Уютно, удобно, приветливый персонал. Есть мини-бар, но нечем открывать бутылки, жаль, что гости отеля открывают их о края мебели. Можно бы положить и шампунь с кондиционером.

Телефон в номере не работал, сейф не работал, ванна была грязная. Мы выбрали этот отель из-за его места расположения и всего лишь на ночь.

Отель находится совсем рядом с « Gare Centrale». Сказав это я хотела обратить внимание на то, что это очень шумный райончик: сирены, светофоры и люди, прекрасно проводящие время на улице. Отель Централе расположен всего в нескольких кварталах от многих нужных мест, включая станции поезда, Гранд Палас, вверху была зона шоппина и парковка. Персонал был дружелюбный и пытался быть полезным, даже если они не знали, чем можно помочь. Комната была чистая, кровати супер-комфортабельные, температуру в комнате можно было регулировать. Я имею ввиду, […] что было очень жарко после нашего прибытия, но мы включили кондиционер перед нашим уходом на ужин, а когда мы вернулись уже было прохладная комфотная температура. Это отличный отель. Он очень хорошо обставлен, комнаты большие, чистые и уютные. Великолепный обслуживающий персонал.Так же стоит отметить хорошее расположение отеля. В следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь здесь же. Всенепременно рекомендую для тех, кто хочет остановиться в Брюсселе в хорошем месте.

Могли бы сделать хотя бы косметический ремонт. В любом случае - отель находится в отличном месте! Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова, если мне будет плевать на качество отеля. В любом случае, порекомендую что-то вроде « Grote Market»

Слишком дорогой. Написано, что 4 звезды, хотя слабо дотягивает до 3. Комнаты были отвратительные и шумные (первый этаж окнами на улицу). Слив в ванне был забит, а в душе была плесень. Пришлось идти просить лампочку на стойку регистрации, чтобы вкрутить в прикроватную бра. Сотрудники нудные. Расположение отличное.

Отель Централе был удобно расположен, близко к брюссельской центральной станции. Это было главной причиной нашей остановки в отеле. Конечно, от отеля можно было дойти пешком до центральной станции и до других мест Брюсселя (рестораны, кинотеатры, музеи и парки). Отель был чистый и приятный, хотя немного шумный из-за его близости к главной улице Брюсселя. […] Единственное предложение, которое есть у меня к этому отелю, это тренировка персонала обслуживанию клиентов. The halls are awful but the rooms are nice and all you need after long walks in the beautiful city.. The location is great-only a few blocks away from the attractions.

My brother and I stayed in this hotel one night and it was a very standard hotel conveniently located close to central station. My only complaints are that our room had basically nonexistent wifi and the shower "door" only went halfway so that water spilled all over the floor. Quite good overall, but the television didn't work at all (and another guest had the same experience), and the adjustment of the heat didn't make any difference, a bit of a problem in cold windy weather. Good breakfast, helpful staff.

3-4 nights is enough to stay, no longer. The quality of this hotel is I'm afraid very poor. Definitely it's not 4* hotel. Rooms badly decorated, the furniture old, damaged, very dirty carpeting, stained. The bathroom taps ruined, including the shower. Note: the shower goes hot or icy cold water, so you can either burn or freeze the body. Furthermore, […] when I wanted to take a bath and I saw a dark brown color of the water in the bathtub, I was scared to take a bath in something like this. Facilities toiletries very poor and not 4* quality. I really do not know on what basis, and who assigns,, star rating'' for hotels, but the control and supervision over it should be more strict. The only thing that is good, it's location; 5min. to the central station and close to the center. Also I can not say anything bad about handling reception desk, the entire staff is nice and helpful. Location is excellent, right by the Gare Centrale, with its trains to airport (20min ride, faster than taxi and about 10 times cheaper) , walking distance to tourist attractions, and the bells of the Cathedral chiming melodiously from 150m behind the building. The hotel itself could use refurbishing, and the staff told me, it's happening this spring. […] So, come May 2013, this will be an excellent choice. In the meantime, everything is kept clean, but the furnishings are outdated and somewhat worn. Rooms are decent size, and quite comfortable. Charming detail: top floor rooms have balconies with the wrought iron table and chair sets, which would have much use in warmer weather. Overall, I'd stay here again, and recommend it to friends. Great location and value for money. However the shower is broken so you have to hold the shower head whilst using it. But wait that isn't the worst thing... There was not much water out of the taps and I ended up dreading shower time.

Overall good hotel. Only bad thing: the Internet was horrible, only one device can connect and it happens to be the slowest in Belgium, but other than that very nice place. if you are not afraid of stain old carpet, it is good place to stay. Stuff was friendly, breakfast for 10Euro was very good, location perfect. Fernature old, but bathroom very clean, if you are not looking for anything fancy I would recomend it.

Generally good. We were a couple staying there. Rooms were well kept, though a little old. Staff was friendly and helped when could. Very walk able to Grote Market, which is another plus.

Hotel was great for the price. Just a few blocks from main square. Great location. Also, right by central train station. We were a day late arriving, but hotel staff was still able to accommodate us. Nice room with a view. Did not have breakfast, but it looked decent. Would stay here again.

As you can from the above the hotel scored well. I did have a problem with the hotel room carpet it was badly stained the carpet outside the lift was equally dirty.There were no slippers provided

The room temperature could not be controlled. Needed to sleep with the window open all night (in November) because the air-unit would only blow hot air. Plenty of sirens and garbage trucks then woke us up. The location of the hotel is great. Close to attractions, and the area is very safe. A plus, but countered with other problems regarding the bathroom. […] There is a tub and shower with a small glass shower door. Water would spray from the tub / shower pretty much all over the bathroom and water would accumulate on the floor into a huge puddle. There was no way to control it. A shower curtain would be much better. Beds? the mattresses in our room should be replaced. You roll to the middle. The Hotel is reasonable for the price. The room I had lacked any kind of desk which makes it unsuitable if you need to do any work during your stay, but otherwise the room was fine. The major issue I had was that it was avertised as having free wireless however the wireless was terrible. Signal strength was fine but connectivity dropped in and out, […] even in the lobby. At first our room was not good, no TV, No water in Shower, And plugged sink, later they changed us into a complimentary suite, then every thing worked fine and became good, good break fast, very centrally located by all attractions. Walking distance to tourist spot and the bus stop for hop on hop off tours.

The hotel is wonderfully located close to the Central Train Station, (at most a 5 minute, easy walk). The staff is also pleasant about having the room ready earlier than the standard check in time to account for travelers coming in from over night flights. The breakfast buffet in the morning was reasonably priced and very good.

I arrived at Hotel Centrale at 8.30pm to be told at check in that when I made my booking through Hotels.com, Hotel Centrale was already fully booked! I had paid in full, so they rang their sister hotel, but that was fully booked too. Then miraculously, Hotel Centrale found a vacant room for me within the hotel. This hotel was very nice. A lot of room for both bathroom and bed area. The front desk was very helpful. It is a bit away from the squares but if you are willing to walk it is great. Checked in and found the room I was given hadn't been cleaned since the last guest had left. While the room was changed there was no apology from the reception staff. Great location but room in need of a serious update.

Room was dirty, and the hotel staff did not speak english enough to understand our requests, or just didn´t bother helping out. The curtains in the hotel room were dirty and on the last day we noticed that they had stains on them that looked like bloodstains. The the sink was very close to being clogged. There must be a better place in Brussels.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the staff. This is no better than a 2 star hotel. as good as an Etap hotel. If you go in thinking you're getting a budget hotel then you'll be content.

Was disappointed with the service. I arrived in a room where the airconditioning and phone did not work. Security access cards did not work. Few times I had to get hotel staff to let me into my room as my swipe card did not work. Location great!
