Aweful place to stay even for one night let alone an Extended Stay.. Maybe they could do a deep clean.

OK. So we all know these are no frills hotels with thin walls. The price was good and cheap. But it has to be clean. I will spare the details. Went to the desk twice to request the room be cleaned thoroughly or provide another room. No go on either request. So called Hotels.com and they refunded the room and all was good on their side. This place has become my primary stay hotel when I visit the area. It is centrally located to all attractions and the airport. My stay was good evening thou I booked a King size bed and when i got there they only had queen but the manager was quick to give me the room at a discounted rate for both nights.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was average but they were a little short on coffee, sugar and creamers. Some items in the vending machine were not fresh.

enjoy staying there very convenient for what I do in Detroit area. Was a little disappointed TV was small and remote wasn't working right. I didn't contact front desk to correct so maybe could've gotten new remote.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights thay did not clean my room and the room was smell like **** the bathroom very bad no dryer and the microwave was so dirty and the freezer was really really smell bad I couldn't stand it I will never never never go there any more

On the night I arrived at the hotel I was a little afraid as I pulled up at the west end of the building where there is a stair well entry.. As I parked and approached the building I noticed a group of young boy and smell the strong scent of marijuana and they were looking thug-like. Sadly, I had paid for 10 days at the hotel; in which I could not refund my money. It was a pet friendly hotel and it smelled like it was. Guests had to pay for room service. All my family and I asked for were sheets and we not provided that. Also, I found out that our bed was infested with bed bugs. After checking in they called the room to tell me thete is a $25 per pet per night fee... They also charge for internet access. The tub dripped and the staff I came into contact with was rude.

I left a nice necklace there on accident and the staff found it and returned it to me. I was kind of scared but they were honest. This hotel is clean and the staff is very nice.

It was cheap, but I got what I paid for. The room was pretty dirty and kind of messy. I was surprised that they didn't even offer shampoo; might be an Extended Stay thing, but it caught me off guard. Would not go back. I'd go across the street instead even if it cost some extra.

Not happy at all. People (customers) banging on the door at all hours of the night. No remote control in the room. Smelled of Marijuana at night. People screaming at night. Just not very happy at all Would never recommend at all!

I chose this hotel solely on the purpose of the kitchen. The bed wasn't comfortable.

The 1st room that was assigned me was not clean at all. The room had NOT been touched by the cleaning staff. Very disappointing. The front desk assistant assigned me another room that was somewhat clean but had an awful smell. As soon as I checked it found the nearest drug store and purchased disinfectant spray and literally sprayed down the entire […] room to no avail with the smell...did NOT help at all. My entire visit was for 4 days 3 nights, on the third day the front desk assistant called my cell phone to let me know that she had checked me out and she was wondering why my things were still in the room. I explained to her that my visit was for 4 days 3 nights. So when I returned to the room my keys had been deactivated..and the cleaning staff had been in my room and attempted to take my things out of the room. To top everything off when I was on the plane back home..my carry on bag had a stinch from the smell of that room. Location was perfect but I will be staying at the Hilton across the street anytime Im back in Detroit, regardless of the cost. Подробнее

The hotel was not very clean. The rooms were not cleaned at all during my three day stay. I was told the rooms are only cleaned if you stay a week. Towels were not refreshed at all. The rooms still have 19 inch tube televisions. I ws in a non smoking room that wreaked with smoke from next door. Carpet dirty. It was a hot mess.

The customer service was not visible, the hall smelled of burned popcorn. The remote control was out of batteries and the television was outdated. The iron board was broken as well!
