Замечательно. Тихо, уютно. Доброжелательный персонал. Стоит на дороге из Венеции в Падую Так что мы и в Падую съездили.Добираться до отеля лучше от вокзала в Венеции, чем в Местре.

Свежий ремонт, учтивый персонал, континентальный завтрак. Своя парковка на внутренней территории. Кондиционирование, видимо, центральное и поэтому пока что все спали с открытыми окнами. Из отеля удобно добираться автобусом до Венеции и обратно - остановка близко с отелем (удобно если не хочется заморачиваться с парковкой машины на общем паркинге в венеции).

Ездили с ребенком (12 лет) на 4 дня. Очень удобно расположен - в асмом центре, отдельные слова благодарности хозяев отеля - приятные, добрые люди. Расставались и даже плакали, всегда готовы помочь, поговорят, подскажут или порекомендуют. Семейная обстановка. От отеля 3 минуты до причала и через час уже в аэропорту, удобно и быстро. Главное, вышел из отеля и ты рядом со всеми главными достопримечательностями и магазинами. Огромное спасибо хозяевам отеля!!! Будем рекомендовать друзьям. Недорогой интернет wi-fi, внизу ресторан с лучшими винами и огромный выбор рыбы!

Отель расположен не в самой Венеции, но добраться до нее не составляет труда: каждые 10 мин от остановок около отеля проходят автобусы № 5,12 и 19. Рекомендую идти на остановку в сторону заправки - она ближе, чем та, что в сторону Венеции. Билеты можно купить на стойке администратора (стоит около одного евро). Таким образом до Венеции всего 10 минут езды на общественном транспорте. Причем отель в два раза дешевле, чем на самих островах. Номера в отеле стандартные 4* с одним минусом - запах старости от ковров. В отзывах других людей это тоже замечено. Спасает проветривание) Рядом находится большой парк, но погулять по нему не было времени. Завтрак тоже стандарт для 4*, без изысков, но очень сытный.

Location.
Residenza Cannaregio is located in Venice, Italy, within 500 metres of Venice landmarks including Sant' Alvise church, the Jewish Ghetto and Museum, Madonna dell'Orto church, and the Grand Canal. The Museum of Natural History is 700 metres from the hotel.

For visitors arriving by rail or by bus, Cannaregio is Venice’s front door and the start of the Grand Canal. It sees a lot of passing traffic in terms of canal boats and visitors en route to San Marco, but is otherwise quieter and less touristy than central Venice. Points of interest include the Ghetto area (the original Jewish enclave) with its museums and the majestic Ca d’Oro palace, one of the iconic buildings of the Grand Canal.

Отель был чистым, номера были большими по европейским стандартам. Персонал был услужливым, а бесплатный завтрак очень хорошим, с выбором мяса, хлеба, хлопьев и фруктов. Сотрудники без проблем организовывали экскурсии и вызывали водные такси. Хорошее место для отдыха, а днем вы можете дойти до более людных мест.

"Отель "Residenza Cannaregio""
Мне очень понравился наш отдых в этом отеле. Он расположен в тихом жилом квартале. И позволял хорошо отдохнуть от хаоса туристических районов. В отеле очень приятная атмосфера, и сотрудники очень услужливые. Завтрак был очень приличный.
Расположение нашего отеля было отличным, потому что мы находились далеко от шума и суеты. Внутренний дворик был приятным местом для отдыха. До остановок вапоретто на Гранд Канале и "St Alvise" было несколько минут пешком. Окружающий район был очень тихим. Нашим сыновьям очень нравилось ходить на ближайшую площадь играть с другими детьми. Для нас расположение […] отеля было превосходным, но если вы любите быть в оживленном центре, то останавливайтесь на площади Сан-Марко. Мы жили в лофте с приятным видом на канал под нами. Кровати, на наш вкус, были мягкими, а раскладной диван-кровать был таким, каким вы и могли ожидать, и не отличался от своих собратьев в других местах, поэтому я не могу снижать за него баллы отелю. Номер был чистым. Сотрудники отеля на стойке регистрации были очень приятными и услужливыми (и англоговорящими). Они порекомендовали хорошие рестораны и помогли забронировать столики. Старое ковровое покрытие, постельное белье, полотенца. Мы страдали от укусов клопов. Пожаловались сотрудникам отеля, но те даже не захотели обращать на это внимание. Похоже на сеть мотелей "Motel 6" в США. Слишком высокая цена за такое низкое качество. Интернет не работал (хотя они рекламируют наличие беспроводного интернета). "Very nice hotel in Cannaregio neighborhood."
Very nice hotel in the Cannaregio. Not too far from the St. Alvise vaporetto stop. Wonderful staff, very kind and accommodating. The first night we got there, we wanted a drink in the bar, which was going to close in 25 minutes. Can't say enough good things about the place. The only negative is that as you can see on a map, it is quite far from the "major" sites in Venice, which also has its benefits (less tourists, less nose, etc.). We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was gorgeous. from entering the door, we could feel hospitality .what was amazing that the hotel upgraded our room to a garden suite. What a perk! "Lovely 4-star with character"
This hotel is lovely, and has great service. The original wood beam ceilings are visible throughout. The restaurant is only open for the full buffet breakfast, and the bar is open only for drinks until 11PM. They have rooms that are directly on a canal and allow you to watch boats and pedestrians pass by. Other rooms open to their beautiful courtyard. […] The location, however, is a bit off the beaten track in a residential section of Venice. You can take a water taxi, as the hotel has a pier right off the lobby! The water taxi from the airport, however, costs over E100. If you choose public transportation, as we did, you will have to take a taxi or bus to Piazza Roma, then a water bus (4.2 or 5.2) to St. Alvise pier, then walk over 1/4 mile dragging your luggage up and down over two bridges (20 steps each) to the hotel. The hotel is difficult to find the first time, and there are no public phones in this residential area. "Quiet location, yet close to all the action!"
This stylish, affordable hotel is in a great, non-touristy location. It has great staff, spacious rooms and a decent breakfast buffet and is only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and bars, and the all-important water buses. It would have been handy to have been informed about how to get to the accommodation by public water bus - instead we had […] to catch a water taxi, which ended up costing 60 euros... A few simple instructions and a map would have been suffice. To save yourself this expense, contact the hotel prior to your arrival so you know the directions. We wouldn't recommend walking from the train station to the hotel if you are carrying with you heavy suitcases, as there are quite a few steps and bridges along the way. Nevertheless, even with luggage, it's a maximum 20 minute walk from the station to the hotel (but much quicker and less stressful by water bus)!! "Ressinzza Cannaregio"
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit and something for everyone. Having to walk with a cane, the trips into town over numerous bridges was difficult, but the rooms made up for it. Shopping was exquisite with Murano glass and Venetian masks were exquisitel. Picked room for price. However, after realizing price of breakfast which we thought was included, we realized the hotel might not have been such a deal. "Overall... good"
The front hotel staff was less then friendly. There's free wifi in the lobby, 4 euro/hour in the room. Two twin mattresses pushed together in the double room left an uncomfortable gap. The neighbourhood was lovely and the room itself was nice so we were overall happy with our stay.

very nice hotel, clean, well mannered staff and really comforatble once you are there. but slightly difficult to find, bit far away from central station and with no water taxi, might be difficult to reach there with big luggages. would be helpful if they could provide assistance from central station for those who reach there.

"Enjoyed our stay"
Hotel was a little off the beaten path, but was clean and comfortable. We had a canal view room. Could hear some sounds from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Employees were very professional and helpful. Thought it was good value and would stay there again.

It is a good hotel but the location is slightly off beat. Problem is that the streets in Venice take a while to get used to as they are narrow and not well marked. The Hotel is not well advertised/marked and it is very tough to locate via Google maps. The hotel webpage does not show any landmarks around the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We had a huge duplex suite for three people that overlooked a very quaint garden courtyard for a relatively decent price. We always had to ask for directions or about tourist attractions, and the staff was always friendly and very knowledgeable. "Off the beaten track in Venice"
A wonderful hotel in an area of Venice where people actually live, rather than just being a tourist center. Gives you the feeling of what it would be like to live in Venice. You do have to be somewhat adventurous about traveling to stay there, as you will be doing a lot of walking and hopping on and off the "vaporettos" to get around.

This was our favorite of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Italy. Very up-to-date but with unique character (rough hewn beams on the high ceilings, a soothing courtyard, etc.) It is definitely away from the touristy areas - but once you figure out the Vaporetto system (use the S, Alvise stop on lines 41, 42, 51, or 52) you'll be able to get around quickly […] AND be able to relax when you get home at night.
