могла вспомнить, что мы были гостями, кажется немного оторванной от своей работы, и немного сопливой.. Very small room but clean, with TV. Well located close to central station. Nice breakfast. Extra discount for lunch/diner @ the restaurant.

The hotel is in a great location close to dam square, central station, red light district and coffee shops etc. The hotel is great value for a hotel in its position and the rooms are clean. We had a large room with ensuite and balcony (view onto damrak road) the staff were very friendly too. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Totally not satisfied with this hotel, workers there are useless, service are not good, room have bad smell, the bathroom shower head is broken, even couldn't take a good shower, the only good thing I can find is location, very close to train center station! Good luck for the next resident!

This was a nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. It was down the street from the main train station and walking distance to some major sites/areas, e.g. red light district.

We spent 3 nights in 2 separate rooms. 1 room was on the 5th floor with elevator service only to the 4th floor. Very difficult with heavy luggage. Room was 3 beds and no room to walk. Substandard. 2nd room was on the 1st floor facing the street with a wonderful view of trash and pigeons on the top of the restaurant canopy below. The hotel location is great... close to the Central Train Station and the center of the city. However the hotel itself is really old, the single bed was lumpy, and the room were really small. I do not understand how this hotel can have a 3star rating.

Certainly not the Ritz but friendly welcoming reception staff, decent room and decent breakfast. TV channels included about 6 British channels, central location.

very close to main station. but the building was little old. bathroom was not good... it was good to stay a night though.

this website says this hotel is 3 stars but compare to the other 3 stars hotel, this hotel is not as good. Very small, no space in Bathroom. the bed is very soft. but at least this hotel has wifi. breakfast is not so bad.

Good for a Night's stay.

Conveniently easy to reserve. Outstanding economy in comparison with included breakfast. Outstanding location close to the centralstation in the middle of Amsterdam center. It feels like you are in a boarding house. Although the location was great the hotel room was the worst I have ever had. Stay away from this place.

Great location but not great quality. Our shower did not work, although we did not complain as we were only staying for one night. 2 of us also got badly bitten by bed bugs.

This hotel needs to be renovated. The walls are aged and you can see the cracks. The rooms are extremely small, the toilet seat moved when you moved. The bathroom was not clean and unsanitary. The hotel location was awesome and that is the only plus.. the receptionist was very rude and the restaurant for the hotel was also rude.. they wouldn't let us heat food and eat in our room .. we have dietary conditions so we always carry our food .. they made it impossible for us to work with them .. the rudeness was intolerable ...

Although this hotel is in an excellent city centre location within easy access of most of the major tourist attractions the decor,rooms and general appearance are totally dated and need a major revamp.The continental breakfast provided was absolutely disgusting, equipment did not work and very few or no staff on hand to provide assistance. The Delta City hotel Amsterdam is definety a place to miss. The room was tiny. We had a hole in the floor under the carpet st the end of the beds and main walkway that was dangerous. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the bed creaking when someone turned over. Staff on the last day were diwnright rude not only to us but other guests booking […] out. Great party location!! It's across the street from the "Red Light" district. Very helpful and friendly staff!! The hotel is run down, dingy and appears somewhat dirty. The rooms are extremely small. Great for a clean, quick stopover site. Near trains and Dam Square. Rooms and lobby are small, but adequate.

Overall the hotel is grubby and in need of renovation. I got a box room in the roof - lift doesn't go to top floor. Internet access only in public areas. I stayed with two friends at the Delta Hotel in September. It certainly isn't three star, I would say it merits one star. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. We arrived before check-in time and were told to come back at 11 o'clock. We asked to use the toilet which was via the cooking area. Ok place to bed down for the night but definitely not more than a night. Provides a decent bed in a good location and has a restaurant. Not worth the amount paid though.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to Dam Square. Huge shopping street 1 block away. Nice size room, clean with comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast included.

Price was high and there was no early check in available... but that was the only two bad things about it.

Perfect location - just a few minutes walk from central train station, tram stops, shops, cafes and the popular tourist sights. Check-in was painless, small-lift was a bit ropey but room was comfortable and shower was excellent in a walk-in bathroom - although hand basin was in the bedroom. Hotel in bad state of decay, breakfast was horrible. The hotel staff are friendly though and the location is ideal. It advertised parking included which isn't true, its a service where someone takes your car to a location in Amsterdam which isn't my idea of city parking.

Great location. Friendly staff...until they burst into our room without even knocking and demanded that we leave because they got our reservations mixed up. I would look for a different place next time!!

Great spot for a night and central to downtown Amsterdam. The staff was very accomodating and very friendly. Just watch out for the extra's that are charged to you when you arrive, tourist tax, etc. Would be back there again as it does come with breakfast!! Great option.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent except there was no access for ttaxis. The faciliyis soewhat rundown and there is no air conditioning. Our room faced another room and that was it. I was bare bones living.

Not bad for what I paid. Staff was friendly. No AC. Excellent location for some Amsterdam action. Easy walk from Central Station. Pretty good resturant too. Bed was wedged between a radiator and a desk. Desk was higher than the bed. Private shower and toilet. A little loud but it is Amsterdam.
