Отель достаточно хорош, но если окна номера будут выходить на основную магистраль, по которой проходит скоростная железная дорога, то очень шумно, а летом при открытых окнах наверное невыносимо. Поезда курсируют практически всю ночь.

В отеле проживали 7 дней. Очень удачное соотношение цена качество местоположение. Рядом станция U-бана, всего метров 200. Жили в номере выходящем во двор пэтому никаких городских шумов не было. Очень неплохой завтрак, шведский стол. Несколько сортов колбас, два сыра, мюсли, омлет, овощи свежие. киви, соки, чай, кофе, тосты, различные джемы, и другое. […] Вечером недалеко в пределах одного-двух кварталов есть неплохие ресторанчики чтобы поужинать. До Подсмер плац 3 остановки на U-бане, до Александр плац остановок 10 бес пересадок, не далеко Ку-дамм. Да вообще с перемещением проблем нет.До отеля из аэропорта Шонефельд добирались на такси, порядка получаса, цена 35,20, обратно на общественном транспорте чуть более часа. Завтрак не брали - нечего сказать, но рядом есть кафешки, в которых можно позавтракать - все равно получается дешевле, чем брать завтрак. За углом супермаркет и др магазины - очень удобно. Расположение на мой взгляд супер: минут 20 пешком (с ребенком) до Потсдамской площади, еще 15 до Рейхстага. Для меня это идеальное расстояние до центра. Метро очень […] близко. Немного шумновато, потому что прямо за окном линия трамвая, но сама остановка в двух шагах, что удобно. Расположение хорошее для тех, кто хочет недорого и поближе к центру, чтобы не тратить время на переезды, для короткой остановки просто отлично.

Отель соответствует количеству звезд. Завтрак нам понравился, обслуживание - хорошее, все отлично. Минус отеля - рядом проходит линия метро, с 5 утра слышно движение.

Очень хороший отель. Находится в центре Берлина, что делает его удобным для посещения множества достопримечательностей. Единственное, что мне не понравилось - предоставление доступа в интернет. Слабый сигнал и постоянно требует записаться.

Этот отель был обычный, но принимая во внимание цену, которую мы платили. Он обеспечивал все, что нам было нужно. Комната была приличного размера и был бесплатный wifi и включенный завтрак. Нашими единственными проблемами был изначальный поиск отеля по непонятной нумерации домов по улице (где например номер 80-90 могли быть напротив домов 10-20). Stayed here for a week. Great deal Bed only. Can buy breakfast for 7.50 Euro but didnt tink it was good value , coninental only. There is many local places to eat , especially if like me , got up slightly later. Within 2 minutes of U Bahn. 20mins easy stroll from Potzdamer Platz. Within easy reach of rest of Berlin. The main drawback was booking a double room, only to find two singles pushed together and two single duvets. But given how cheap it was, otherwise very good. Very convenient for sightseeing etc and hotel staff were helpful with booking restaurants and printing out boarding passes.

We stayed for a 2 night stay for a short City break. Great value for money, very clean and efficient service, however the bed was so uncomfortable. There were no tea making facilities in the room nor fridge. Good location though for the price.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days on a business trip and internet was really important for me and internet wasn't working for 3 days (weekdays). I usually stay at a hostel but found the price of this hotel too good to pass up. It was clean and quiet. Well, quiet on the inside. Outside someone screamed at least once a night from the street below. I liked having a safe in my room.

The neighbourhood wasn't typically german. It was a migrant area. But still very good. We tired Turkish food, cheap aswell. Very nice restaurant around the corner that has german food. 3 minute walk from train. It's good for your dollar. You get what you pay for.

Hotel is half-block from an U-bahn stop, which was a definite plus. Also, only a 10-15 minute walk to KaDeWe and the Ku-damm. The front desk staff was very helpful. I would definitely go for this hotel if i had a chance to visit Berlin again. I'm a business traveler who pays his own way, and so I appreciate the Aldea Novum for providing everything I need at a great price. If you need access to all parts of the city the location can't be beat. I'm satisfied with the service. The hotel is not exactly close to any major museums or points of interest that a tourist to Berlin would want to visit, such as Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, or Checkpoint Charlie. However, it is located 2 minutes (walking) away from the U-bahn, and 10 minutes (walking) from the S-bahn. The hotel itself is comfortable, and the front desk staff are able to assist in booking tour tickets, as well as helping you navigate the transit and metro systems. My room was spacious, although the washroom was on the cramped side. If you are given the option, ask for a room that is not facing the street. I had this room, and it was quite noisy. The U-bahn trains that go past are easily heard, as well as vehicular traffic. If you are not a heavy sleeper, this might be a problem for you. However, I had no major complaints with my stay. I found the hotel to be very comfortable and easy to get to by public transportation. From the main train station Berlin Hbf, you go outside main door and across the path to catch the M85 bus and it takes you to the Bulowstrasse Stop (a 20 to 25 minute easy ride through town) and Bulowstrasse is also a metro (subway) stop as well but from the train […] station it requires a few changes to get there you're much better off with the one bus. I really liked the neighborhood it's diverse and some good restaurants and it's a straight walk about 15 minutes to get to #2 stop on the hop-on-hop off bus route which was great but it also turned out to be easy walking to lots of great things including maybe a 25 minute walk to Check Point Charlie and the remnants of the Berlin Wall. Of course for someone on a business trip the Internet is very important. The Internet was intermittent in the rooms called like 6x to correct the connection problem. Breakfast was ok too the receptionist especially the females are very cheerful, helpful and knowledgable.

Great rate through Expedia, pleasing on all levels. Ideal for short to medium stays in Berlin when you want good central location for city transport and doping and taking in te sites. Will definitely book again.
