Отправляясь в этот отель имейте в виду, что это 3-х звездка. Ребята экономят на всем кроме охраны и садовников. В номере у Вас будет только мыло и шампунь. Ни о каких салфетках, гелях для душа и т..д. можете даже не мечтать. Мебель старая, ящики открываются с трудом, в сейф (отдельная оплата, механический замок) ноутбук с экраном больше 12" не помещается. […] Уборка номера чисто формальная. У нас обертка от "Skittles" оставшаяся после предыдущих жильцов провалялась на полу четыре дня. Постельное белье меняют от силы раз в неделю. Рестораны в часы пик забиты очень сильно и периодически совершенно невозможно найти свободный столик. Там так же процветает экономия. Столовых приборов выдается самый минимум и подразумевается, что фрукты Вы будете есть той же вилкой, что и мясо. Бумажные салфетки и зубочистки - по их мнению не нужны. Выбор блюд очень скудный, да и из этого выбора Вы не все сможете взять сами, например бекон за завтраком Вам будут выдавать по 2 пластика в руки. Мясо обычно недожарено. Вино из тетрапаков самого дешевого разлива. Рестораны а-ла карт несколько получше, но не все, после их гриля ушел попросту голодным, т.к. съесть тот стейк, который они принесли не смог из-за экстремального количества в нем жил. Отсюда и тактика поведения в этом отеле : 1. Не надейтесь ни на что кроме самого самого необходимого. 2. Расслабьтесь и постарайтесь получать удовольствие. 3. Океан хороший, теплый, но много медуз, так что осторожно. 4. Не ходите с толпой, старайтесь выбирать время, когда все уже поели или все еще только собираются. 5. Обедать рекомендую в Мого-Мого т.к. там еду можно набирать и в кафе и в ресторане Панамей одновременно. Соответственно получается более широкий выбор. И больше свободных столиков. 6. Ужинать рекомендую по резервации, ну за исключением гриля. Намного приличнее. 7. Номер лучше брать "Океан фронт" очень хорошо расположен. 8, Ну и главная рекомендация - выберите другой отель, если Вам надо что-нибудь кроме моря и Вы отдыхали где-нибудь еще кроме Подробнее

Мы с женой останавливались в этом отеле в прошлые выходные и были в абсолютном восторге! Спасибо всем, кто порекомендовал этот заведение! Советую брать напрокат автомобиль: на транспорт (от аэропорта в отель плюс экскурсии) потратите гораздо больше. Сам комплекс красивый. Есть чем заняться. Номера чистые и уютные. Отель находится прямо пляже. Красивые бассейны. Великолепные виды на океан. Питание было так себе, и напитки тоже не впечатлили.

Если не учитывать ужасный подъезд к отелю, первое впечатление было весьма хорошим. Из вестибюля на вершине холма открываются сказочные виды на океан и весь курорт. Персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый, только сотрудники однажды забыли выдать нам карточки на пляжные полотенца, и мне пришлось за ними возвращаться с другого конца территории. Эта неурядица […] случилась в начале нашего пребывания, и после нее все было просто чудесно. Номера приятные, чистые, с красивым видом на Тихий океан. Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Хорошее питание. Богатый выбор ресторанов. Местные алкогольные напитки пришлись по душе, но не впечатлили. Много развлечений, экскурсий. В отелей по меньшей мере десяток бассейнов, а также большой, чистый пляж у типично мрачных вод Тихого океана (однако вода была довольно теплой и спокойной). Единственное, над чем отелю надо поработать, это ночные представления, которые оказались довольно монотонными и скучными. В целом, отель нормальный. На заселении были проблемы, персонал не проявил особого дружелюбия. Мы прибыли рано (9:30 утра), потому что нас так подвезли. Персоналу за стойкой это не понравилось. К счастью, администраторы выдали нам браселеты, благодаря которым мы смогли перекусить и посидеть у бассейна. Сотрудники сказали нам вернуться в 15:00 на заселение. […] Мы вернулись в 14:55. НАм сказали вернуться через пять минут. Ужас. Питание было нормальным, но не более. Напитки - так же. Не спорю, и то, и другое было включено в стоимость, но все равно не впечатлило. Суши-ресторан отеля суши на деле не подает, поэтому на это не надейтесь. Пляж неплохой, однако купаться прямо перед отелем тяжело из-за больших волн. Мы плавали на байдарке, но на ней разрешено лишь проплыть между двух натянутых канатов, развернуться и приплыть назад. Хоть денег за это не взяли. Можно было еще поплавать под водой с трубкой, но я не знаю, что под этой водой можно увидеть: воды там довольно мрачные плюс, как уже говорил, тяжело преодолеть сильные волны. Некоторые гости купались в океане, но их было немного. Бассейны в отеле красивые и в изобилии - это определенно плюс. На пляже было много шезлонгов с небольшими соломенными зонтиками - тоже понравилось. В общем, отель нормальный, но рядом нет ничего интересного, поэтому если для Вас будет достаточен сам комплекс (без знакомства с городом), тогда это место Вам подойдет; и все равно, на многое не найдейтесь. Сам отель красивый, но обслуживание в нем неважное. Трудно было получить столик в специализированных ресторанах, хотя в них были свободные места каждый вечер. Единственная стоянка в окрестностях - гравийный участок в 300 метрах от отеля. В стоимость номера были включены алкогольные напитки - это было бы плюсом, если бы эти самые напитки не были так […] сильно разбавлены водой и содержали побольше алкоголя. Хорошее место для отдыха с великолепными пляжами, бассейнами и расслабляющей атмосферой. Легко добраться на машине из Панама-Сити.

Отель был сказочно красив. Час с лишним езды из Панама-Сити себя полностью оправдал. Питание в отеле отличное. Бассейн и пляж просто чудесны. Вечерние представления - на испанском языке.

2nd visit to the Royal Decameron. Visited in 2007. Good improvements to the outside appearance of the resort. Rooms should be upgraded though. Check-In A disaster! The primary problem is one of communication. If you don't understand Spanish, it will cause difficulty! In our case they couldn't find our reservation, the Security people were clueless, and the people at Reception not much better. The other big problem arises from the fact that they allow late check-out (1 P.M.), so the earliest […] check-in is at 3 P.M. (without exception!). So you have hundreds of people queued up, all waiting for 3 P.M. to arrive! We finally were assigned a room at 5 P.M. The Room At first we were put off because our room was in the Villas, which is quite far from the rest of the complex. However, it was a quiet area, and we learned how to beat the system (more later). Our second communication problem was with the A/C. We couldn't make it work. We started calling right after we checked in, and were promised several times that the "technicians" would arrive shortly. The "techs" (three non-English speaking teens) finally arrived about 1 P.M. the next day and fixed the problem. The third communication problem concerned having the room cleaned. After three calls, they finally showed up. The room itself was pretty nice, the beds were comfortable, and again it was quiet. Tennis Our primary activity was tennis. There were only two painted-over cement courts, but they were adequate for our use. If there had been a lot of tennis players, it would have been difficult to play. The "lights" for night play were pathetic, barely being bright enough to attract insects. Just get to the courts early in the morning and you'll be fine. There is no reason to use the reservation system, just show up early. Other Activities They don't push the other act ivies! At most all-inclusives there are a plethora of things to do. At the Decameron there weren't that many, but it didn't seem to bother the guests, us included. We just recently spent 7 days at Decameron in Panama and it was fantastic. My parents met us from Canada as well as another couple, we drove from Costa Rica. Once we got there the hotel staff were always smiling, helpful and very accommodating ( we needed to switch rooms as my mother cannot walk up and down stairs). The hotel is built on an incline […] so many of the rooms have stairs or inclined walkways to access the beach and vice versa. The only suggestion we made was to implement a 'kids camp' area with activities and crafts fornjustnchildren. Other than that our entire family give Royal Decameron Golf Beach Resort two thumbs up! on arrival, room smelled like when your basement is flooded and the carpet is soaked in rain water. Complained to the receptionist and after sleeping through the horrendous odour, they seemed to have solved the problem the next day. However the smell lingered. Then there was a mouse in the room. So there was no food in the villa, yet the mouse would create noises in the room in the middle of the night. Complained to the front desk. Nothing happened. Thought I was joking. May be I should have screamed at them. Food was very very average. Tried to change the room from the villa to the hotel (which is near the beach). The front desk was not helpful. This place is well maintained with beautiful gardesn and a great beach in front of it. The food was a lot better than expected for a large all inclusive resort. The alcoholic drinks were very weak but I did not see anybody drunk!!

We read various reviews on this property and was expecting the worse. However, to our surprise and during Panama's rainy season - this was the driest and sunniest spot during our tour. The Hotel service is outstanding...at the Beach Bar ask for Glenda! This of course isn't the Ritz or Hyatt but it encompasses the charm and appeal that Panama has to […] offer into one beautiful spot! En general el hotel es bonito y mantienen muy bien las instalaciones, la comida si ha desmejorado mucho, hace 5 años no iba a el hotel.

As piscinas e toda a estrutura são ótimos. Há várias opçoes para o jantar e fartura de comida e bebida. Os Quartos é que são mais simples, mas mesmo assim confortáveis, apesar de eu achar que podiam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza dos quartos. O que não gostamos foi o fato de que tinhamos que pagar por dia para ter internet wi-fi e nao havia nada […] para fazer ou conhecer fora das dependencias do hotel. Hotel ne correspondant pas aux descriptions,acceuil nul (traités comme du bétail)chambre ne correspondant pas à la description (aspect négligé vue sur l'océan????avec un périscope) et la nourriture est bof, bref hotel à ne pas conseiller sauf si le but est de boire

Hola, la estadia en el decameron panama es muy buena la comida excelente para todos los gustos. Lo unico malo es que los vendedores de tiempo compartido son muy cansones y atacan todo el tiempo.

Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas, pero la comida y el servicio que prestan no son buenos. En general, la impresión que me llevo de los panameños no es de gente muy amable ni cálida. Si vas con niños, se la pasarán muy bien, pues los pequeños no son muy exigentes con la comida. Una hamburguesa grasosa o un hot dog está bien para cualquier niño. […] Pero para un adulto que piensa en cuidar su salud... Con mi esposa quedamos hartos de las papas, que las servían para desayuno, almuerzo y cena. En un par de ocasiones vimos moscas sobre el pan, así que tengan cuidado..... En los bares solamente gustaban de servir tragos con licor, aunque la publicidad dice que también las bebidas no alcohólicas son ilimitadas. Vieran la cara que me hacían cuando pedía un jugo de tomate con limón. Si pides agua, te la dan del grifo. Si vas a jugar billar, debes caminar mucho para conseguir el equipo pues no lo proporcionan en el lugar donde están las mesas. El Hotel en general está bien para las personas que quieran alejarse de todo y descansar, para las personas que van a Panamá de compras y por turismo no es recomendable porque queda a 1 ½ hora de Panamá City, aún cuando el hotel ofrece tours a Panamá City, es mejor alquilar un carro - cuesta menos que el tour - y así puedes manejar tu tiempo; insisto, […] si el plan es ir al canal, de compras y conocer la ciudad, lo mejor es hospedarse en un hotel en Panamá City. Si quieren disfrutar al máximo del hotel no se queden en las villas, porque están bastante alejadas del resto del hotel, no tienen conexión WiFi y aún cuando el hotel tiene transporte interno, éste puede tardarse hasta 20 minutos en llegar hasta la villa, no por la distancia de la villa, si no por la demora del servicio. Las bebidas alcohólicas no son de la mejor calidad. La comida es buena y variada, pero es bastante picante o salada, el hotel tiene unos 10 restaurantes disponibles para las cenas, los cuales hay que reservar muy temprano por la mañana, pero es mejor opción que el bufet que se ofrece en el resto del hotel, recomiendo especialmente el Café Med. Un bello y completo hotel para vacacionar, excelente para llevar a tus hijos gracias a sus piscinas, playa y otras actividades.
