Отель был просто отвратительным! Только войдя в фойе…. Запах мочи и освежителя воздуха. Комната была грязной и вонючей. Ванная была настолько грязной, что нам не хотелось ей пользоваться. Когда я увидел фотографии онлайн, я подумал, что это будет идеальный отель для нашего отпуска. Я ошибался. Фотографии обманули нам. Мы приехали из Мэриленда, и, когда мы добрались до отеля, я просто не мог поверить тому, в каком состоянии находится номер. Ванная была самой отвратительной, чем я когда-либо видел за свою жизнь. Сама ванна была невероятно […] грязной. Нам пришлось поменять номер, но новый оказался не лучше. Мы пытались наслаждаться нашим отпуском как могли, но комната все испортила. Отель был чистым, сервис оказался хорошим. Отель старый и нуждается в обновлении, начиная от комнат и до мебели и ТВ. Был маленький выбор ТВ каналов.

Отель имеет отличное расположение, но он был грязным, населенном муравьями и американскими тараканами. Мы забронировали комнату на 10 дней, но нам пришлось съехать через пару ночей. Нам не каждый день стелили новое постельное белье. Мы совсем не советуем это место. В данном районе есть гораздо лучшие отели для остановки.

Расположение было идеальным, но отель был старым, комнаты находились в очень плачевном состоянии, на полу был дырявый ковер, сломанные стены, нет полотенец, и они дали мне номер с открытым видом на океан за дополнительные деньги, хотя я уже изначально заплатил за этот вид.

Для того, чтобы переночевать, - отель нормальный, но для более длительного пребывания я бы подумал о другом отеле. Персонал из приемной был очень любезным и отзывчивым. Ванну необходимо поменять, я очень критично отношусь к тому, куда захожу, и в данном случае, это была ванная. На балконе с конидиционеров верхних этажей капает вода, поэтому присесть […] и насладиться видом с него не представляется возможным. Отель был чистым, из комнаты открывался превосходный вид на океан, с балкона можно наблюдать восход солнца. Отличное расположение. Остановлюсь здесь снова.

Location and staff satisfactory. Maintenance poor (bathtubs refinished and not well). Breakfast is standup. No place to sit. Can't imagine how crowded it is if hotel is full. Not recommended.

This is a calm part of Ft. Lauderdale, and we could get to the beach without crossing a busy road. Most units are not on the beach, but in a building further back. Some notes:1. The pool bar is shut down 2. Beach towels are at the front desk, not at the pool, as indicated by the incorrect signs in the rooms. 3. Hot water is very slow to get to the road […] side rooms - 15 minutes!!! We didn't care because we were happy to just be there. This hotel was horrible. They guy at check in was pleasant but everything else was gross. From used Q-tips and trash under the beds to grimy, rusted, rotted out tub and no cover on the back of the toilet... to....hot water that took 20 mins (no kidding) to heat up and no electrical outlets (lamps, able to plug in appliances) that my husband had to go […] down the hall to the unlocked, unprotected electrical box and turn on the tripped switch after a 30 min wait after calling maitnence. The beautiful view of the ocean and sand from our "fake" balcony was the reason I went along with my husband on a business endevor, so I guess that was good. Подробнее

This hotel was horrible. They never had any clean towels or beach towels. Our bath tub leaked and made the carpet wet and smelly. The paint was flaking off the bath tub.

WE ENJOY THE BEACH, EXCELENT VIEW, THE PLACE IS ACTUALLY NICE AND RELAXED.

Stayed here 21 March for 5 days...hotel dirty...smelled from mildew...towels threadbare...NO beachchairs nor towels at beach (rental service only)...loud music at night from bar area adjacent to bar...location is good, but hotel in need of major repair disappointed in DC

If you want to sunbath or sit by the pool, it is good place but stay in the beachside building if possible. But like most other reviews have said, the rooms are run down, dirty and services are pathetic. Some rooms in the beachside building are right on the pool patio which was nice. i know that the rating for the hotel was fair, but fair isn't fair for this place! We paid extra to stay in the beachside buildiing. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working, sign on the elevator dated 3/1/12 stating elevator was broken. It was quite obvious that the cleaning supplies couldn't make it up to the 5th floor! When I spoke […] with the cleaning girl to get clean bath towels on the 2nd day, she reached in a garbage bag that she had just put dirty sheets into, and handed my to unfolded towels, after she smelled them to see if they were clean. I wouldn't take the "clean" towels, and she said that was all she had. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. When I called the front desk they said that the washer/dryer was broken. I could go to front desk to get towels. That means up and down 5 flights of stairs. Thank God we brought our own beach towels we used. Stay away from this hotel !!! Dirt everywere, the furniture is falling apart, tree times I could not get in the room cause the key did not work, one time the door handle fell off the door, dirty worn bedsheets with skin parts on it. this hotel was run down. we were on 5th floor with no running elevator for our stay.......bedding was old & in poor condition.......pool area had old lounge chair with most of them missing cushions. Room was not as advertised. Some of the amenties we not in the room, room was dirty and the hotel seems to have a shortage of towels. Don't stay at the hotel, not worth the price.

Very disappointed with the hotel. The pool had been closed for a month and everything was run down. The front reception people are very nice but they have a difficult situation to deal with. Location great but not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

When we first arrived we didn't get the room we paid for our room door was broken so we had to play with the handle until it open when we call about it they said they would fix they call fixing it by putting tape on the handle we call again and it took three days to do it the only reason they did it because we went to the front desk and ask to speak […] to a supervisor. Old run down hotel. Smells like mould. Bathroom disgusting, tv didn't work, adevertised happy hour not given, etc. Oh, the drunk slamming into our door at 2 AM! I wouldn't stay here if I had ANY other choice.

The bed was broke and the place is old, details in bathroom not soo clean, hallways need carpets cleaned and or replaced. Very limited on towels and washcloths, lots of construction behind and very loud. The restaurant is closed and the breakfast room in crowded room.

I could go on and on and I could throw in a few swear words, but I won't. This was, by far, the dirtiest, unkempt hotel I have been in since I was a teenager and poor. The staff is super nice. I feel sorry they have to work in such a dump

1st off this is a Hotel type (room doors open to central hallway) inn and in that respect is the review. The pros are it had amenities now expected; bed, bath, tv, microwave, frig, wifi, key-card doors & breakfast. Plus pool (but why, the beach is just a few few away). This appears to be an older inn, kept up fairly well (some things new or refurbished […] & somethings in need of). Comfy bed (if you can't sleep why stay?). Breakfast was cereals, pastries, juices & coffee. Above all was the access to the beach - just great. Had a great time there. The beachside building had no staff and was across the street from the main building with prices fantastic for the location. The cons maybe was that breakfast was in just a couple of rooms in the main building which could've been fixed up a little better. Only 1 ice machine worked in the beachside building which was on the 5th floor. Particular to our room was the patio door handle was missing leaving a open hole. Still would stay again. Подробнее

The tub in the bathroom was awful, needed to be replaced. the TV had very limited channels. The beach was right across the street, which was very nice.

Hotel room sliding glass door had no lock. Husband aked to have it repaired and it was not done.

Filthy bathroom, broken toilet, smelly, tv hardly worked, so much potential being on the water but overall not good.

I had NO hot water, phoned the reception and they finally got me a room across the hall so I could have a bath, Shabby, ill-kept room, Reception was as helpful as they could be but hotel is NOT up- kept, lacked care!!! DISSAPPOINTING and a waste of money!!!!

I was a little nervous about booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews. Since I normally stay in 3 or 4 star hotels, I actually wasn't expecting much at all. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was really friendly and the hotel lobby was very nice. It made me set my fears of a broken down room aside. The parking was scares but they use a […] large lot for overflow that is across the street from the beach-side hotel building. It wasn't difficult at all. My partial room view was more of a view than at the 3-star I normally stay at. For a 2-star, the room was very nice. I could walk around barefooted without getting dirty feet (so rare here in humid south Florida). The housekeeper's English made for a funny situation of towel talk (I wanted to reuse, she just grabbed, no biggie, it was funny). I did wish they had room service but the fridge and mircro worked fine. I loved being right on the beach and right where the kiteboarders were setting out. It was great. great location, good beds, but thats about all the staff at the reasurant was not caring at all, and food was not great and a little pricey for what it was.the staff at the hotel was trying there best, but fell short.the maids were great and helpful. the best thing about my stay was the location.

The Good: The desk staff was very helpful, and the price was very competitive. Nice view of the beach from a non premium room. Delivery food was exceptional. The Bad: "All rooms have a balcony", but my balcony door did not have a handle on the outside to allow me back in the room. New towels were not provided on day two - the old towels were picked […] up off of the floor for our re-use. (Clean towels were quickly provided at our complaint.) The room was dirty. There were hairs on the toilet seat, in the bathtub and on the sheets. One sheet had stains on it. The floor was very dirty. The drain of the bathtub was clogged. I would never recommend that hotel to anyone!!!

OK for the price, barely. No AC in the lobby, musty smell ( comes w/ South Florida ) throughout, but clean and friendly staff. No coffee machines in rooms or the lobby. One of our party ( we had a total of 5 rooms ) had problems getting enough hot water. Mine was slow to heat up in the morning, but temp was good. Another had a broken security lock.
