Was about what I expected. Moderately low-end but nothing terrible. Walls very thin so every noise outside/next room heard. Clean. Nice people. Jacked up prices for Masters week but so was every other hotel in Augusta that week.

I've stayed here twice due to appointments at MGC and it was so great to be able to stay in a clean and comfy room after a long drive. It's perfect location in proximity to the hospital and the staff is awesome....Thank you for yet another great stay!!!

Rough location but near the MCG hospital. No towels in bathroom. Cig burns to comforter. You get what you paid for.

The room had torn drapes, trash left on the floor under the bed, the coffee maker had grounds left in it from the previous occupant, and there were multiple cigarette burns in the bedding in a non-smoking room. The bathroom was reasonable clean and the desk ersonel were very polite.

There was an "air freshener" smell that penetrated some of the things we carried into the room. The bed spread had a cigarette burn and was a little torn. Other than that, it was a much better room than the Ramada downtown. The quality of the staff was amazing, especially a woman(angel) that was working the breakfast early on Sun 9/30.

I flew into Augusta regional airport and I must say driving to the hotel was quite uneasy, the neighborhood is not exactly the safest. Once by the hotel there are fire stations and police stations and the major Hospital facility. The area right in front of the hospital, which is wear the hotel is considerably safe. The hotel room is very clean and the […] bathroom was spotless. I had an interview at the hospital and found it very convenient to so close <2min to parking garage from the hotel. Older hotel and I had trouble spotting it. Sign hidden behind trees and hotel located behind a Bojangles. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

best hotel to be near the hospitals. room was clean. breakfast included hot food. pool looked nice. staff was super nice. random negatives - no trash can in the room and the wake-up call went off at 5:30 each morning even though i didn't ask for one.

I had business meetings all day and late into the evening so I didn't get to the relaxing part of the hotel....breakfast was ok. The egg patties were a little dry and the coffee cups were too small for the to go tops but all that was minor. I had a 7am meeting at the hospital so I knew I could get something later. The receptionist was very nice, and ig waaas just fine to stay then night for a doctors appointment. The shower was the best - nice and full.

Wireless did not work for most of the day, fridge was dirty, phone did not work the entire time I was there. Area hotel is in is very run-down. I complained about the phone and wireless but neither issue was addressed. The person working the front desk spent most of her time out front talking to someone in a car. nice hotel, only problem no WLan in the room. Bad Wlan even in the hotel lobby. Around many Fast Fodd restaurants and shops like CVS. City near by car 1,5 Mile away

There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but for price it was acceptable. The service however was another story. We arrived late, just after midnight, and went to the front entrance. (I had noted in the comments that we would be arriving late.) The door was locked but there was a women working at the counter. […] She acknowledged us and held up a finger asking us to wait. After about 15 minutes of her taking phone calls, and walking back behind the counter with occasional glances up to see if we were still there we called the hotel. She answered right away and told us to come to the side entrance where they have a late night window. I'm not sure why she didn't simply point to that side (there was nothing posted at the front door about a separate window), maybe she assumed that we should know about it. She gave us our reservation and directed us to our room. (Though she seemed shocked and surprised that I would ask her where the room was.) Driving around the hotel to the room we drove past it, and thought it was strange that the lights were on and somebody was smoking right outside of the room. We decided to check it out anyway, parked and walked up to the room. The blinds were open and we could see that the room was occupied so we went back to the late night check in window. Upon arriving at the late night window we were directed to the main entrance, which was now open. (???) As soon as we walked in she said "There was somebody else in that room, right?". Even though she knew that it was occupied she seemed confused as to how it happened. She then proceeded to ask me 3 times if we needed separate beds (My coworker and myself, 2 grown men) and seemed surprised when each time I said yes. We reserved a room with a king bed and got one with two standard beds. After getting all our things in the room we found the toilet leaking and had to turn off the toliet water supply after flushing. Not enough towels.

upon arrivial we were registered, given key and away to our room. Room was clean, large and adequate for our needs. Found the toilet would not shut the water off when flushed and the sink sprayed water onto the backsplash. Notified front desk, attendeant came to the room to check the problems. It was decided to move us to another room. 1st room seemed […] to have been used and not completely serviced. 2nd room had no lights. 3rd room was suitable, comfortable and restful. Only problem with this room was caulking was missing in some areas around the tub thereby letting water get behind the tub and wall. Some unfortunate circumstances to say the least. The hotel was convenient to my job interview and had good ratings, so I booked it. Overall I agree with previous reviewers - it was pretty inexpensive, my room was clean, the staff were nice, and they provided a free breakfast. This hotel is very close to MCG. It is clean and the people at the desk are friendly. There is computer access in the lobby for the guests.There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room. This helped us tremdously while we were there with a sick grandchild.

I booked two rooms here for a one night stay. I was so shocked when I got to the hotel - the people working in the lobby were dirty, the lobby was dirty and the rooms were unbelievably dirty. On top of being dirty, I felt the area was not the safest for two single women to be in. And I really could not sleep on the bed - was afraid of bugs!! need a cheap room for quick overnight stay I guess this will suffice but there's got to be better places in Augusta. Breakfast bar was pretty bad- just not a comfortable place.

No air conditioning - it just blew hot air. Shower drain was also mostly blocked. Not a very clean feeling room or lobby. I would not stay there again.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay at Quality Inn in Augusta. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room definitely smelled like smoke. The pull-out couch mattress had no bedding on it and had huge stains on it. We called the front desk and they were helpful in bringing in a roll away bed. It was good place to stay working around UMN. They also have shuttle service around campus. Quite nice deal with the price.

The hotel staff was kind and helpful. They gave me perfect directions to everywhere I wanted to go. The rooms were fair but very well priced. The continental breakfast was very good even though I came in at the end of service all of the food was hot and available.

This is a very basic budget hotel right across the street from the hospital. It is old but clean. The neighborhood isn't great, but you're likely staying here to have easy access to the hospital and it's perfect for that.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and thought the place was decent for the price. The pool and grounds were clean, the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't much like the coffee in the morning but overall, we were satisfied with everything.

Hotel was older but nice. Had everything needed for overnight stay--fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer. Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk receptionist was very courteous and helpful. I will stay again at this hotel when in the area.

Good hotel. The rooms inside were quite nice, even though they looked a lil iffy on the outside. The even had a fridge and microwave. Nice TV, and the king bed is HUGE. The employees are polite and well groomed.

Good place to stay if your performing work in the medical area of Augusta like I was. Not much to do in terms of entertainment surrounding the hotel but downtown is only a about a mile or so away.

今回は知人の訪問にあたり、利用しました まず良い点です ・部屋は広く、風呂、シーツなどは綺麗で不快感は感じません 水栓、空調も問題ないです ・スタッフの対応も不快感は感じません 次に悪い点です ・駅からは距離があるかもしれないです（自分は送迎は知人の車でお願いしていたので細かくはわかりませんが） ・知人いわく周りの治安はあまり良くないようです ・ドアキー（カードキータイプ）が頻繁に効かなくなり、受付に行かなくてはいけなかった 今回はロケーションは自分には重要にならなかったので、 以上をふまえ、評価は３です
