Удобно расположен, чистота в номерах, отзывчивый персонал, нормальный завтрак и все это за небольшие деньги. Пожалуй, в следующий раз я остановлюсь здесь же.

Вполне достойный отель

Отель расположен недалеко от центрального ж.д. вокзала, остановка автобуса № 721. который идет в аэропорт, прямо у отеля. Чисто, просто, завтрак ранний - в будние дни с 6:30 утра. Скромно, но в холе есть кофе и чай круглые сутки. В нашем номере также была кофе-машина. Отличный отель, приятный персонал! все понравилось. Находится в 5 минутах от вокзала.

замечательный отель, очень чистый. уютный. удобное месторасположение.

Великолепная гостиница. Полностью соответствовала нашим ожиданиям. Рядом вокзал. Легко добраться до др городов Европы. До центра 30 мин ходьбы через главные торговые улицы. Есть на что посмотреть и что купить. Персонал приветлив. Номера чистые- убирали каждый день. Завтрак отличный. Это был ужасный отель. Ковер был мокрым и покрытым плесенью. Стоял ужасный запах, когда я вошел, и они даже не позволили нам поменять номер. Я бы никому не посоветовал этот отель.

Отель Residenz очень удобно располагается рядом со станцией в Дюссельдорфе. По хорошей цене вы получаете приятные комнаты, и такой же завтрак, отель находится в хороших руках. Главный недостаток - шум автомобильного движения снаружи: окна лучше не открывать, что нормально зимой, но не так хорошо летом.

Хороший чистый отель в 7 минутах ходьбы от ж/д станции, мы купили 5-дневный туристический билет, но никто его так ни разу и не спросил!!! Комната была хорошей и чистой. Недалеко от старого города Дюссельдорфа, всего 2 остановки на метро. Недалеко от отеля есть пабы, где нас очень радостно встретили. This was a very good hotel compare to *** hotels. My room was a littlle beat too small but very clean & furnished nicely! The breakfast was very good & the area was clean & nice. Best thing beside the fare price was The owner who is the manager of the hotel. He is a real gentleman. Very welcoming & helpful when eeded!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights having read the reviews about it on hotels.com. I can say that our stay was very comfortable.The rooms were clean and well maintained.There was free tea and coffee available all day and the breakfast was superb considering the price of the hotel.The staff on reception were excellent and of great help and more than accomodating […] with their assistance. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Ko and old town however there are plenty of shops on route. Without a doubt this is the best value hotel I have stayed at and wouldnt hesitate to stay again upon returning to dusseldorf.It is about 2 minutes away from central station for all bus and train travel. I had a two night stay at the Hotel Residenz. Just around the corner from the main rail station & within easy reach of the City Centre. Very clean rooms & staff on hand if you have any problems. Hotel staff (front desk and breakfast room attendant) very friendly and knowledgeble about local attractions. I arrived at this hotel from airport via S11 train to Dusseldorf Hbf station (main station). No need to take the sky train at the airport to the station where you can also take the S1 to Dusseldorf Hbf because the S11 train is located walking […] distance from where you pick up your luggage (station entrance is opposite to McDonalds with escalator going underground). Paid only 2.30 Euro for train ride. Hotel room was a little shocker to me when I entered (mind you I am accustomed to larger rooms and travel with my family as opposed to travelling alone this time). Single bed ...very small room but cosy and comfortable for the night. I usually don't complain about noise but this is the first hotel ever where I was aware of outside traffic and actually had to shut the window to be able to sleep. I instead opened my bathroom window and closed door for circulation in the room. I was able to purchase travel card at this hotel. Travelling to this hotel from Dusseldorf Hbf by walking I did get lost and wandered about unnecessarily with my suitcase even though the walk is only about 13 min long. From main entrance at the train station turn right and when you get to the traffic lights it gets tricky. You have to curve right to cross the road (but i kept walking along the curve and under the small overpass) after crossing, you have to curve left and then cross again to get to the hotel...my google map was even confusing for me lol. Hop on Hop off bus is located right across the train station (get out main entrance and cross the road at the lights and turn right ...head in direction of tourist info). Breakfast room was very clean presented nicely. Food consisted on different breads, cheese, meats , cereals and fruits and hard boiled eggs. Juices and tea and coffee was also available. The elevator is fun with glass walls to provide a view - though very slow. The location is an easy walk to the main train station which provides easy access to the Messe for conventions.

The Residenz Hotel is located only a hundred metres or so from the Dusseldorf Station, which is very convenient. Residenz Hotel is a nice smaller hotel conveniently located near the main railway station and ca. 25 minutes walk from central Königsallee. A budget hotel with 4 star value. excellent service and convenient location near the train station. Very nice staff and helpful. Very clean and close to trains/buses and double decker tour busses. Very enjoyable. Breakfast was plentiful and came with room.

This hotel is cheap and cheerful. It is very clean but basic, we definately got more than what we paid for with excellent service. 2 complaints would be the noise of traffic but if your a heavy sleeper not a problem! J'ai apprécié cet hôtel. La chambre était belle, propre et très agréable. L'accueil était sympathique, le personnel parlait allemand et anglais. Il y avait des prospectus sur la ville à disposition, ce qui est très bien quand l'office du tourisme est fermé ! Le petit déjeuner était bien. Je vous conseille cet hôtel !

Lage gut, leider sehr laut. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut, alles vorhanden.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel !! Hier stimmt alles: Freundliches, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer mit Safe u. Minibar (keine Gebühr), gutes Frühstück ( Buffett ), sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung ( Strassenbahn vor der Tür und nur 500m bis zum Hauptbahnhof ) !!! Das Capitol ( Theater mit Musical KEIN PARDON ) liegt gleich um die Ecke !!

Für diesen tollen Preis darf man nicht mehr erwarten. Es war alles in allem wirklich ok.. Im Bad hat es etwas muffig gerochen, was man aber nach 5 Minuten nicht mehr wahrgenommen hat. Frühstück wirklich voll ausreichend.. für ein bis zwei Nächte unproblematisch!

Prisvärt, bra läge nära Hauptbahnhof och mittelstadt. Frukosten var bra men madrasserna var lite väl hårda. Rekommenderas!
