Хороший отель, в 5ти минутах ходьбы от ж/д вокзала, рядом с мостом Монблан, Женевским озером и центром города. Обслуживание внимательное, номер просторный. Несколько скромное по сравнению с отелями немецкой части Швейцарии Меню для завтрака.

Отель удобно расположен в центре города. В пешей доступности от достопримечательностей, вокзала. Приятный персонал, европейский завтрак. Номер небольшой, но уютный, если приехали в путешествие. белье чистое и меняется каждый день. Большие сложности с парковкой автомобиля. рядом квартал "красных фонарей", но особого шума или неудобства это не вызывает. хорошее сочетание цены и качества обслуживания.

Прекрасный отель с историей, пропитан духом времени и английской элегантности. Великолепная кухня. Обслуживание на высоком качественном уровне, есть русско-говорящие сотрудники. Широкий спектр услуг. Место расположения идеально для отдыха, экскурсий, шопинга. Цена и качество на достойном, высоком уровне.

10 мин. пешком до вокзала. Приветливый персонал.Есть русско-говорящая девушка на рессепции.Очень хорошие завтраки в ресторане. В номере помимо ванны есть душевая кабина.

"Best Western Carlton"
Good central location in Annecy, 5 min walk to the old town restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable good size room, with usual amenities. Have stayed here before with family enroute to Alps, and would certainly use this hotel in the future.

"Hotell Carlton Best Western - Annecy"
Hotellet ligger i kort gangavstand til det gamle sentrum av Annecy med vannkanalene og de hyggelige restaurantene. Hotellet har gjennomgående god standard og synes nylig rehabilitert. Jeg har besøkt mange hotell, og standardmessig er dette et godt hotell noe over gjennomsnittet, men det som virkelig løftet hotellopplevelsen, var den utrolig gode servicen. […] Man følte seg spesielt ivaretatt og de ansatte syntes å føle et personlig ansvar for at du hadde hatt en fin opplevelse både av hotellet og byens fasiliteter. Litt kronglete parkering, som det ofte er i trange franske byer, ble kompensert av at vi kunne stå parkert dagen etter, etter utsjekking, mens vi ruslet rundt i sentrum. Anbefales ... også fordi Annecy er en flott by med strålende omgivelser. Подробнее

"Hotel Carlton en plein centre d'annecy"
Disposition idéale à 5' de la gare et à 5' du centre ville Hotel correct, personnel charmant En revanche l'hotel est bruyant et nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin par 2 malotrus dans la chambre d'à côté ... avec une capacité à entendre très distinctement ce qui se disait derrière la cloison ... Pour le reste ... rien à dire !

Bel établissement bien placé. Prix élevé par rapport à la prestation, mériterait un raffraichissement. L'accueil est sympa, le petit déjeuner à 16 euros est en revanche prohibitif. Mais j'ai passé un bon séjour.

Si le service est bon, la qualité de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. Clim bruyante, chambre peu isolée des bruits dans le couloir, salle de bain sale, le robinet fuit, l'évacuation de la douche est bouchée... Pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Décevant. Le prix est trop élevé pour les prestations.

Dejligt hotel, meget pænt og rent værelse, men lidt lille. super beliggenhed i forhold til det gamle centrum og søen

Excellente situation dans la ville, excellents services (parking moins cher que celui de la ville en face),chambre petite mais très sympa et avec balcon en plus, bien insonorisée de la rue. Accueil chaleureux.Seul bémol : aucune isolation interne, on entend le couloir comme si les gens étaient dans la chambre....vraiment dommage
