Отдыхали с сыном в отеле Тramp IBR в Майами. Просторные, чистые номера с хорошей мебелью и прекрасным видом на океан. Еда вкусная, свой чистый пляж, персонал приветливый, всегда рад помочь. Недостатки - бесконечно медлительная служба парковки и служба доставки багажа. Они и портят все впечатление об отеле. Плата за парковку в полтора раза превышает […] средний ценник в отелях курорта (мы отдыхали и в других отелях).И еще. Отель заблокировал мне 200 долларов на карте. В 12:00, максимум в 12:30 поздний выезд без дополнительной платы! 5й и 6й этажи недавно отремонтированы, бесплатные шезлонги и зонтики на пляже. ОЧЕНЬ БЕДНАЯ еда и обслуживание на пляже, приносите с собой ведерко со льдом. Были проблемы с ледогенератором, но персонал был услужливым и дружелюбным. Невероятно досадно, что в баре на пляже нет кассиров, […] чтобы прямо там быстро рассчитывать гостей, заказывающих напитки. Потребовалось 10 минут, чтобы взять 2 банки спрайта на пляже без очереди. Касса внутри здания, потребовалось пять минут, чтобы мне принесли сдачу. Сколько денег теряет этот бар в день, не укладывается в моей голове! Я работал в сфере казино и обслуживания больше 20 лет. Основная проблема в отеле это команда горничных. По приезду нам пришлось ждать четыре часа, чтобы нашу комнату подготовили. На следующий день мы вернулись с работы в 16:00, и нашу комнату не убрали. Жаль… для такого красивого отеля в очень приятном и удобном месте!

Из нашей комнаты был красивый прямой вид на океан. Замечательные бассейны и очень приятный пляж. Сервис на пляже и у бассейна был превосходный. Слегка удален, если вы не брали машину на прокат и устали от отельных ресторанов, но, с другой стороны, превосходное место для семейного отдыха на пляже.

I booked an EXPENSIVE ocean view suite for a special weekend with a special someone. When I got there I was informed that it was a partial view. They fixed the problem by putting us in a lesser room with a ocean view for the same $ I was so disappointed.

We had an incredible stay at Trump. It began with the complimentary valet service when we drove up. It got better when our room was ready early AND we got upgraded to an ocean front room. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the bell hop to registration to towel service to the beach and pool restaurants and bars.

We spent Christmas eve at the Hotel. The dinner service was very slow even though there were only 8 other people (two tables) at the time we were there. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star with a +.5 for the friendliness of the staff. We had a broken hair dryer and a shower curtain and rod fall on my wife. The shower curtain was held by a friction of a expanding bar, that was no more than a rough grey pipe. The bath tub was cheap plastic. Typical Trump hotel. Very focused on service. Everyone very friendly and attentive. If I had to find a fault with anything, I would say the decor. I'm told Trump just bought the building from a competitor so maybe they haven't had time to remodel. But over all, very good staff. Very customer oriented.

Good, except the fact that either the people cleaning my room or the valet parking my car "kept" my very expensive sun glasses for theirselves. I'm 100% sure I didn't loose them anywhere else because I had them when I got to the hotel and I didn't go anywhere else.

It was an unusually cold spell in Miami following Superstorm Sandy but the hotel airconditioners were still on and unfortunately I was catching a cold and needed warmth. The original room assigned to my 85 y/o mother and me had a non-finctioning temperature control and the room was supremely cold. We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel is wonderful. 2 Swimming pools, 1 with zero entry for kids. Great access to the beach. Service very prompt and always helpful. Really have no negatives.
