Отель был очень удобно расположен для приезда на поезде. У нас был очень красивый номер с видом на главный канал. Завтрак был типичным для отелей такого качества. Хорошее, добротное проживание по своей цене.

Мое первое пребывание в Венеции, и отель идеально расположен на набережной Гранд Канала. Персонал очень услужливый и дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Моя жена считает, что Антонио замечательный.

Это место было самым лучшим: от потрясающего дружелюбия и готовности помочь сотрудников отеля до качества, размера и комфорта номера! Нашу семью из 4-х человек легко заселили в номер и модернизировали кровать для наших старших (взрослых) детей безо всяких просьб с нашей стороны. Обслуживание клиентов было безупречным, и сотрудники делали все возможное, […] чтобы помочь нам с каждой деталью нашего пребывания. Нам понравились данные нам рекомендации по ресторанам и подробная карта и рекомендации по осмотру достопримечательностей. Рядом с отелем находилась прачечная самообслуживания, что было удобно и очень вовремя, потому что мы взяли с собой немного вещей в наш 2-х недельный отпуск. Расположение отеля было идеальным, т.к. он находился через Гранд Канал от железнодорожного вокзала, и всего через 2 маленьких моста и в 3-х минутах ходьбы от пьяцца Рома, где можно было сесть в очень удобный и недорогой поезд-шаттл до круизного судна, а также в автобус до аэропорта Марка Поло. Мы очень рекомендуем этот отель. На самом деле, вначале мы забронировали отель рядом (отель "Гранд Канал"), т.к. он входил в послекруизный пакет услуг, но потом предпочли вместо него вернуться в отель "Artiche Figure", потому что общее качество номеров и потрясающее дружелюбие сотрудников этого чудесного отеля намного превосходили все другие отели, которые мы посетили в Италии. Если вам нужно остановиться в Венеции до или после круиза, то это место идеально подходит. Легко доехать из аэропорта на местном автобусе до автовокзала. Оттуда 5 минут пешком до отеля. 5 минут ходьбы до поезда-шаттла, который добросит вас до причала.

Во время нашего медового месяца мы путешествовали из Рима во Флоренцию, Пизу и, под конец, в Венецию, и этот отель был самым дружелюбным из всех отелей за время нашего путешествия. Сотрудники приятные и делают ваше пребывание легким и комфортабельным. Было здорово выйти из здания железнодорожного вокзала и увидеть отель напротив, особенно когда есть […] сумки, которые надо всего-навсего перенести через мост, чтобы попасть в отель. Удобно садиться в вапоретто, т.к. их остановка находится у вокзала. Посадка в вапоретто в начале "линии" давала преимущество, потому что по мере продвижения по каналу к мосту Риальто и т.д. они становились более заполненными. Отель находится в отличном месте для поиска сувенирных магазинов и покупки пирожного вечером. Завтраки были тоже приятные. Расположение отеля с видом на Гранд Канал и напротив железнодорожного вокзала нельзя переплюнуть. Сотрудники стойки регистрации и бара во всех сменах очень дружелюбные и услужливые.

Нам разрешили оставить на хранение наш багаж после прибытия из круиза и перед заселением в отель. Это дало нам время, чтобы обойти город. Очень приятный отель, услужливый и дружелюбный персонал. Я всем рекомендую этот отель.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel when visiting Venice. We had a room with a Grand Canal view. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was lovely.

This was my second stay at this hotel over a period of a few years. The location is convenient because it's right across from the train station, a very short walk to the bus station, and on the Grand Canal, so there's easy access to anywhere in Venice or beyond. This hotel staff is always the same and will do anything for you. We stayed 2 nights. On the third night, my friend was staying one more night and couldn't afford to stay a this hotel a 3rd night. The hotel staff called another hotel down the street and got a better rate for my friend, so they went so far as to give another hotel their busines. Not a lot of hotel staffs would go to these lengths for their customers. Awesome! And finally, the rooms and breakfast are all wonderful as well. The Hotel was clean, comfortable and above its 3 Star rating. Continental breakfast was average the staff was courteous and helpful. Room and the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Hotel Antiche Figure was in the perfect location -- just across the bridge from the train station/water bus stop AND far enough away from the tourist-trap area right around Piazza San Marco (but with easy access to all of the sight-seeing hot spots). Located right off the Grande Canal across from the train station there couldn’t be a more ideal place for easy transportation. The room I stayed in was lovely with a balcony overlooking the canal, it was a free upgrade because I was only there one night and it was the last room available. This is a lovely hotel right on the Grand Canal. The staff were extremely helpful and as well as making sure the hotel was meeting our needs provided advice about where to go and what was worth visiting. I was amused that one of the managers told us that there was a hot drinks machine in the breakfast room which they had had to get to satisfy the Americans, […] but the coffee wasn't much good and they could get us a espresso or capuccino from the bar if we wanted proper coffee - we did and it was! We stayed in the low season and were very impressed with the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. Great location and very convenient for vaporetta and catching a bus. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very nice and very clean. On the down side I thought the rooms were quite small and as we paid for an upgrade to a room overlooking the canal I expected it to also be a bigger room than the standard deluxe...not so. This hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We stayed in hotels throughout Italy on a 2.5 week journey. The staff here was by far the most friendly and helpful! Nice rooms and quiet considering it's location on the Grand Canal. Highly recommend!

We took the grand canal view room with King size bed, the bed is so comfortable and the room was well furnished, look elegant and comfortable. The staffs also very helpful with the lugguages and provided recommendations for travelling in Venice such as Gondola Service, visit to Murano etc.,

We only stayed in Venice for two days, but liked this hotel a lot. It wasn't the closest to San Marco square, but it's Venice, a 10-15 minute walk and your there. The service was great and the breakfast buffet was awesome, compared to any other Italian breakfast. Next time we go we will be staying there again.

If you are carrying heavy luggage or if you plan to make side trips, to Padua for example, the hotel's location is ideal. Right across the Grand Canal from the train station. It's a pretty little hotel with an unusually sharp and accommodating front desk. Good breakfast service, good cleaning staff.

This is a great hotel in Venice - so convenient to the cruise ship port and also the train station. The staff go out of their way to be helpful.

It is near both the RR Terminal, the Piazza Roma which is the bus and taxi hub and across the grand canal from a valporetto stop. it is directly next to chided picolo San Simeon and amidst a pleasant neighborhood not jammed with tourists

From walking out of the station to see it directly across the Grand Canal we felt we had made the right choice and once inside the experience just got better. Where to start...The staff are wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late and hungry, and the concierge not only told us of a nice place near by, but called them to make sure they stayed open for us. We were also presented with a map and directions to all the typical sights on arrival. It was nicely decorated in a lovely red brocade, it was so pretty I wanted to take a picture. It is located directly across from the train station and the bus terminal is visible from out front. It's easy to find from anywhere, just follow the signs to the train station. There is not a restaurant on site, but the continental breakfast is quite nice. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms, but we were only there to sleep after a full day of walking. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip and highly recommend it to others. My wife and I spent two nights here for the last leg of our 18 days in Italy honeymoon. What a spectacular stay it was. Antonio and his fellow staff were very accommodating and gracious to us while we were there. They pointed out restaurants and sights to us and were always very pleasant. The hotel is right across the bridge from the train station, […] making it very convenient. There are quite a few steps up the bridge however, so if you have large luggage, be prepared for a haul. FYI: The beds are ultra firm in Italy (everywhere, not just at this hotel) so if like us, you're used to a plush bed it will take some time to get use to it. The room was very clean and well-kept although the shower head could've used a dunk in CLR or a cleanser - it kind of shot everywhere! LOL! A small quibble for what was a most memorable stay. PS. Take a gondola ride at night as opposed to the day. Far less busy and much more romantic. We also saw the Mussica il Piazza (or something like that) where we sat in a palace and watched an intimate opera with two singers and a 3 piece string section. It was magical. 50 Euro each and money well spent I say. You cant visit Venice without a gondola ride and an opera. Thanks again to all the staff at Antiche Figure. A little further out from the city center than I would prefer, but room quality and great staff make up for it. Also very convenient if arriving or leaving by train. Would definitely stay again.

Superb location and outstanding staff! An excellent location on the Grand Canal, 1 minute walk to the train station and water buses, 5 minute walk to Piazzale Roma (buses, tram to cruiseport). Ours did not overlook the canal but that was probably a bonus - less street/boat noice and you will see plenty of quaint canals in your travels. The breakfast included in the price was very good, nothing hot, but with lots of variety. Free cappuccino in the morning was a nice treat. We chose not to stay around the corner in the hotel's mini-suites (no elevator) but viewed them, and for the small additional cost they offered us, it was tempting!
