Dream Castle Hotel at Disneyland Paris - Yerres

Мы побывали уже в третий раз в этом отеле. Раньше он принадлежал сети Movenpick. Особых изменений после смены вывески мы не обнаружили. Отличительная особенность в номере - большая двух-ярусная кровать. Наши мальчики были от нее просто в восторге. Внутренняя отделка в номере и за его пределами достаточно свежая. Отель современной планировки: длинные […] просторные коридоры, с рыцарским обмундированием по стенам, есть где разогнаться, большие холлы, высокие потолки, большие окна. Но комнаты достаточно скромных размеров, что вообщем традиционно для Франции. Отель расположен достаточно далеко от парков, но по прилегающей зоне регулярно ходит бесплатный автобус. Лучше однако будет арендовать авто: и у отеля и в парке отличные парковки, бесплатные для проживающих. Рядом по соседству несколько других отелей, поле, лесопарковая зона, пруд, и дальше коттеджный микрорайон. Были в конце марта, вск, пн, вт, ср. Отель заявляет себя 4*, во Франции это высокая категория отеля, но по-моему субъективному мнению, 3*-не выше. Проживали в отеле 4 дня. Во-первых, ключей от номера ждали час. Во-вторых, в гостинице нет носильщиков, портье и консьержей. Чемоданы от такси тащишь сам до номера (вместе с детьми). Все помещения гостиницы […] пытались сделать в виде замка короля Артура, но получилось слабое подобие. Ремонт был лет -цать назад. Номера по площади, в принципе, ничего, с 2-мя детишками удобно на двухъярусной кровати.Но подставки в ванной для детей не предусмотрено. Уборка сводиться к заправке кровати- и все! Туалет, ванная - не моются вообще. А зачем? Вряд-ли кто-то поедет в этот отель второй раз. Завтрак - это столовая, сравнить можно с 2-3* отелем Турции (не была, но думаю). Толпа за чаем, кофе - все из автомата- наливаешь сам. Официанты убирают посуду, но со стола не стирают, кладут салфетку на крошки, майонез. Завтрак американский шведский стол- к качеству продуктов (не к меню) претензий нет(все-таки Франция). Хороший отель. Красивая ухоженная территория. Предназначен для отдыха с детьми. В номере для детей двухэтажная кровать, есть детская развлекаловка. Я был очень разочарован получить такой враждебный прием от персонала. В коридоре перед моим номером были постоянно набитые мешки с грязным бельем, груды полотенец и многие другие грязные предметы обслуги. В обеденном шведском столе совершенно не было подходящей для маленьких детей еды (к примеру, для моего 5-летки). Меню с едой из бара заканчивается в 3 дня. Еда в отеле оказалась очень плохой, а сервис необходимо улучшать, особенно, задуматься над поведением персонала. Также когда мы въезжали, в 4-звездочном отеле не было службы доставки багажа!! Это меня очень удивило!!!

What can I say, the kids will love it. Parents don't expect too much the food is not great, but hey you stay here for the kids and it's all about Disneyland really and not much time is spent in the hotel when your think about it. My 8yr old daughter thought this was a fantastic hotel.

The cost of the hotel is slightly less than the Disney resort, at least as far as room fees - but the costs ON SITE are basically the same that you'd pay at a Disney hotel. 15 euro Hamburgers at the bar, etc. So there's no real savings once you arrive. But in the end, if I had to do it over again - we'd stay at the park and give ourselves the luxury of walking to and from the park, resting at the hotel, and avoiding shuttles, parking, and inconvenience. Very nice stay. Enjoyed proximity to all parks and train station which gives you a chance to travel anywhere by metro, Tgv, or eurostar. Shuttle service by bus all day long from hotel to parks and train station. 10 minutes to CDG airport by TGV from train station.

A lovely hotel which is fantastic for families. Lots of space and activities for the children. Staff very helpful. Family room was great - bunk beds and castle theme room which the kids loved. I stayed 3 nights with my 2 girls and my husband and it was okay, overall the hotel can have better service and a bit more clean the breakfast area was not clean at all and no diversity in the breakfast. Good alternative to severely overpriced hotels located closer to Disneyland (DLP). Very clean and comfortable rooms. It fit my family of 5 comfortably (me, wife, kids ages 5, 4 and infant). This […] hotel is the first to be picked up by the free shuttle to DLP. Shuttle is cramped but timely and beats driving to DLP; although parking at DLP is free with your room key. Shuttle drops you off right in front of the train station, so going into Paris is very easy and you do not have to deal with the toll roads and driving in a congested/unfamiliar city. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice to tire the kids out before bed. Check in and check out were painelss. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Overall, we had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. One last travel tip: We came in from Bavaria, Germany and would recommend looking into taking the train into this area. The toll roads are expensive (approx 40 Euro each way) and Esso gas stations in France do not take the US issued Esso cards. It is unlikely that you can make it from the last Esso in Germany to DLP and back without filling up (or at least putting in approx 60 Euro of gas). Подробнее

We recently stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel at Disneyland. For my older daughter (4yo), it was a dream.....there was a ball pit, many rides (2E a piece), games, a playground, a jogging path around a large pond, and a small pool with a very small slide.....which was perfect for a family with young kids. You can get park tickets at the hotel (I highly rec doing this), which saves you a lot of time once you actually get to the park. They do offer dinners at the hotel, but I would save your money and make reservations at Mickey's Cafe in Disney Village (the kids can meet a ton of Disney characters) plus the food/location is much better. There is a free shuttle that runs every 20min from the hotel to the parks (until midnight). You can also drive and park for free at the park using your hotel room key (make sure you follow signs for Disneyland park NOT Disney Village...you will have to pay for parking at the later). Our overall experience was great, though for the price I thought the rooms could use a little sprucing up and pool towels should be free and available at the pool (vs using your own bath towel or having to pay 2E at the spa). Also, the eggs at breakfast are a bit sketchy, but other than those minor things we had a wonderful stay. I would reccommend this very clean hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful gardens to the rear, bed was really comfortable, the breakfast choice was vast! However, given location extras are a little expensive, ie evening meal, bar, vending machines!

We stayed there for Easter holiday , hotel location is not bad and near by Disney land but fr from shopping , Bad point was , indoor swimming pool water temperature was too cold , and all the kids couldn't enjoy , we asked the reception but they said : temperature is " as it is " !! My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the hotel. Location was excellent to Disneyland (10 mins by car) Free parking at Disneyland also if you take your room key with you to the parking entrance! The room was lovely and very clean. It was cleaned everyday and there was a huge bed! The only negative thing I would say is that it is definitely worth eating at the shopping centre about a 5 minute drive away because the restaurant is very expensive at the hotel and there's quite a few nice restaurants in the Val d'Europe shopping centre. I was extremely dissappointed with my stay at the Dream Castle Hotel. The hotel is huge like you would expect in Las Vegas or Orlando - yet not maintained in the same manner. This is the forth Disney Park I have visited and the hotel did not represent the typical Disney touch I've come to expect from a hotel bearings it's markings. The 'scrambled eggs' sums it up. I think they were powdered, nevertheless, they were disgusting. The remainder of the breakfast products weren't bad but they were below average. This is a nice family hotel close to Disneyland Paris. We were satisifed with our stay and will recommend others. Our special request was honoured and were given a very quiet room with views to beautiful garden and lake. As long as you have managed your expectations this is a good alternative to the disney hotels. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good although nothing special - usual fare, continental and a limited hot selection. For all the time you spend in the hotel, spending most time in the parks, it is ideal. We travelled with 2 young children and there is plenty […] to do and the kids loved the bunk beds. The number 54 bus runs regularly between the hotel and the parks and we found there was no crowding issues although this could be a problem at a busier time of the year. All in all don't expect a 5 star hotel but this is a clean child friendly hotel in a good proximity to the disney parks. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my son while visiting Disney Land. The rooms were nice and spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. Other than Disney there is not much to do in the area. Only disappointment was the dinner which was not great for the price.

A clean hotel with friendly staff..... but the is only snack serve after lunch & dinner hour. have to take a shuttle bus to disney paris & the bus were crowded (mayb share with other hote)....

All of us - my husband , me and our 2 kids liked this hotel so much than we stayed there one more night. the reception crew was very helpfull .

Shuttle service to the Disney park is every 20min and convenient. The hotel itself is clean. The family room was nice and spacious. We all enjoyed the swimming and sauna facilities.
