It is dirty, stuffy and not comfortable hotel. It is huge queues on a breakfast every day. A pool is a very cold, whirlpool isn't working, etc.

Отель был удобно расположен через дорогу […] от центрального железнодорожного вокзала, что очень удобно. В 10 минутах ходьбы от основной туристической зоны. Конечно территория вокзала удобная, но не самая приятная в Мюнхена, там есть дешевые магазины / кафе, казино и несколько секс-шопов. Тем не менее внутри отеля чувствуешь себя как в маленьком оазисе, где виден современный / New Age / вычурный стиль, который нам лично понравился (хотя бы на несколько дней). Подробнее

Просторный и комфортный номер, рядом с транспортными развязками, мы бы приехали сюда еще раз.

Мы забронировали комнату для двух взрослых и ребенка 13 лет. Когда мы заселялись, портье проинформировал нас, что плата увеличится на 66% , если мы не хотим спать в одной большой кровати. Комната была великолепна, в общем-то как и обслуживающий персонал, и отель в целом. За 15-20 минут можно было дойти до «Hofbrau haus». Единственное, что в нем было не так, - типичные жалобы для отелей 5*,-любая дополнительная услуга стоила больших денег, например интернет. Мое пребывание в «Meridien Munich» было великолепно. Чудесная комната окнами в сад, удобная кровать, большая комната, предусмотрены все удобства, везде чисто. СПА - как дополнительный бонус: я обожаю массаж «Ayurveda»...рекомендую. В хаммаме могло бы пахнуть и получше, чуть больше ароматическими маслами, нежели сыростью.

В целом, восхитительный отель! Находится прямо напротив центрального вокзала. Очень дружелюбный персонал, удобное место расположения, шикарная комната, ванна просто СУПЕР! Мы прекрасно провели время в этом отеле в Мюнхене. Хотя в нем не было такого количества роскошных благ, как в отелях более высокого класса, он все же предоставлял замечательную комнату за отличную цену. Он находится недалеко от главной железнодорожной станции Мюнхена, что позволяет вам путешествовать по всему городу или за его пределами. (Мы взяли билет […] до Зальцбурга, всего на день. До него всего 2 часа на поезде). Консьерж в отеле прекрасно знает город. Он вам даст карту и подробно расскажет, как добраться до желаемого Вами места в любое время. Все прекрасно говорят по-английски. Что особо важно, кровати и подушки изумительно удобные. Единственный минус данного отеля - это его удаленность от центра города, целых 20 минут пешком. Но вы же можете воспользоваться метро, вход прямо напротив отеля, и уже через несколько минут быть там. К тому же, место за отелем несколько подозрительно, но вам нет никакой нужды туда ходить. This hotel was lovely. The rooms were huge, fantastic furnishings, big bathrooms with all the comforts you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The lobby, bar, breakfast restaurant - all very nice. While the neighborhood doesn't look like much, don't be so quick to discount it - it is right across the street from the main entrance of Munich's central train […] station. And a major subway station. And about a 10 minute walk straight up to Marianplatz which is where all the touristy stuff happens. Sure, you have to get away from the train station neighborhood to find fabulous restaurants and shopping, but if you want to get all over Munich and stay someplace both centrally located and fantastically comfortable - this is a great hotel to choose. first rate hotel in great location especially if you are travelling by train.

We stayed at this hotel only because of its location. It is 30 yards, literally from the Munich Hbf. The service and cleanliness was as expected of a Meridien. However, there is no wireless internet in the rooms (even if you pay). Plus, breakfast costs an arm and a leg. You feel cheated...

I was really dissapointed with this hotel. I spend at least 50 nights in hotels each year and this is absolutely not recommendable. Of course it depends on what you are looking for. Reception & bar staff need more experience

Beautiful rooms and big bathrooms (for European standards)with all the amenities. Funky and eclectic vibe with top notch service.

We normally stay in Sofitel (4 star) but have decided to try the 5 star Le Meridien in Munich. Location is good (over the road from station) but Sofitel is closer, on the same side of the road. Le Meridien has a tiny (feels like 3 star) entrance, Sofitel has a grand entrance. The staff in both hotels are very efficient and helpful, no gripes there. […] But, I craved a morning coffee or a newspaper, in fact anything, just to let me feel that a 5 star price is worth paying. It was a cross the train station which was very convenient. Many food available in the train station.

Beautiful and comfortable.Staff is friendly and acommodating.This is the only hotel we will stay in when we go back.

We enjoyed our stay a lot.The hotel was clean and sevice was great.It is central for all transport and close enough to everything to walk.Check in and out was quick and efficient. Location of the hotel was great, just opposite side of the Central train station. Rooms were big enough to stay. I'll Come back again.

We had high expectation for the Le Meridien in Munich as we have stayed in Le Meridien hotels before and had very good experiences. Unfortunatly we found the check in staff a little rude and not interested. The check in clerk didn't even look us in the face when we checked in and found the whole check in very odd indeed. Also we requested a bottle opener […] for the room which took an hour to arrive which was somewhat annoying when you have your dinner and you can't open your wine to have with it. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the railway station- but is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. Very much felt like a 'business' hotel. Almost worth a visit for the bizarre flower arrangements in reception!!!

This is an excellent, elegant hotel right outside of train station. If you have to take the train it is the best location. Go out right side of the train station and you will see the hotel on your right side of street. Since we were […] there on weekend, only electrician was available and he could not connect my computer. we waited till the day tech worked but he refused to come up and fix and told me to call the help service number which nobody pick up. I would never go back to this hotel but if you don't need to work on the computer it is good hotel to stay. Bus tours are great, do not take private tours they are very pricy. Romantic Road to Rottenbur is great day trip and take bus tour to the castles in Bavaria. Buses are very comfortable and tour guide gives great info. Tour buses are one block away from hotel. Having just come from the Meridien in Budapest (very nice), we were expecting a similar experience with the hotel in Munich. While the location was great, i.e. close to the train station and Oktoberfest, the rooms themselves were disappointing. Loved this hotel. Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. About a 5 minute walk to the main square. The room was very nice and a good size.

I stayed here for three days and really enjoyed mysef. I used the beautiful spa and the internal garden. The only complaint I had, was the room did not feel quite a 5 star and there was not free interet. They did offer purchase internet but it was very expensive.

This hotel is close to the train station and car rentals, however, I hate the fact that there are sex shops on the next block. The outside of the hotel doesn't look very nice. The inside is well maintained.

Not a 5 star hotel for sure

This hotel is just a couple of subway stops away from just about anything you want to see in Munich, and the U-bahn stop is literally across the street. But there is no dining in the area, with the exception of a McDonald's about one block away. There is also a lovely large supermarket about two blocks away. I had a huge room at the Meridien and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best I have ever slept on and the bathroom had a tub (rare for an urban hotel room) The bar and the breakfast buffet were good and they have outdoor seating. Really a business hotel, this is a good choice for a weekend break if you can get a good deal on the normal very high room rate, as we did. The cost of breakfast was still incredibly high and we avoided having breakfast in the hotel; there are many cheaper alternatives in the neighbourhood. Opposite the main railway station so very good for access to Munich's excellent publc transport systems. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierges. Rooms clean and comfortable in a business hotel kind of way, but the front-facing rooms are noisy if you like to open windows. Great location, right across from the train station. About a 10 minute walk to the center of town, so very convenient. Excellent service; very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel. Wonderful experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. I stayed during a 12 our layover in Munich and needed to check in substantially earlier than the standard 3pm check in. The hotel was very accommodating and I was able to snooze during my layover. They were also very gracious in accepting my large dog to stay with me in the hotel.

Hotels is close to train station and close to major areas. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet price and that it's not included in the price.

Le Meridian is way behind quest expectations of internet availability. The quest rooms offer "wired" internet service for a high usage fee and the wireless service is only avaiable in the hotel lobby for up to 19 euros per day. In order to print a boarding pass, you must go to a "business center" off the lobby and use an hotel computer for printing. […] The boarding pass or any other document is printed in an adjacent room that can only be accessed by a hotel employee. In addition, you only have 15 free minutes for any task and then they start charging you for more time. The lobby is really a part of reception and not condusive to getting business done on your computer. Подробнее

Stayed in the Le Meridien in Munich for two nights in December and had a lovely time. The Le Meridien is ideally situated for exploring Munich and its surrounds as train station is situated right across the road. Ler meridien in munich isn't bad. while there though the normal breakfast room was being renovated so it moved to a makeshift room. not as nice, but ok. the room was fine, tv channel selection was very poor though (without paying extras and ordering special channels). and the charges for internet access are atrociously high. i pay as much for 1 day […] of "limited speed" access as i pay for a month of 100mbit fiber access at home. it's a nasty way to squeeze extra out of you and frankly i won't pay it because it's such a rip-off. just out of principal. in this day and age internet access for a hotel is dirt cheap to get. the prices charged are simply gouging the customer. The hotel being across the street from the train staion was centrally located to everything you'd like to see in Munich. The gransportation system was easy to use and very cheap for families. We got a day pass for a family of 5 adults and 2 kids for 9.20 Euro! The only dissapoitment is that we got a free coupon for 2 cappuccino and never got to use […] it cuz their coffee shop was close still atbour 8:30 am departure time. Also the WiFi can be expensive!
