В целом - хорошо. Два единственных минуса: 1) на ресепшн русскоговорящий сотрудник Екатерина была очень нелюбезна к нам, русским путешественникам, хотя перед этим она обслуживала гостей из Финляндии с преогромной улыбкой и любезностями; 2) на панорамных окнах номера - сетка от рекламной конструкции, что сильно мешает обзору, когда находишься рядом с окном.

Отель расположен недалеко, в пешей доступности, от основных исторических достопримечательностей города. НО, один большой недостаток: в номерах нет холодильника, и это в такой жаркой стране.

Отель было прекрасен, нам пришлось немного подождать номер (едва сошедшие с 14-часового ночного поезда, мы вряд ли походили на обычных постояльцев, так что они решили проверить нашу бронь), но они это компенсировали, сделав нам бесплатно апгрейд до номера-люкс. […] Номер был великолепен, просторный и очень комфортный. Была даже кофемашина на кухне. Мы побаловали себя едой в их ресторане на свежем воздухе, которая для своей стоимости оказалась неплохой, но и ничем особенным, зато вид на Бангкок, пока ты ешь, нам все скрасил! Немного снобизма в обслуживании. Официант в баре, разливающий вино, нас немного раздражал, слишком настойчиво пытаясь продать нам слишком дорогую бутылку вина (больше 200 фунтов за бутылку, которая в Tesco стоит 10 фунтов). Это довольно сильно помешало нам наслаждаться напитками, так как он не оставлял нас в покое и заставлял чувствовать себя неловко, особенно когда он задрал свой нос, когда мы заказали 2 бокала вместо целой бутылки. Персонал был таким милым, за ваши деньги вы получаете просто потрясающее качество. Я советую немного доплатить, чтобы получить номер с видом на реку, которая просто потрясающе смотрится ночью. Однако самое лучшее - это ЗАВТРАК!

Я много раз был в Бангкоке и в прошлом посещал ресторан Dome на последнем этаже отеля. В этот раз я с радостью забронировал номер Riverview Suite с видом на реку в отеле Lebua. Когда мы приехали, то нам сделали апгрейд и дали номер Tower Club Riverview Suite на 54 этаже. В течении всего времени пребывания сервис и персонал были просто великолепными. […] Отель был очень приятным, практически элегантным, и поддерживается в хорошем состоянии... Расположение и уровень чистоты были идеальными. Единственный минус заключается в том, что бар и ресторан на крыше пользуются такой популярностью, что лифты всегда забиты, когда поднимаешься в номер на верхнем этаже. Жаль, что на балконе с отличным видом нет парочки кресел, как и на всех остальных балконах. И последнее, цены далеко не обычные тайваньские, ожидайте, что придется платить как в отелях Hyatt в США или Европе. Хотя отель имеет хорошее расположение рядом с рекой, отсюда немного далековато до торгового района Сукхумвит. Отель отлично подойдет для тех, кто планирует посетить исторический Бангкок и все достопримечательности вдоль реки. Сам отель просто сногсшибательный, сервис и безопасность выше всяческих похвал! "Маленькие детали"
В целом, это хороший отель, однако на завтрак не было никакого выбора здоровой пищи. Это первый раз, когда я остановился в 4/5-звездочном отеле, где не предлагают мюсли, отруби и каши - для такого отеля это неприемлемо. Также остерегайтесь водителей такси, которые забирают вас от отеля, они пытались нас надуть 8 из 10 раз, гораздо безопаснее поймать […] машину с улицы. Очень приятный персонал, но они плохо отвечают на письма, 2-3 дня ушло на то, чтобы ответить нам на вопрос, есть ли в отеле доступ к бассейну. После отправки напоминания, перед нашей регистрацией нам ответили, что - нет. Подробнее

Я очень разочаровался в отеле Lebua. Я остановился в Lebua всего на 1 день, во время перелета в Лондон. Бассейн отеля был закрыт, и я узнал об этом, только когда заселился. Главной причиной, почему я выбрал этот отель, был бассейн, как способ расслабиться перед тем, как продолжить дорогу домой. Я забронировал номер 10 недель назад, и, когда я заселялся, […] мне сказали, что остался только один «номер», что сначала мне понравилось, пока я не увидел, что он слишком большой (знаю, что это звучит странно). Я находился один в номере с гостиной, кухней, двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами, кладовкой, прихожей и т. д. Я заселился в 2:20 ночи и выехал в 8:30 утра, и я был очень разочарован, так как я действительно хотел здесь остановиться. "Потрясающий отель"
Комната 5411 в отеле Lebua Tower Club была невероятно просторной, вид из окна захватывал дыхание, а обслуживание было просто замечательным. Это, должно быть, 1 из 10 лучших отелей в Бангкоке. Скай-бар на 64-65 этажах оставил абсолютно передаваемые впечатления… Администрация и персонал ресторана были восхитительными. К сожалению, бассейн был закрыт на […] ремонт, но была возможность ездить на гостиничном транспорте в бассейн отеля Holiday Inn. Постояльцы часто пользовались техническим лифтом для того, чтобы попасть на верхние этажи, что было весьма странно, потому как лифт и выглядел, как технический, и ощущения в нем были те же. Месторасположение было не идеальным, но и плохим его не назовешь. Тем не менее, это замечательный отель! The room is quite big almost 800sq feet. Since the bedroom is not next to the room door, the bedroom is very quiet, unlike the other hotel that the bed is close to the door. "For romantic trip!"
I have stayed with my fiance for 1 night. It was amazing room with nice amendities, Bvlgari. It had really nice river view. Nice, kind support of all staffs. I can define it was "Great hotel".
"Disappointed!"
The hotel has OK facilities, but bad location. It's hard to get to anywhere because of the small side lanes and heavy traffic jam always around the hotel. It's not near to the sky train, making it hard to move around Bangkok.

"High level of service and comfort"
Servicen was exceptional. Amazing breakfast. It is negative that you are not allowed to take a photo at the hangover 2 filming location. Also the roomservice pizza was a joke. Overall very good

The hotel is very clean and nice. We've been upgraded to the apartment suite and it is spacieous and the view is gorgeous.The only draw back is the check-in processing.They have a representative to do the check-in. But we are a group for 4 rooms and she tried to gaher everybody's doucument, passports and walk back and fore.Take it forever to complete. This was a very nice hotel with very reasonable price, best breakfast and wonderfull, friendly and courteous service. On the whole a very satisfactory experience, will recommend highly and will always like to stay there.

Another great stay at this plush hotel saw us again being up-graded and looked after in every possible way. They have the best selection buffet breakfast you will possibly ever have. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a 'high so' experience.

"Lebua- fantastic hotel!"
We stayed recently in the Lebua hotel for the first three nights of our honeymoon & I could not recommend it highly enough! We were picked up by hotel limo which we had arranged in advance: we were so glad we did after travelling for more than 13 hours!! When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. We had booked a river […] view suite & the hotel upgraded us for free as we were celebrating our honeymoon!! We got a room the size of a house- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, 2 living rooms and a kitchen! We were thrilled! They also sent us up the most delicious chocolate cake! The SkyView bar was our first stop on our first night- and it is truly magnificent, with a 360degree view of Bangkok! On our second night we had a reservation in sirocco restaurant, which is next to SkyView bar, also outdoors on the 65th floor of Lebua. Again- we highly recommend this wonderful experience- the food was simply exquisite and the ambience & views astounding. The hotel itself has a fantastic buffet breakfast each morning on the mozu floor ( mid way floor I think) and there's a gym & outdoor pool there too- lovely to take a dip in after a day of zooming around Bangkok on a tuk tuk. The hotels location is also very convenient- the river is nearby so we took a boat upriver to the grand palace area. Tuk tuks are also aplenty & very cheap! If like us you want a fab hotel in a great location- book the Lebua! Ps- the hangovertini cocktail is a must in the SkyView bar!!! Подробнее

"Beautiful, but showing signs of tiredness"
Superb hotel, it is starting to show it's age, but the Lebua is great. Lovely big rooms with great views from the balconys. You must vist the Sky bar on floor 64, yes it's expensive, but the views are simply amazing. The food in Scirocco was food as well.

"Great Hotel with a confused marketing message"
The Hotel is a gorgeous hotel and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and they should be as there are people to greet you at your every turn and to direct/chaperone you around the massive tower. The room my wife and I stayed in was large and the nicely appointed. The bed in the deluxe room we stayed in was, unfortunately, […] very hard. Drinks and food are very hefty in price compared to the surrounding neighborhoods but for a nice hotel the bill has to be footed somewhere. The most peculiar part of this hotel is how it is marketed and what it really is. This is an extremely conservative hotel (dress codes in many of the inter-hotel locations) and yet it markets itself as the hotel of the Hangover II. There are marketing posters talking of the wolf-pack and pictures of the actors. The funny thing is I found this hotel as far from the craziness that could be attributed to the Hangover movies as it possibly could be. There is no way the people portrayed in the Hangover would be walking around the hotel in the shape that they were. So if you are looking for a really high end hotel with a great view and takes great care of their guests then the Lebua is a great choice. If you are looking for something more laid back then this may not be the place. All in all I would recommend this hotel to people more like... my parents. Подробнее

We stayed at Lebua and where totaly happy with our joice. We had a great room in the 54th floor. We would recomend to book a room in the Tower club. The Sky-Bar on the rooftop is a must.

"Unsure of the hotel staff"
My husband and I arrived nearly an hour after we were supposed to check in to our room, and we were still asked to wait another 30 minutes until the room was ready. We were told we were getting "upgraded" for our wait, but we ended up in the same room (only we had to wait). Other guests that arrived later than us were given rooms before us, and that […] was simply unacceptable for what I thought was a five-star hotel! From there the stay just got more and more disappointing (and costly). In addition to our "room upgrade" that we never received, we were also told that the hotel staff would take us up to the bar/restaurant for drinks on the house. When we arrived, those drinks "on the house" weren't actually free or "on the house." We were told we would have to pay for them if we wanted them. Another scam! Although the hotel itself is nice, I was shocked at how the staff (not so much the concierge as much as those near the taxi drop-off station) seemed to have "deals" with taxi drivers who would arrive to pick you up and take hotel guests to destinations around Bangkok. The taxi drivers who would arrive at the hotel clearly knew the staff and would mumble something in Thai, then direct my husband and I into the taxi, then whisk us away. Only after we were a few blocks away would we realize we were in yet another taxi that refused to turn the meter on, and then would charge us about three times the price that the meter should have read. Clearly the hotel knew exactly what was going on, and I was appalled that a five-star hotel would allow such behavior to continue. I chose this hotel because I thought they would shield me from such behavior, not because I thought they would literally bring it to my doorstep and endorse it. if you choose to stay here, do not ask the hotel staff to arrange a taxi for you, arrange one yourself. Outsanding service and facilties. We would like to to return and in all in all ways recommend this hotel to others. Best breakfast we ever seen. But VERY difficult to get a taxi. The drivers choose their own customers and destinaion so we went down to the street where we easily got one.

Great hotel in the city. It has a sort of Vegas feel to it, which is neither good nor bad, just depends what you want. It's a really great place, with cool features but expensive. The top level bars were really cool with great views but it came out to almost $20USD a drink!!!! in a country where you can get a good meal for 2 for $15USD...it was too […] pricey. If money isn't a problem, this is a great place in Bangkok to spend it, but if you are trying to do anything on a budget, go somewhere else. This hotel was amazing. The pool was beautiful and clean. Slightly smaller than expected but still large enough! Can't even begin to describe the breakfast buffet. "The Lebua - top notch service and great location"
My wife and I visited Thailand for the first time on our honeymoon and our first stop was at Lebua. The room we reserved was not available so they gave us a free upgrade to a corner suite. It was extremely comfortable and the view of the river and the city was amazing. The service was also excellent and the breakfast rivaled any brunch I've ever been […] to. The hotel's location was ideal as well. Just a few minute walk and we were at the pier for a 15 minute ferry ride to the grand palace. The coolest part of the hotel was the sky bar on the 62nd floor. Its a must see even if you don't stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed everything about it. Подробнее

"Still lovely - but also disappointing"
We have been at this great hotel before, and everything has always been amazing. This time though, our beds were no way near as comfortable as the last time (ordered same kind of room), we didn't have a good working TV. All in all, we still love the hotel, but were disappointed, because our room the last time, was SO MUCH NICER!

Superb service, got upgraded to the tower club (55th floor) with amazing view over Bangkok. Supernice staff, huge and very wide breakfast buffe, several cool bars (scirocco, breeze etc) with rooftop location and view over the city. They cleaned our room 3 times (!) / day. Simply great will definitely stay here on our next visit to BKK.

very good hotel but not in the greatest area for dining options. restaurants very expensive in hotel. nice rooms but sitting area needs a tv to be useful. wireless internet very weak an unusable most of the time.

We had great time in the hotel. Especially so appreciate that our room has been upgraded to sweet room on 54F which has great view. Really good value and I will definitely go back again.

The hotel is located quite near the skytrain however the surrondings are quite scruffy and there are a few stops before reaching silom (where all the shopping centers are). Hotel servicewas good and room nice. Restaurants featured amazing views. However the food was best at the more "cheap" restaurant cafe mozu. "The Lebua - up there with the best"
More expensive than most Bangkok hotels but top quality in every respect. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the nearest station and the river boat pier. We had a suite on the 54th floor which was huge and of course had a great view of the city. The service and helpfulness of all staff could not have been better. "fantastic service"
From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Nothing was a problem. Upgraded to a huge 2 bedroom suite. Clean and quite rooms, awesome breakfast. Will be back. Sky bar drinks exy but the location well worth it. wow
