Местоположение отеля очень удобное: до пляжа 2 мин., рядом кафе магазины. Удобства отеля соответствуют заявленным, очень приветливый персонал, хорошее обслуживание ( номер убирали каждый день ). Жизнь возле отеля кипит 24 часа в сутки )

Отель хороший, удобные комнаты с отличной кроватью, прекрасный персонал на Reception, недорогая парковка, очень хороший район расположения отеля, плюс недалеко прекрасный пляж Холловер. Но нам достался номер без двери в ванную комнату, правда с нами это согласовали, и слышимость в отеле просто невероятная. Мы просыпались каждый день от плача соседского ребенка или звука работающего телевизора.

Очень удобно расположен (близко к пляжу), приветливы персонал. Не все в порядке с сантехникой (тек унитаз), уборка не самая качественная (по кафелю прилипшие длинные черные волосы (явно не наши). Если бы не качество уборки, можно было бы на все остальное не обращать внимание.
Местоположение.
Отель Sagamore, The Art Hotel располагается на пляже в городе Майами-Бич, Флорида, Соединенные Штаты Америки (Южный пляж), неподалеку – Концертный зал New World Center, Пляж Lummus Park Beach и Пешеходная торговая улица Lincoln Road. Кондо-отель со спа-центром располагается недалеко от следующих достопримечательностей: Информационный центр Art Deco и Конференц-центр Майами-Бич.
Особенности отеля.
Отель Sagamore, The Art Hotel предлагает следующее: открытый бассейн, русская баня и сауна. В зонах общего пользования предоставляется беспроводной и проводной высокоскоростной доступ в Интернет (за дополнительную плату). Я остановился в отеле « sagamore» из-за его расположения, неплохой отель. Есть бассейн. Все из выше перечисленного очень достойного уровня. Не могу сказать, что мой номер был чистым - помещения общего пользования были чище. Без ложной скромности заявляю, что мое представление о чистой ванне сильно отличаются от того, что было по факту.

Если вы ищите замечательный отель на пляже, с чистыми комнатами за разумные деньги - это то, что вам надо. Я был очень разочарован отелям округа «South Beach» из-за большой сырости (как мне показалось), но « Sagamore» - прекрасно подходил под мои цели и стоил заплаченных за него денег. Обслуживание было на высоте. Сотрудники отеля «Sagamore» - это проверенная годами единая команда, которая старается держать высшую планку в обслуживании постояльцев отеля. Вам обязательно следует тут побывать! Романтическая обстановка + уют + обслуживание
"« Sagamore» - не то, что вы ожидаете за потраченные деньги."
За такие деньги могло бы быть и получше - я разочарован. Я вел аскетичный образ жизни - душевая кабинка была очень неудобной, а обслуживающий персонал оба раза проигнорировал мою просьбу принести еще несколько полотенец в номер. В остальном - расположение отеля шикарное. Я обы дал следующую оценку: 3 звезды по цене 4.

Негативные впечатления. Очень низкий уровень сервиса и цен. Завтракать вам придется в отеле 1 звезда. Ресторан?! ИЛИ « Pizza Hut». Никаких удобств в спальне. Грязный воздух.

Персонал был великолепен. Лобби и наша комната были вычищены до блеска. До магазинов и пляжа рукой подать.

"Sagamore: Too much not impressed"
I was surprised to find at check in that the hotel had no balconies to enjoy/smoke on in there suites for the extream price I paid for 1 night. The art in the hotel was garbage for being called the "Art Hotel". Wasn't aware you couldn't smoke in the rooms at all or a $250 cleaning fee would be charged if smoke was smelled at clean up. The windows in […] the rooms are nailed shut so you can't even enjoy the beach breeze or escape in case a fire for that matter. I found a pubic hair in the bathroom tub which deterred me from using the jetted tub. Also got to love the handful of $10 waters, juices, alcohols, snacks, cokes, ect that were way over priced laying around the room. I have stayed in MUCH nicer hotel suites at the Waldof Astoria for only $250 a night! I only booked this room because it was walking distance from the event I came to Miami to see and all the other hotels I wanted were booked. Guess I'll be planning in advanced next time so I don't get stuck here again. But hey if your a rich non smoker you may enjoy staying here if all you do is use the room for sleep. Подробнее

"Only place I'll stay on South beach"
I have to say I had my fingers and toes crossed on the way to Miami hoping this hotel was a nice one. My flight was delayed 3.5 hrs and we did not get to the hotel until 3am. I was not in the mood for bad service or a crappy hotel. At checkin, Sagamore's Agent advise my checkin date was Fri., 7/23 and not Wed., 7/21. I almost lost it! It was late and […] I could barely hold my head up. I simply pulled out my hotels.com confirmation and handed it to the Agent. He immediately apologized and upgraded my room to a suit. It was roomy, modern, urban and very immaculate. The location was unbeatable. The pool and courtyard were extremely nice. The art made for great conversations. The lounge was a great place to hangout. I was highly impressed with this hotel. Yes, it's old and maintains it's original construction on the outside but inside is completely renovated and modern. The staff are excellent - warm and friendly, accommodating and helpful. I got a fantastic upgrade and they helped me organize my excursions. I was traveling alone but they made me feel right at home! "Lovely hotel and friendly staff"
Hotel is on Collins Ave, which is close to Lincoln Rd and other main streets with good restaurants and shops. Hotel is next to beach, walk to the back and pass the pool and you come out on the walkway of the beach. This was our second trip to the Sagamore. Top notch service, great location on beach and for shopping. The Bungalows are perfect as well as the suites. This hotel is not huge and crowded. "Terrible customer service"
Wanted to check out early because the pull out bed in the sagamore suite was so incredibly uncomfortable and we had 4 adults. They said they would refund us but then they told Hotels.com that they would not refund us after we left. Not cool. We will never stay there again.

"Second trip and still a great hotel!"
This was my second stay at the sagamore in the last 3 months. The service and the staff is still exceptional. The rooms are always perfect and I will be staying here for many years to come if the hotel keeps up the great job!

We had a great stay at the Sagamore. Our hotel room was almost like a house / apartment. We had a huge living room with a balcony view of pool in addition to a large bedroom and plenty of closet space. The art deco was fantastic. We really enjoyed and would highly recommend it!

We had a large party and the staff was extremely accomodating to us and our needs. Everyone at the hotel was eager to help and had a great attitude. This is now my fav!!!

Ich besuche das Hotel schon seit Jahren. Zu den grossen Pluspunkten gehören die wirklich grossen Suiten und die gute Lage am Southbeach. Ich schätze auch die Poolarea welche nicht zu gross ist. "SAGAMORE, EM MIAMI - cult e bem localizado"
O hotel é muito bem localizado (Collins Ave com Lincoln Road). Dá para fazer muita coisa sem ter que pegar o carro, o que é raro em Miami. Tem um serviço muito atencioso. Um grande diferencial são as obras de arte contemporânea (instalações, quadros e vídeos), que dão um clima cult e aconchegante. Valeu a pena! Carlos.
We just stayed for an hour. The hotel is worn out and didn't feel cleen. We got another hotel just 100 m down the street.

"Prima hotel, goeie locatie"
De ontvangst was super. De auto deuren werden gelijk open gedaan en alle bagage en de auto werden gelijk van je overgenomen. De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht, maar alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Het hotel is op de foto's ook zeker mooier dan in het echt. Het is geen 'stunning' en superluxe hotel, maar het zit recht aan het strand en vlakbij winkels […] en restaurants op Sout Beach. De service gegeven bij het ontbijt was matig, weinig enthousiast en ronduit chagerijnig personeel. De 'doormen', receptie, concierge en de jongens bij de strandstoelen waren wel uiterst vriendelijk, geinteresseerd en behulpzaam. O hotel é ótimo. O atendimento é excelente. O quarto é espaçoso, decoração clean. A área da piscina é ótima, assim como o atendimento na praia. O hotel fica no melhor ponto de South Beach, próximo da Ocean Drive, da praia e do comércio e restaurantes.
