I was delightfully surprised to see how well maintained and clean the hotel was. The room rate with continental breakfast was excellent and made it absolutely worth while, since we were only stopping overnight. The best part was the convenience to drive up to your room and be able to unload our bags. It was perfectly located near the "The Destiny" mall. […] The staff even had directions printed out which was very thoughtful. We booked a two double bed room which was reasonably large and even had a flat screen TV, fridge and microwave. There are a few restaurants located near by so easily accessible especially if you wanted a late dinner or early breakfast. The gas station is located on the corner and is like a mini grocery store. Very pleasant, extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. Microwave/refrigerator Wifi - all good. Nice complimentary breakfast offerings - cereals, muffins, pastries, croissants, good juice, coffee and tea service. Friendly staff. Great for our purpose - visiting nearby colleges, easy highway access.

It would be helpful to have a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was OK, but would have preferred some healthy alternatives.

I thought the front desk clerks were helpful. I know people are weary of staying a hotel like this. But seriously it was fine. It had a nice comfy bed, towels, tv, fridge, all the normal stuff. I would stay here agian if ever in the same area.

Spacious room, clean, nice TV, microwave & mini fridge in room, convenient location... And half the nightly rate of the hotel across the street. Would definitely stay again.

I thoughtt that for the price and conveinience that this was a great place to stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. Having breakfast provided in the morning was nice. However, I really do prefer cream to coffee creamer in my coffee. I would definately stary there again.

They did a great job keeping the snow removed during the storm while I was there. I have stayed here several times over the last 5 years and would recommend it.

Adequate. We arrived late after a long day of driving and had booked through Hotels.com a few hours earlier. The receptionist did not realize the room had been paid for via that website and charged my credit card again. This created some confusion. Furthermore, when I booked the room I said it was for 5 people (including 3 teenagers) and so I assumed […] a cot would be provided but was told no cots were available. As it turned out, there was, as long as we brought it over to the room. A little more coordination between hotels.com and the motel would have been helpful, especially late a night when we just wanted to go to bed.. And having the cot in the room before we arrived would have made things even simpler. However, once everything was sorted out we slept well and were on our way again in the morning. Подробнее

Staff was VERY helpful and friendly. Close to Thruway entrances and exits. No coffeemaker but did have microwave and refrigerator. Older motel but for the price I think it was a great value. Would use this motel again.

It was good experience. Hotel was comfortable and we opt to stay in it both ways while travelling from and to Toronto. Location is good and easy to find fast food restaurant nearby.

The check-in was very easy and pleasant. We were quite surprised with the quality of the room for the price we had to pay. We had a fridge and a microwave in the room, which was very useful for our two nights stay. We were surprise to see that the room was equipped with a nice flat screen tv. Our only concern was the fact that we found a dirty Kleenex […] behind the bathroom door which let us think that the floor might not have been cleaned properly. But other than that, everything else seemed clean enough. Also, considering that this is not a 5* hotel, the bed was comfortable enough. You could tell that the mattress was old and you could feel the springs. Some people might have back aches after, but we managed. I must say that our pillows were very comfortable though! Overall, I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Great quality for the price if you can deal with a very typical hotel room. Подробнее

Room has thermostat controlled heat/ac so a fan is not blowing constantly like so many other economy motels I have stayed in. Could not hear ANY other occupants through the walls. Very nice! This is an excellent budget hotel if you are looking for a place to stay on a shopping trip or for an overnite stay. You drive up to your room and just open the door. There is also a clean breakfast room with coffee, cereal, bagels etc. which is very convenient and is well serviced.

It's an older motel but it is ok for a one night stay. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

This motel is rated 1.5 stars and it should be. We found out we are not 1.5 star motel goers. Took one look and got out of Dodge. We didn't want to stay here for the night, so we booked another hotel and ended up paying for two hotel rooms that night. The other hotel was definitely worth the extra price.

Very helpful staff. I was originally going to stay for eight nights but was able to go home for the weekend. It was no problem to change and appreciate the savings from not sleeping here Friday and Saturday nights. My room had a fridge, microwave, and cabinets. Knights Inn was cheap and close to everything we needed. Room smelled musty, we needed to purchase Lysol from the drug store across the street. If we return to the area, wouldn't stay here again. There are nicer hotels in the immediate area for a little more money. You get what you pay for!

Everything was great in terms of cleanliness etc. In the a.m. after breakfast I went to retrieve my 10lb shitzu from the car ( non-allergenic dog) and got a room call stating that we were to be charged $20.00 for her in the room. My mother and I cannot stay in "pet" rooms because we both have severe allergies.
