Aleph A Boscolo Luxury Hotel - Рим

Ослепительный лобби, замечательное расположение. Комнаты оказались меньше, чем ожидали, но, опять же, это Рим. Остановился бы там снова. Замечательный персонал.

Персонал был очень вежливым, место было замечательным, но кровати были настолько неудобными (2 односпальные кровати, составленные вместе, и у одной была сломана рейка с правой стороны, а центре между двумя кроватями образуется дыра размером с Гранд каньон — очень неромантично для парочек), светильники были сломаны, как и кондиционер, который замораживал […] комнату. Мы попросили, чтобы его починили, но они ничего не смогли сделать. Потом, когда я заказал еду из румсервиса, я обнаружил двух мух в моем бокале вина. Две взрослые мухи были на дне бокала, значит, они были там уже долго. Это меня заставило задуматься, насколько много они выигрывают, используя старые бокалы повторно, потому что, если муха залетает в бокал, она обычно всплывает. Когда мы расплачивались, мы попросили убрать из счета бокал вина, после того, как мы увидели, что они таки его нам посчитали. Я не рекомендую этот отель, если только вы не бэкпекер. В целом, отель хороший; тем не менее, есть несколько упущений, которые стоит отметить. Отель находится в центре, в нем нет бассейна, сказано, что он не работает, несколько раз нас не разбудили, самой большой головной болью было то, что мы были на первом этаже — сразу за дискотекой, которая гремела каждую ночь до полуночи (что за головная боль!). Тренажерный зал был неприемлемым, спа как такового не было (они вызывали массажиста из другого отеля), а в баре не хватало персонала. Когда я останавливался здесь в июле, кондиционер был совершенно непригодным. Персонал был совершенно не в состоянии помочь в этом вопросе.

Современный, элегантный отель, что становится очевидным, как только заходишь в лобби (который очень темный, если не сказать больше). Хотя в баре и зоне лобби много места, чтобы отдохнуть, мы так и не увидели ни одного человека, использующего это место, на протяжении нашего проживания. Единственным минусом нашего проживания было то, что мы не увидели […] ни одного человека из персонала (кроме швейцара), который был бы очень дружелюбен. Они не когда не здоровались с нами, заставляя нас чувствовать себя так, будто мы докучаем им двумя вопросами, которые мы задали за два дня. Несмотря на это, комнаты, нужно сказать, были неплохими в плане места и оригинальных вещей, таких как джакузи и замечательной кометики. Все удобства были комфортабельные, а расположение было близко до многих мест, магазинов и еды. В целом, я бы порекомендовал этот отель, только не ожидайте никакого обслуживания. Удивлены, что это 5-звездочный отель, по деньгам НЕвыгодно. Персонал на ресепшен очень хороший, но им потребовалось 3 и-мейла и 2 телефонных звонка, чтобы подтвердить, что они меня встретят, когда я прибуду в Рим. Бар на крыше, превосходный персонал и хорошая еда, но бедный вид. В следующий раз выберем что-нибудь более современное с лучшим видом.

This certainly was not a 5 star hotel. Maybe the sister hotel around the corner. Room was small, carpets old and torn and furniture quite worn out. Centrally localted but so are the other hotels nearby.

We stayed here for a few days. Nice location near Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and the subways. Nice staff only issue is there wasn't WiFi available in the room only down stairs. otherwise i doyen my stay

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Large, well appointed roon with large bathroom. Convenient location. Steps to the metro and close to major attractions - Via Veneto, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Accomodating staff. Recommend highly.

We found this hotel to meet our every need and were very pleased. Would stay there again.

Easy walking distance to the Fountain of Trevi, Spanish Steps and Novona. Hotel is very modern which is an interesting change of pace as you come back from the ruins. They recommended a great restaurant that we wouldn't have found on our own (Hi-Res). We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we were told that we get upgraded so I am not sure if this was the reason why we were so happy with the room. The service was great all around. As with rooms in Europe, a little on the small side. The decor I did not like at all. You walk in and you are greeted by a black and red coloring and samari warriors. Very odd to me.

The Aleph experience was delightful. The ambiance and style of the hotel is a as good as the service. Steps to monuments, subway, and shopping. Perfect stay for a few days in Rome.

They have no wifi in the lobby and charge a ridiculous amount of money to have Internet access in the room. To top it off, the tv has 12 stations. I had to wait two days to get one of two irons they had for guests and then had to sign a document saying I would be responsible for damages the iron might cause. The room was small, and the bathroom was just dangerous. The bathroom was elevated over the room so you had to go up these slippery little steps to get in there. It would be easy to misjudge the steps since they blend in with the bathroom floor. The tub was even worse!!! It was more like a deep hole in the floor with nothing to grab for help in or out. […] We managed, but we're in our early 30's and keep a sporty lifestyle. Rooms were clean and comfortible. Good location within walking distance of many sights. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

I loved this hotel becasue it was so close to everything. The only problem was the soup, shampo and sleepers in the room. We didn't get soup till the next day althoug I called as soon as we got in. They don't provide sleepers to use in the room and bathroom. No refill for shampo or conditioner. I expected more for a 5 stars hotel.

From a cost-benefit standpoint, this hotel loses. While it's generally okay, it's very expensive and for the price, doesn't deliver anything beyond average.

The hotel did not live up to our expectations and I would recommend people looking for a 5-star hotel to look elsewhere for the following reasons: (1) Very small rooms. Had booked a 3-person room but got a small double room with a lousy extra bed. Concierge did not offer reasonable compensation. A friendly and efficient welcome awaits you at the Aleph a boscolo. The location is very good, on a quiet side street but close to restaurants and bars and Spanish Steps. The decor is very black and red and modern - quite a dark feel in the public areas. There's a nice roof top terrace for drinks, and the complimentary snacks from the restaurant with […] drinks were very good. Room was very small - but clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good location, near the Barberini subway station. The room was small but clean. There was only one english language TV channel. The bathroom was small and the bath tub entrance was high so the tub was difficult to get into for a shower. In retrospect, I should have changed the room. The AC worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel experience. It is a contemporary hotel with high tech features throughout. The location was great. It provided easy walking access to many sites, including the Spanish Steps, and the Metro was only a block away.

In general the hotel & location were perfect. We had selected this hotel because of the ratings on hotel.com. About 1 week before we left, we checked the ratings again and saw some comments about the air conditioning. It was a little warm during our stay (early Sept) and we too had trouble keeping the room cool. It was as if the hotel set a temperature […] and we could only adjust the thermostat 3 degrees past that temperature. The other minor thing is that the shower door broke and it took 3 days to get it repaired, a little inconvenient but not a big deal. Great location, but a very small room and average bathroom were not consistent with what I would have expected for a 5-star hotel.

This was not a 5-star hotel. The room had lights that were not working, the air-conditioning was faulty, and the shower had long hair in it that caused the drain to back up. The only thing Five star about this hotel is the price. I have recently stayed in three star hotels in Italy that would make this hotel look like a motel. Very disappointing

The bed was a regular full king and we had a vaulted ceiling which made the room feel gigantic. The staff was multilingual and extremely helpful. I would happily stay here again.

The Aleph Boscolo in via San Basilio in Rome is an excellent hotel in the center of Rome with a wonderful SPA. I regularly stay there. Highly recommended.

The hotel exceeding all my expectations. The neighborhood was great, the staff was great, the room was great. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to friends.

If you're into luxury boutique hotels that are modern and trendy, this is the spot for you. Think of the lounges, restaurant, and lobby as a darker, red version of the W hotel look. The service and atmosphere at the hotel was very good and especially the people in the reception were VERY service minded. The hotel is placed in a quiet area in working distance to the most of Rome’s attractions and just 2 minutes work from the metro and a lot of busses.

Très bon séjour pour 5 nuits. Attention pas de service petit déjeuner dans les chambres mis à part demandes spécifiques le matin même.
