Нам понравилось. Доброжелательная администрация. Есть мини бар с напитками, без платно. Выдали карту города, показали на ней расположение достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов. Помогли заказать такси в аэропорт. Общее впечатление очень хорошее. Город понравился. Спасибо.

Лучший отель, в котором я когда-либо останавливался. Просторный номер с полным пакетом услуг. Хоть завтрак и дорогой, но вполне стоит своих денег. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз !

Нормальный отель, не Хилтон, конечно, но и денег своих стоит. В самом центре города, до цветочного рынка 7 минут пешком, до площади Дам-15.

В отличие от посещенного 5 днями ранее отеля AALBORG, этот отель (Хем) оказался менее удобным в плане общественного транспорта. От остановки 2-го трамвая (30 мин езды от вокзала) еще идти 2 квартала. Здание нового типа, большое. Про бары не скажу, не пользовались. На рецепшне все быстро-четко. Номера хорошие, но нам попался очень холодный. Батарей отопления нет, есть тепловентилятор, греет плохо. Чисто. На террасе у входа народ вовсю курит косяки. Много молодёжи. Есть паркинг. Удобен в плане точки ночевки при автопутешествии. Оценка положительная. Март 2012.

The classic Amsterdam image of stately canals, the Canal Loop is principally the Herengracht and Keizersgracht, lined with gracious tall 17th and 18th-century houses. Some of these are now museums, most notably the eccentric Kattenkabinet. The Amstel is a more down-to-earth waterway, lined with houseboats and famous for its classic much–photographed Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge). "Нет кондиционера - нет постояльцев."
Остановился в отеле. Отличное место расположения - то, что надо! Но за такие деньги в номере мог бы быть и кондиционер! За день номер нагревался. И ночью, из-за жары было не уснуть

Отель находится в чудесном месте. Внутри очень уютно. Наша комната, хотя и была немного маленькой, была очень чистой. Кровать была очень удобной. Отель находился прямо около цветочного рынка, и вы могли до всего в городе добраться пешком менее чем за 10 минут. Завтрак прекрасно организован. В ресторане прекрасный персонал. В гостиной очень шумно до 22.00. Отель идеально чистый. А сотрудника отеля очень предупредительны. Расположенность вблизи большинства трамвайных маршрутов, позволяет быстро добраться до любой точки города. Превосходно для нашего двухдневного пребывания.

Сам по себе отель хорошо украшен и хорошо расположен с очень приятным персоналом, но инфраструктура некоторых частей сделала отель проблемой для меня, моей жены, ее матери и 17-летнего сына. Не смотря на прохладную температуру, в комнате было около 25 градусов Цельсия, не слишком хорошо спать, не смотря на открытое окно (удачи, поскольку мы были на […] шумной уличной части отеля!). В дополнение, раковина засорялась и 2 фонаря не были расположены около розетки, одна даже не работал, когда был подключен. Аппарат Неспрессо был превосходный, но как и лампы был далеко от розетки, так что нам пришлось ставить его на стул и подключать. Сотрудники были превосходные и не были удивлены вопросом отопления, возможно это серьезная проблема у многих гостей, которые о ней сказали. Для 4-х звездочного отеля это просто неправильно и нужно решить или уменьшить звездный рейтинг или где-то указать об этой проблеме. Превосходное место и конечно очень модный отель. Не могу порекомендовать до тех пор, пока эти прблемы не будут решены. Мы переехали в 5* NH Краснопольский на площади DAM, они предложили лучшую цену и комнату лучше, чем у нас в Альбусе, а температуры были более нормальные. Я не пытался связаться с владельцем отеля, который отвечает на эти комментарии, хотя я оставил плохие коментарии на этом сайте, но он не был здесь, как и не было дополнительного сервиса (моя жена заглянула в другие номера, но только окна были расположены пот потолком, но ситуация с температурой была ненамного лучше), как и ни один представитель персонала не пытался с нами связаться. Альбус конечно прекрасный отель: комфортабельный и стильный. Местоположение абсолютно непревзойденное. Однако был один небольшой недостаток - стандартная городская комната, в которой я остался, к сожалению не имела вентиляции, из-за чего становилось очень душно во время теплой погоды. Хотя я мог разбавлять духоту открытыми окнами, шум снаружи означал, […] что мне нужно закрыть окна снова, поскольку комната была напротив главного проезда города. К счастью гости могли попросить вентилятор, который помогал циркулировать воздух даже после того, как окна были закрыты. Если быть честным, то мне понравилась моя остановка, не смотря на эти мелкие недочеты и я возможно останусь здесь еще во время моего следующего визита, хотя я должен буду убедиться, что взял наушники, только на случай если у отеля закончатся вентиляторы. Комнаты были современными и очень чистыми. Все сотрудники отеля были дружелюбными и отзывчивыми. У меня было несколько особых требований к номеру: электронная почта отправлялась быстро и работала стабильно. Коридор, ведущий от лифта к номеру, был немного мрачноват - но это единственное, чем я был недоволен.

"Nice hotel but .... over-charged?"
Staff suggested an upgrade as soon as we arrived which we accepted but on leaving were charged tax which we had already paid through Hotels.com. Feel that the overall price was extremely expensive and not prepared to pay the price charged for breakfast so went elsewhere. Otherwise room was comfortable and clean.

"Very nice hotel and great location"
This is a very nice hotel located close to many attractions - museums, restaurants, art galleries. Although it can be noisy at night due to where it is situated, the hotel provides means for blocking it out in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 nights at the Albus in an up graded room. The bed was very comfortable and big and the bathroom had a big walk in shower. It was not far to get to any of the sights but far enough out not to be noisy. There was no canal view but we were out all day so that didn't matter. During our trip to Europe we stayed is seven differente hotels. This one was a very centric location , modern and nicely decorated, however was also the only one where our three children seemed to bother the neighbors below and next to us which was very stressing for my husband and I. It was a good choice. Not very large room, but good enough for two people. Close to a movie center, nice to have fun and come back late. The only thing I would expect to be better if they can have a double bed rather than two single bed put together.

My wife and I stayed at the Albus Hotel for two nights 31st July and 1st August . We found our room ,as we were told by the receptionist, to be quiet . It was quite a good size and we were very pleased . We were given '25% off Breakfast ' vouchers and the buffet breakfast was excellent. On our second stay we were a little disappointed to find the same room was unavailale and were told to have one the same size we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The staff at Albus, especially Khalid and Stefano, are second-to-none in terms of going out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you get the most out of your time in Amsterdam. A couple minor issues I had with the hotel was 1. the street nearby is very noisy with the train going by (nothing one can do about that), and 2. the bathroom […] essentially flooded every time we showered. We were in Amsterdam as tourists for three nights. The location of this hotel couldn't be better--centrally located/walking distance to most sights, museums, and the central train station. Upon arrival the shower hose and one of the bedside lamps in our room were broken. The hose was fixed immediately after notified the hotel of it; they couldn't fix […] the lamp during our stay. We have three complaints: 1) The room was very warm, but to be fair to the hotel, we didn't mention it to them (I'm certain they could have fixed it). 2) Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, there were a lot of people smoking on our floor so the hallway and our room smelled. They investigated but couldn't tell who was doing it so they couldn't really do anything about it; and 3) We asked for a wake-up call one morning and didn't get it. "Albus Hotel: great location and friendly service"
We stayed 4 nights and our room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking the courtyard... a good thing as it is on a very busy street. The staff was courteous and friendly and the complimentary coffee and English language newspapers in the lobby were appreciated. Great location to canals and city centre.
