Ездили с ребенком 10 лет. Все понравилось, удобное расположение, до Диснейленда 5 минут на бесплатном автобусе. Отзывчивый персонал. У ребенка был ДР, организовали торт и поздравление. Еще один плюс -бассейн, ребенок был в восторге)

Начало дня с великолепного завтрака, быстро и комфортно на автобусе вы через 5 минут в Диснейленде. Вечером по возвращению продолжить активный отдых в ребенком в аквапарке. В итоге отдых и впечатления по максимуму.

В целом отель оказался хорошим. Что касается еды, то эта часть сервиса заслуживает оценку удовлетворительно. На завтрак был только йогурт, круассаны, ветчина. Можно както разнообразить!!! Отличная гостиница, особенно для детей, да и взрослым хорошо с детьми особо не встречаешься, очень много площадок для детей где они с удовольствием проводят время. Мы остановились здесь на выходные с 2 детьми, которым очень понравились игровые зоны, другие семейные зоны и то, было где поплавать. Было очень легко передвигаться по округе благодаря частым бесплатным шаттлом до Диснейленда / Студии Диснея / ж/д станции / Деревни Диснея. Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в этом отеле. Комната была небольшой, но удобной. Матрас был вполне приличным, не самым мягким из тех, на которых я спал, но и не ужасным. Было странно, что туалет был в одной комнате, а душ и раковина, чтобы помыть руки - в другой (не очень хорошо для гигиены, но терпимо). Мои дети были без ума от бассейна. Завтрак […] был ничего не примечательным, можно было бы предоставить больше блюд на выбор, как мне кажется. Расположение оказалось превосходным! Вблизи от Диснея и ж/д станции, если вы хотите поехать в Париж. Нам было немного неприятно и трудно смириться с тем фактом, что я заплатил на номер на шестерых, но получил номер только на четверых. Приятный отель, всего в 7 минутах на бесплатном шаттле-автобусе до входа в Диснейленд Парижа. Номер, в котором мы остановились, был рассчитан на 4 человека, но мы забронировали его на двоих. Он был чистым и свежим. В средней части отеля имелась светлая, воздушная и открытая для взглядов садовая зона. Она была немного маловатой для четверых. Я, моя жена и 2 детей двух и четырех лет остановились в отеле Explorers на 5 дней в июне 2011 года. Мы также думали о том, чтобы остановиться в собственных отелях Диснея. Очевидно, что этот отель не столь удобен как отели Диснея, но здесь мы могли значительно сэкономить, 30-50% в сравнении с 3-4-звездочными отелями Диснея. Здесь есть шаттл-сервис, который […] стал другим важным фактором в нашем решении, который оказался просто превосходным. Казалось, что в Диснее нас всегда ждал автобус, и нам никогда не приходилось ждать больше, чем 10 минут, как около самого отеля, так и в Диснее. Время поездки до Диснея, без преувеличений, составляло 5-10 минут. Персонал был очень любезен во время регистрации и был готов помочь с любым вопросом. На главной площадки отеля находились: бассейн, детская игровая зона, ресторан с основным завтраком и обедом, уголок пиццерии, зона бара с большой зоной отдыха, - и все это находилось на доступном друг от друга расстоянии. Все было так близко и так хорошо продумано, что каждый член семьи мог заниматься своим делом, при этом находясь на виду у друг друга. Здесь была создана потрясающая семейная атмосфера, благодаря сосредоточению всех развлечений в одном месте. Единственное, что раздражало, - это то, что комната была довольно тесной. Мы сняли номер на 4-ых (1 кровать на двоих и 2 одноместных), и в номере не осталось много места под чемоданы, коляску и одежду, так что, если у вас дети постарше, то там может быть слишком тесно. Мы приехали в разгар дня, хот мы уже предупредили персонал, что, вероятно, мы будем в отеле ранним утром… не самый хороший старт… путанные направления дороги к номеру… есть несколько лифтов, ведущих в разные точки на одном этаже, в любом случае, найдя, наконец-то, номер, мы не смогли войти туда с нашей картой-ключом... нам пришлось 4 раза пройти до […] приемной и обратно, и каждый раз нам давали новую карту. В конце концов, прибыл управляющий, и нам пришлось ждать, когда будет замене замок.. чистый и свежий номер с туалетом, отдельным от душевой комнаты, что просто отлично! Дружелюбный персонал, хорошее расположение с превосходным автобусом-шаттлом от и до Диснея. Хороший выбор блюд на завтрак с несколькими площадками, где можно было поесть... отличный бассейн для детей... открыт до 10 вечера. It's an ideal hotel as far as sleeping only is concerned, in other words if you plan on spending most of your time in the Disney Park. However if you decide to inlcude some rest days in between it's not the best place to be. During the day, apart from a sandwitch bar there are no real facilities for meals. The children play facilaties are fantastis, there is so much for them to do & the pool is great! A two euro charge per towel for swimming....meaning the pool is not 'free to use' and a crazy French rule regarding swim wear resulting in my husband not being able to join us in the pool....what […] could happen if he wore shorts instead of trunks which would be so bad?? Seeing as other guests were taking photographs on poolside and not being asked to stop, the trunks thing seemed very insignificant.... This hotel has a great location for going to Disneyland. Not anything else. The rooms were just ok. They were clean. But the power went out one day and the TV never worked. The shuttles were unreliable and didn't even come at the times hotel staff said. The pool was only open a few hours in the morning and a few in the evening. Never got to swim. we were very pleased with the value we got for our money. we are a family of five and the room had plenty of space for us. our kids went nuts for thebplayground and pirate ship themed pool. it was very easy to take the bus to disneyland. we would definitely stay there if we go back to disneyland

Very pleased with the convenience to Disneyland park and the availability of the shuttle bus. Loved the whole hotel set up with the play Center and the pool. The staff were really lovely and pleasant and helpful. Only downside was that our bathroom sink was blocked

the pool is good for children and has good slides, much better than you would expect for a hotel. The car park was busy one day. about 200 cars spaces and only about 10 free. the pillows are small and too soft. the breakfast was good with a lot of tables, so, there was never much of a queue.

Staff very welcoming on arrival. Explained all about the hotel and the where Shuttle bus goes from. There is a separate area for guest services which is great. The swimming pool is brilliant and open times are excellent. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

We realised that this was a 3star hotel but the hotel was even more shabby than expected especially on the level 1 near swimming pool area! Highlights... Dirty under beds, pillows were inadequate in size and comfort, empty toilet rolls nor towels not changed each day despite 'please make up my room', Edge of bed dropped out and sheets not fitted well! […] Corridor leading to and outside room very messy, room also felt a bit damp in room 106 as heaters not on. This was however a handy location to visit from with good shuttle bus, cheap place to sleep in between Disney visits ( Disney which was great) but for a similar price or a bit more money we could have had a better experience...my advice is - try another hotel like Circus which is next one along... Basic European hotel, the rooms are no frills. Morning buffet good start to the day, not your typical American breakfast light but filling. Bring your own washcloth if you are accustomed to using one. Kids would enjoy the pool area. Shuttle service was very good.

I'm surprised Disney put their name on this hotel. The room was the size of a large closet, for a family of 4, we could barely move in the room. There was a tiny bathroom in which the only outlet did not work. There were no hand towels or wash clothes or soap to wash your hands! There was one restaurant that opened for breakfast and a few for dinner. […] Not much choice and very expensive. The pool was fun but they charged 2,00 euros per each towel, and you could not use the ones from your room! The staff was friendly at the front desk, but the house cleaning staff was inadequate! Not only did they not change the sheets the next day but we still did not get towels and soap we needed. It was so disappointing! They had a video game room that was outrageously expensive. They made it seem like it was a great hotel for families and it was nothing I would ever stay at again much less refer to a friend. Beware military community!
