Доступность к аэропорту - двоякое впечатление. Обратно в аэропорт на бесплатном шатле ехали 5 минут, а то и меньше. а вот туда - по счетчику такси с учетом аэропортовой наценки - ехали долго и отдал 23 евро (!) то ли таксист был разводила (хотя ехал по навигатору), то ли дорожное движение организовано так, что приходится давать большой крюк... По ощущениям […] - никак не более 3х звезд. Номера в принципе чистые, но слегка обшарпанные. ужин в ресторане - нормально, без затей. по неизвестной мне причине ежедневно в отеле отключали воду (ЛЮБУЮ) с 11 до 5 часов дня (!!!). переночевать на 1 ночь- можно, если нет других вариантов. Хорошее: Мы прибыли около 10 часов вечера, и трансфкр встретил нас в аэропорту через 15 минут после звонка, ровно как обещали. Нехорошее:стены тонкие, как бумага, и за соседней дверью плакал ребенок. Это очень странный отель. Семейные комнаты со стеклянными прозрачными дверями в ванную. Тренажерный зал открыт по очень усеченному графику - бассейн закрыт до июня (нет ссылок на вебсайте об этом). НИЧЕГО нет вокруг отеля. Сберегите деньги и остановитесь вместо него в Holiday Inn Express!

Комнаты хорошо оснащены: двуспальная кровать, велотренажер, отпариватель и лучший из всех беспроводной бесплатный интернет И ноутбук в вашей комнате. Поскольку мы не взяли свой ноутбук на каникулы и в большинстве отелей, где мы останавливались, не было бесплатного wi-fi/компьютерного сервиса, мы сочли это обстоятельство огромным бенефитом. Мы специально забронировали отель, потому что он предлагал бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Расписание трансфера четко написано на стойке регистрации, и трансфер соблюдает его. Водитель был вежлив и эффективен. Персонал прекрасный. Исключительно профессиональный, внимательный и полезный. Нам помогли распечатать ваучер, так что мы могли уехать утром. Отель обеспечивает короткий ночлег возле аэропорта Мадрида. Не очень чистый и очень обветшалый. wifi/internet был настолько медленный, что почти невозможно было пользоваться. Один положительный момент: бар в отеле маленький, но люди там работают исключительные.

Рано прибыв, можно въехать в отель. Можно вызвать трансфер для встречи в Мадридский аэропорт, очень удобно. Комнаты очень комфортабельные, прекрасное местоположение и 5 минут ходьбы до остановки метро. Хорошее общее впечатление от отеля.

The shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful and free...the room and bath were comfortable and clean ...and included a computer with free wifi.. the buffet breakfast cost 9 euros but had a reasonable variety of food and great coffee ...I would return to this hotel when in Madrid for an overnight connection..

Not a very nice hotel, but nice staff. The hotel is old and there is a sign that does not say "Petit Palace", but rather "High Tech Hotel" with most of the lights burned out. Excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

The location of the hotel is quite strange. It's pretty close to airport but you need to have a car or get a lift. There's bus shuttle from the hotel to the airport and back and it's free. I chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport as I was getting a connecting flight early the next morning and reasoned that it would save me taxi fares... Wrong! To say it is uncomfortable is a big understatement, I kept waking up in the night with dead limbs and a whole body ache, just perfect for my 11 hour flight the following morning! We were looking for a last minute family break somewhere hot over Christmas. The resort is safe and clean with plenty to do. We were a bit apprehensive when we pulled up and saw the neighborhood. We had to wait an hour for the shuttle. They do not tell you the shuttle does not come on demand but on a fixed schedule. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly, free shuttle bus was convenient just make sure you ring the hotel when u arrive or U'll be waiting a very long time for a shuttle bus. This hotel is only good if you want to be close to the airport, there is nothing to see around the hotel.

Great rates, nice area and 300 meters from Subway to get you downtown in about 25 minutes. Loved the free internet, computers provided in the rooms. Also loved their modern glass bathrooms. Depending on how you book, breakfast is not included, so expect an additional 10 euros. Shuttle pickup and delivery to airport is fantastic.

There are pay phones at Madrids airport. We called the hotel and they send a shuttle to pick us up. Didn't have to wait long at all. We ate our dinner at the hotel restaurant. We arrived in the evening. From the airport hotel bus station I have to phone the hotel to pick us up. I was expecting that since they already have our arrival time they should already have the hotel bus waiting for us but I was wrong. I was just thankful that our room was only five steps to the elevator. Inside the room we want to order room service but the menu was mostly sandwiches and pizza. The hotel room is very small - my daughter and I have to walk each sideways to go to the other side of the bed. I opened the window and I saw this over towering residence building in front ot us hence nothing to look at! Took my shower and I ended up flooding the whole bathroom as there is no shower curtain and nothing to step into but a shower installed in one corner of the bathroom which was not even elevated hence caused the flooding. This place was absolutley pitafull. Zero wireless internet and absolutly terrible hardwire int. The beds were bruttally back breaking, shower was rediculously over the top with rediculous jets and 2 shower heads that dont all work simultaniously, nor did we have any idea on how the hell to turn it on. I've stayed at a number of High Tech brand hotels in Madrid during the past few years. With most of them I've had an incredibly positive experience, with this one the experience was somewhat blah. I got to the hotel by metro. It's about a half kilometer from the metro station, but the walk involves weaving through a residential neighborhood. The included laptop though was brutally slow which has not been my experience with other hotels of the High Tech chain. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a great variety of food, but it is not included in the room price. Dinner service was really really slow, but the food was decent. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great service, but it's first come first serve and the slots fill up quickly. The hotel is not really conveniently close to any major Madrid landmarks. and then you have to sign in (the sign in process takes about a minute) - seriously! Convoluted usernames and passwords. Otherwise, besides the rather belligerent service, it was quite ok. The wifi was a serious irritation, nothing is worse than wifi that doesn't really work.

When you arrive at the airport you HAVE to call the hotel to be picked up. After we called, it took another 35 minutes for a van to arrive which is outrageous. The front desk was very unhelpful. The shuttle vans to the airport only run in the morning, 40 minutes apart! We stayed here for the convenience to the airport but it was NOT CONVENIENT.

Good quality of service & facilities. Very quiet even though it is near the busy Madrid airport. High tech glass and chrome decor unusual but nice. Great shower, once we figured out how to use it! Price was reasonable for location. Only German stations on TV was disappointing; no Spanish, no English channels.

The room was decent and modern. The Internet was free with both wired and the wifi, which made the selection an easy process. I ended up eating at the hotel. From the outside you are in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so there are a few local restaurants to walk to. Location was a few km from the airport and the city but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the airport and a subway station about 5 minutes walk away made access to the city easy - a 20 minute subway journey - no change of train required.
