То, как нас встретили… Значок в лифте устанавливает стандарты. Знак предупреждал о вредных веществах, приносящих вред. Нас поселили в комнату с запахом. Удлинитель с розетки был прикручен болтами к туалетному столику и был перегружен всей электроникой: телевизор, радиатор, фен, холодильник, микроволновка, кофеварка… Радиатор и телевизор два раза выключались […] от перегрузок напряжения. Позвонил первый раз администрации, чтобы сообщить об этом. Ответа не последовало. Это было некомфортабельное, холодное, уродливое, неприветливое и не заслуживающее признания или рекламы место. Мой сын слышал, как кто-то взломал машину. Постельное белье было грязным. Мы спали на банных полотенцах после того, как опрыскали их лосьоном. Нужно ли говорить, что мы выехали следующим же утром. В одеялах были дырки от сигарет. В постельном белье нашли пару волос. В отеле жила сомнительная компашка. НЕ для семей!

Комната была ничего. Не работал кабель, а ванная в комнате напоминала туалет на автозаправке. Ночной персонал не был особенно счастлив и демонстрировал это. В отеле недостаточно парковки для всех гостей, кому может понадобиться машина. Если коротко, то вы не получите и того, за что заплатите, в этом отеле.

Холодно, выцветший кафельный пол. Старый телевизор. Искореженная пластиковая загородка для душа, без занавески. Облезлая отделка на двери, просто гетто. Очень шумно. Очень высокая цена за старую, устаревшую, запачканную комнату.

Мы не искали чего-то шикарного, просто место, что переночевать после концерта в городе. После регистрации мы обнаружили, что нас поселили в курящую комнату, и персонал не мог ее поменять. В результате мы потратили 20$ на свечи и освежители воздуха, просто чтобы в комнате можно было находиться. Кроме того, отель располагается не в самом приятном районе […] города. Сопоставляя это со всеми подозрительными личностями, я боялась оставлять вещи в комнате, пока мы были на концерте, оставлять нашу машину на парковке. Ну и последнее, посреди ночи нас разбудил шум — какие-то люди кричали и стучали в двери. Я останавливалась в Travelodge в Сиэтле, и там было тихо и приятно. Отель был чистый, по хорошей цене! Завтрак был неплохой, включал злаки, выпечку, кофе, апельсиновый сок и бананы.

Я не очень притязательный гость, но если в отеле откровенно врут про условия проживания, я не буду об этом молчать. Отель находится в хорошем месте, по приличной цене, но нас поселили в жутко тесной комнате… как будто это и не должно было быть комнатой, но за деньги они в любом случае это сделали. Кровать называлась «Делюкс», но в результате это был […] просто полноразмерный матрас. Ванная, такое ощущение, что была сделана любителями или теми, кому было наплевать на результат. Если вы просто ищете низкую цену и хорошее расположение, и вам наплевать на сервис и качество, тогда, это хорошее место, чтобы перекантоваться. This is a place where Drug addicts go to do drugs! We where so scared staying there!

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel anywhere near SFSU. I stayed 2 nights and was touring the campus as a prospective student. The neighborhood is sketchy. We were woken up several times by people screaming and yelling directly outside our room they were definitely either drunk or on drugs. Here's what I broke it down to: PROS: mini […] fridge with freezer (kept food in there), microwave (although broken, still sorta worked), heater and a/c in unit. Front desk people were nice and didn't even charge me parking for the two nights that I stayed there. Continental breakfast (although, very limited on variety). CONS: The hotel room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The shower was still wet when we first got in the room (after midnight) and there was used soap still on the tub. We only had 1 towel and had to call for more. Hot water in the shower takes about 10 minutes to warm up. Terrible surrounding neighborhood. Felt "dirty." Very limited amount of cable channels. Basically, try to avoid staying here unless you have to. It's not the worst place ever, but it definitely wasn't worth the nightly price they charged for us. Подробнее

The room was very very small. We had 2 queens and there was literally walkways only around the beds. There was no carpeting- probably better for cleanliness but checking in on a rainy night.... The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The water pressure and temperature were awesome. The overall temperature of the room was perfect. This hotel was totally adequate. I had to stay in a great location central to SoMA, the Mission, and my friends in Cole Valley. It was next to lots of light rail. It was a little loud, but I didn't care.

I didn't mind the construction they had going on but in the morning I found a darn cockroach on the desk. Needless to say I was freaked out because I hate insects especially dirty nasty insects. When I got home I had to unpack my bags outside so that if anything did find its way into my things I would have a better chance at seeing it & killing it before […] it got into my house. Подробнее

Charge the parking fee for the guest is not suitable

Please do not think of staying here consider driving outside the city and you can get a 4 star hotel without come in the beds, blood, smell of pee, and constant drugs runs.

Very comfortable, but 1 night does not make a hotel. Very clean and slept well

This place is terrible. Not only of the homeless picking through the garbage outside my room. Not only did the phone in thre room not work. They also swiped my card when I got there taking an addtional 138..plus dollars from my account. They said it was for calls, cars ect. I drove no car, no was I able to use the phone. These people should be ashamed […] of all the crap there. Not to mention more then one room had pitbulls in them. As a frequent and former resident of San Fransisco. We always would stay here, but over the years the quality of the rooms has gone down and down. While the prices keep going up. My last visit to this hotel was the straw that broke the camels back. Dirty. Windows did not securely lock (street facing windows and doors). I also did not like the fact that they took my credit card, and (1) ran it trhough the old-fashioned carbon copy credit card machin (not the type where the card is "swiped" through a slot and the magnetic strip read), and (2) made a second copy of both sides of my card using a […] scanner/printer/copier. Room was nice, it had tiled floors, looked like the room was newly painted, cable-tv, heater/ac unit, mini-fridge, microwave, and clean bathroom. Looing for good location to City Beer Bar? Food trucks? Or Haight street? This is a good spot..Staff friendly and helpful...enjoyed the area and stay. Price very reasonable.

Public transit right out front. Wonderful historic hotel with a Starbucks in the lobby. Good security as it's right on the edge of a sometimes sketchy-feeling neighborhood but for the most part- it's FINE. Beautiful lobby, hallways, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. And usually great rates.

It is a really nice place to stay if you don't care too much about noise. It's right on Market St and the layout of the hotel is like an amphitheater for the street. The noise echoes off the buildings. But, it's in a great location. Walking distance to Castro, Downtown, and even Union Square. If the price is right I would definitely stay again.

For what I paid, I guess it was okay. And I appreciate the cleanliness. It's just that the room with two double beds left very little room to walk around. Two people can not pass each other anywhere in the room. PS The additional parking fee may not be worthwhile. The room was dirty and the bed has bedbugs for sure. I was definitely bitten alot. It was so loud also. Walls are paper thin. But the best part, was the enormous pile of green snot on the sidewalk that was one foot from the door when I opened it to leave in the morning. The hotel it self was okay. The surrounding neighborhood was loud. The bar across the street played loud music until 3 or 4 in the morning. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet several guests who were outside their rooms smoking, drinking, and riding their skateboards through the parking lot until at least 4 am. My friend and I could of done without the construction noise on Sunday morning, but it was posted about remodeling prior to check in...walking distance to the Castro and Folsom st. Good place for SF Pride parade viewing or Folsom st fair (a little walk away). Parking is $10 a car but much better than other hotels in the area.

This hotel was good, it feels a little bit old, but still, clean and functional. An awesome feature: they include fridge and microwave, so you can actually store some cool soda there :D Safeway is like three blocks away, and a bunch of restaurants.

We requested to stay around Union Square. This hotel is approx. a 7-10 min streetcar/bus away. Although very clean, we were unfortunate to have very noisey neighbours above us therefore we did not have a restful stay. Our stay was pretty decent, because we booked online. But we showed up last minute in high tourist season, and watched the guy in front of us get absolutely handled for double the rate. Seemed kinda sketch.

I was not happy, one of the two rooms I reserved was tiny, there was an additional charge for parking, and the manager insisted on making a photo copy of my drivers license and of my credit/debit card "In case of damages to the room". This is an obvious security risk for me and could expose me to identity theft because everyone in that hotel now has […] access to all my personal information. I did no damages to these rooms, yet my credit/debit card was charged an unauthorized additional $20.00 per room after I left the hotel. Подробнее

Cheap place for your stay. If you can't sleep with noises then don't book this place. Thin walls, can hear people screaming on the streets and neighbors talking. Free parking (first come first serve). You get a parking pass so they won't tow your car. Don't mind staying here again.

Upon arrival desk clerk arguing with a customer over billing. Had to wait 15 minutes for it to be resolved. Then the clerk told us since we reserved through Hotels.com he wouldn't get the reservation for 3 hours. When he checked, our reservation was there! Up in our room for 15 minutes, lost all power. Called and was told they would get an engineer […] out. We got no response and decided to walk to lobby. This person knew nothing about the outage! He did resolve it though. At 7:15 a.m. the next morning renovation started with jack hammer in concrete for two hours. Needless to say we will never stay here again! Подробнее

I expected some mediocrity, but this was bad! The bathroom sink had standing water in it when we arrived. The shower didn't work - had to take a bath. And the live-in people next door were up all night, talking, smoking just outside our door. Was NOT worth the cheap parking or less expensive price to be downtown.

The hotel needs to do a better job in checking out the microwaves in the rooms. When I attempted to use the microwave it began sparking and a fire, flame ignited inside the microwave - very dangerous and a serious fire hazard!
