Во время 4-х дневного пребывания мы обнаружили, что отель содержится в очень хорошем состоянии, персонал чрезвычайно услужливый и любезный, в общем, мы оцениваем отель довольно высоко из-за хорошего соотношения цены и качества.

Отель находится в нескольких минутах ходьбы пешком от оптового рынка "Пратунам", а также торгового центра "Платинум", удобно расположенных для совершения покупок в этом районе. По ночам рядом с отелем есть уличные ларьки и магазин 7-11, если нужно купить еду или что-то еще. Тем не менее, хотел бы предложить, чтобы завтрак в отеле менялся каждый день. […] Лично я оцениваю вкус еды как неплохой, но есть каждый день одно и тоже немного разочаровывает. Номер комфортабельно чистый и уютный, а персонал, будь то посыльный, сотрудник стойки регистрации, обслуживание номеров, очень услужливый и любезный. Отель превосходный, но не бронируйте экскурсии на стойке в фойе. Они врали нам в лицо, говоря, что мы поедем только на плавучий рынок и тигриную пагоду и вернемся в отель к 4 часам дня, и что микроавтобус будет на 2-6 человек. Вместо этого нам 3 раза пришлось пересаживаться из автобуса в автобус и сменить 3-х гидов, было 13 человек, мы заехали во все […] места, в которые просили не заезжать, и к тому же с нас взяли больше денег, что я обнаружила, спросив других пассажиров, и мы вернулись в отель в 8 вечера. Номер с завтраком, но подавали слишком много индийской еды. Это не многообразная еда.

Отель расположен в центре Бангкока. Станция Скайтрейна Маккасан в аэропорт находится не в пределах пешей досягаемости отеля, поэтому нужно взять такси от станции. В отеле имеется бесплатное такси до станции Маккасан. В целом, отель бюджетный, поэтому я бы не рекомендовал его для проведения медового месяца.

Отель стареет, и скоро потребуется совершить некоторое обновление, но персонал отличный и расположение хорошее.

Останавливался два раза. Линия Скайтрейна находилась неподалеку, в паре кварталов. Окрестности такие, какие есть в Бангкоке. Мне нравится исследовать, поэтому это работало на меня. В целом, было хорошо. Я из Нью-Йорка, поэтому сюрпризов для меня не было.

I recently stayed in the hotel. Its strategically located close to the shopping malls. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was charged 1000 Bath on my credit card as a guarantee. The only charges on the room is the phone call I made which I paid in cash. When I inquired about the 1000 bath, they told me that I will refunded in a few weeks. On all my travels the hotels I been never charge my card cash, they checked the room on check out to see if I took anything from their […] refrigerator or any phone call, then they charge the credit card the amount. First the good points. We had a standard room which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Also the outdoor pool was sufficiently large to allow for a decent swim and there were ample chairs and sunbeds available. The downside really is location. Though maps on the Internet indicate underground and skytrain stations nearby they are not and are about […] about 2kms away. The result is that you are obliged to use taxis wherever you go and brave Bangkok traffic. Another irritation is that internet wifi access is not available in the rooms and can only be picked up in the lobby and by the pool. Though not a worry to us we were surprised that there was no offer to help us with our luggage or to escort us to our room when we arrived. In fact we were not even told where the elevators were! The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was very convenient. The staff services were courteous and competent. I will rcomend this hotel to my relatives and friends.

Right choice, good location, helpful staff- complimentary shuttle to airport link!!!!! Even the foot spa nearby are neat! Business or family stay, you are in safe hands. Will be back!

The tour organization person in the reception has to change, she is a liar. She told we cannot go to many tours like floating market and Grand Palace; she tried to sell what she has. But we realized that all places are open and we rented a taxi and visited all places on our own. She was denying all the time even we have been there.

The Ramada could be anywhere in the world and had no Thai flare at all. It was clean and easy to get to, but I didn't go to Thailand to feel like I was in Wisconsin.

The hotel was pretty decent. In terms of location, it's actually walkable from the Ratchaprarop station, if you aren't carrying too much luggage. They also provide a limo service to the Makkasan City Link station, which you can book if you intend to take the City rail to the airport. Using Bangkok as a hub to visit neaby countries I stayed in three diffeerent hotels in the same general area this summer. The D'Ma definitely wins out in the area of 'best breakfast', and nicest room. For a first tie visitor the location, although only a 10 minute walk to the busy Pratunum garment district could be a little confusing, and the taxis […] and tuk-tuk drivers can be a little agressive in trying to get customers. However--- if you are there for a few days, it is easy to find everything you want in that area-- including convenience stores, interenet shops, laundry, and even barber shops... We were very satisfied with our room. booked at two bedroom suite. Separate living room, Beautiful bathrooms, excellent assistance with our first visit to Bangkok.

I would recommend this hotel to any one who is looking for convenience and affordability. Staff are very helpful and the condition of the hotel reminds of a 5 star hotel.

I was very disappointed. I expected the Ramada to be better. There were guys sitting right in the driveway asking if I wanted a girl. The hotel smelled bad and when I called room service to ask for an extra set of silverware I was told it would be 100 baht. Ridiculous...

Fantastic hotel and in the heart of everything, Shops, markets, massages, hair dressing, everything located around the hotel. Got to mention that it is one of the oldest hotel around and is still putting on a superb service and the overall stay was very comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. It is still reliable and provides very good service. The breakfast is exceptional. The location looks "tacky", but do not be put off you are very close to shops, MTR and train to airport.

I travel quite a bit, and often with a large group fo friends or family. We booked 3 rooms at the D'MA for three nights to celebrate new year's. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff for rude, and unhelpful. The rooms were stained and filthy. We disliked it so much that we checked out the next day and booked another hotel. Hotels.ca […] was kind enough to refund us for the rest of our stay, by Ramada without authorization, charged my credit card for nights not stayed. When I called the hotel, the GM refused to speak to me. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. On a side note, I also got mild food poisoning as a result of room service. Подробнее

We booked here because we thought it was within an easy walk of the Makkasan station at the terminus of the new train line from the new airport. It really isn't if you have any luggage. We ended up using cabs (which isn't too bad since the fare is around $15). It's also not that convenient for the main downtown tourist sites since the Bangkok metro […] does not cover the old core of the city (as in Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul, etc.),. Its a $10 cab ride. Worst hotel I have ever been to in Asia. No one spoke English which was unusual for it being a Ramada. They ruined my designer clothes, I asked for dry clean and they said yes, but ended up shredding the pockets by washing it normal. The manager came up and offered me $10 bucks lol. Stayed here one night in transit from Koh Samui back to UK. It was OK - nothing more, nothing less. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and reasonably steady supply of tea/coffee top ups. Concierge very accommodating for looking after luggage for late check out, and best source of catching taxis. Out on street it was REALLY […] bad here. All sorts of scams out to offer you good deal for trip tomorrow, back to airport etc. Tuk Tuks only a touch better. Somewhat on the edge of the city, it is a very classy establishment. Close to Air train station, or a 15 min walk to the river to take the boat to go further west. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not luxurious but nice and comfortable hotel

The hotel was in a strange area, not much close to the hotel, but not far to walk to a train station. Hotel taxis were always outside if you wanted one of them, maybe a little more expensive than a normal taxi, but still reasonable. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, and we were well looked after.

This trip was a mix of business and pleasure as I took my Grandchildren along. We chose a family suite which was perfect for this mix, the adults had their own room, the children theirs, each with its own access. Between the two was a separate lounge/meeting room. Never take the drivers from Hotel. They cheat you on the price and they never put you to the right place!!

Staff was nice, rooms were great, not far from airport,or malls. Breakfast was nice but quanity of choices not that great.

great hotel, food ,pool andf location are great . Staff are probably the friendliest and helpful ive ever experienced. Pool and view is great too. Need umbrellas and the guys at the front just outside the door should be avoided as they try to rip you off when looking for transport. good location .slightly crowded outside the hotel but that is what is bangkok. can walk down to good shopping sites. good value for money although the rooms are slightly old. go for supeiror rooms comes with breakfast and free internet. friendly staff. no complaints for the money we paid.

Our stay were excellent because of the friendly service and propt response to any of our enquiry. The facilities were modern & had a clean pool & sauna.
