Это скорее пансионат или что-то вроде бутик-отеля, нежели отель класса 4.5 звезды. Номер у нас был удобный, весьма аккуратный. Расположение в Old Town - в целом понравилось, за исключением того, что здание находится на возвышенности, и гулять приходится по улицам, вымощенным булыжником. Нам очень понравилось пребывание в отеле Erguvan. Персонал оказался таким же добрым и отзывчивым, каким был описан в предыдущих отзывах. Сам отель комфортабельный, с очень удачным расположенм в исторической части Стамбула.

Мы остановились в отеле Erguvan во время посещения Стамбула, и нам очень понравилось расположение. 5 минут ходьбы до Blue Mosque, 7 минут до трамвайной остановки в Султанахмет (на пути из аэропорта), 10 минут до Hagia Sophia и Basilica Cistern. Сам отель хороший и современный. Персонал терпеливый, отзывчивый; помогали нам в планировании поездки, рекомендовали […] рестораны, давали советы. В отеле бесплатный завтрак в ресторане на крыше; продукты были в норме. Сам вид с крыши вдохновляет на начало хорошего дня. В общем, очень рекомендую этот отель на время поездки в Стамбул. Подробнее

Был в Стамбуле впервые, поэтому не могу сравнить этот отель с другими. Тем не менее, если бы меня попросили оценить этот отель по западным стандартам, то я бы не дал ему даже 2 звезды. 4-звездочный класс (и соответствующие цены) - явное преувеличение. Спальные места довольно уютные, однако ванная комната немного тесновата для номера на двоих. Нет душевой […] кабинки, а площадь, отделенная под душ, имеет габариты не больше обычной раковины. Да, завтрак подают во внутреннем дворике, но не верьте тому, что показано на фотографиях. Качество и количество продуктов - просто издевательство. Не вернусь. Подробнее

Отличный отель, расположен в р-не Султанахмет города Стамбул. Атмосфера напоминает старину, однако в отеле есть все современные удобства. Цены разумные, персонал довольно внимательный. Очень рекомендую.

Это прекрасный отель с разумной ценовой политикой и удобным расположением. Персонал относится к гостям с вниманием, а атмосфера старины хорошо помогает расслабиться после продолжительной прогулки по городу.

A clean and reasonable priced accommodation in close location to the Blue Mosque and other interesting sites in the old part of Istanbul called Sultanahmet. A better internet service would give this accommodation a higher rating for this business traveller. Wevstayed for one night in April. Room was fine but he temperature could not be adjusted. Opening the windows let the street noise in. Not a windflower sleep.

Excellent location and friendly staff.

We had booked a triple room in the hotel for 4 nights. First night we were asked to move into a double and single room as they did not have a triple room available though we had booked it a month in advance. Then when we moved to triple room, there was no wireless in that room and different staff members kept us giving different reasons. Breakfast was […] pretty ordinary. Only saving grace for the hotel is location but I am sure there would be better alternatives available in the same location. Good location, can walk to the sights. Great view of the Blue Mosque from the terrace. Nice breakfast on the terrace.

This hotel was in a great location in Sultanhamet area to walk to all the major sites -- and easy to get to the tram to travel to other parts of the city. It was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

great htl for an extended weekend trip. Close to down town, touristic attractions etc. Small room but clean and equipped with the necessities. NIce staff and the breakfast is OK. We can recommend this hotel for a short visit.

Great location ... and excellent staff -- exactly what I was looking for. Manager on duty was extremely helpful ... told me about Salat times (checked on-line to get the correct one); gave me room even though check-in time was much later; adn helped me with the directions to get to Blue Mosque and other sight-seeing in that area. All staff was extremely helpful but Mr. Eyup was exceptionally so. They booked tours for us who were very professional and responsible in their dealings.

This was a very a charming hotel and what could easily be considered boutique level in the United States and Canada. The downside was that being this is an Islamic country (however secular Istanbul is) the Mosque blares the morning waking up prayer over loud speakers early in the morning. Western travellers especially may find this as unnecessary noise […] pollution unconducive to sleep. The breakfast was alright having a good Mediterreanean selection of foods. In this case it was above and beyond the plastic pastries we call a Continental Breakfast in the States. Location wise the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are almost right on top of you. This is coupled with a selection of many Kebob houses and street merchants dotting the Tram station area and street. Overall book this room and enjoy the 3-5 minute walk to to the tram that will get you to downtown. I doubt you will regret it. Подробнее

Everything was perfect.

We spent 5 nights at the Erguvan and were delighted as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, the hotel staff bent over backwards to be helpful and the room, lobby, and restaurant were clean and well kept. The property is so convenient for seeing the major sights in Istanbul, only a few minute walk from 'The Blue […] Mosque', 'Hagia Sofia', and the hippodrome. Great location walking distance to all interesting sights,(and walking is the best way to get around Istanbul) simple rooms,modern bath,very clean. hotel staff was incredible..so helpful. arranged tours, cars, and reservations. Just delightful stay.

The staff are good and helpful. We only ate at hotel once but was excellent.

Eleven us stayed there It was fantastic considering price and location. So very accomodating Would definatel do it again. well worth the $$$$$

Spent two nights at this nice little hotel located in the very heart of Istanbul's old city. We arrived early in the morning and although our room wasn't ready we were escorted to the top floor breakfast room for a meal. The view was stunning! When we returned half an hour after the room was supposed to be ready, we were told that the cleaning personnel […] weren't done. While waiting we were given free drinks and snacks. The location is perfect for exploring the older parts of the city. Although the hotel is situated in a part of the city that is full of tourists, there is not much traffic, so one gets to sleep in relative calm. Istanbul is a huge city, but we had no problems getting around as the public transport system works better than in most European cities. Very conveniently located in Sultanahmet. A very nice boutique hotel with very helpful and pleasant reception staff. Breakfast a little below par for westerners.

Great service and very close to Hagia Sophia and other tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet. We used one room with 2 beds and one with 3 beds. The room with 2 beds was cosier and had a much nicer view over the city. I can really recommend this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any guest traveling to Istanbul. The location is fantastic- 5 mins walking to all the attractions yet quietly peaceful. The staff was pleasant and incredibly hospitable allowing me to check in early offering coffee and cakes since I just missed breakfast. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The hotel is as close as they claim to the Blue Mosque (6 min walk), Haggia Sophia (8 min walk), Grand Bazaar (12 min walk), Spice Bazaar (30 min walk). Fantastic breakfast spread. Free wi-fi in the rooms and a computer in the lobby […] if you don't bring yours. I recommeded to everybody tourist this hotel. good location , clean , good food , etc....

We arrived to find everything in order and that the accommodations were as described or better. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and most other tourist attractions. We found the breakfast to be very good but the wine in the terrace restaurant was very expensive and out of line with local establishments. The hotel staff was great. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is excellent. There is a computer you can use free of charge and free wifi in the room. Breakfast was decent. My complaints -the walls are like paper, we were on the first floor and it was very noisy. The shower leaked and so it was awkward to shower and not soak everything in the bathroom. […] I don't know if it is possible to get a smoke free hotel in Istanbul, but this certainly was not one. My room was not quite as big as the one shown on the picture, but it was perfectly comfortable and clean. It was right next to the elevator which I thought might be noisy, but it did not bother me whatsoever. The location of the hotel is perfect, and easy to access (from the Sultanahmet tram stop). Our one week stay in Istanbul was made wonderful by the Erguvan hotel. They helped with lost bags, made good recommendations and allowed us to economically stay within walking distance of all the major attractions in Istanbul. One of the best New Years eve destinations!

Our travel to Istanbul for the second time in two years was terrific and more than we expected, except the hotel was smaller and with fewer amenities than our first experience. The rooms were clean, and adequate but smaller than the year before and that was our biggest disappointment. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful in recommending places […] to go things to see and really saved us a lot in finding taxis that did not gouge our pocketbook. The maid was a little forgetful. she forgot soap and minor things but these were easily rectified with a quick call to the front desk. Breakfast was free and very good, although not hot. Caution, the restaurant list it's prices in Euro and if your not careful that can add up quickly and the food was not that good, but OK. This is a clean, friendly, small hotel centrally located in old town, Sultanahmet. Very close and accessible to the many attractions there. I would stay there again. Подробнее

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay there again without any complaints. It is clean, friendly, nice rooms. The location is superb, but the neighbourhood is not the nicest, safe, but not as nice as some other areas...but good value.

Fantastic location... great breakfast (with a view of the Bosphorous).. the rooms quite reasonable in size considering it's old Istanbul... the bathroom is compact but functional. Would not hesitate to stay here again if ever our travels take us back there..
