We booked this hotel to attend a concert at the BB&T Center. From our arrival staff was friendly and informed of the services provided by the hotel. They arranged for a special shuttle to and from concert, great service.

Everything was great & within walking distance to Sawgrass Mills. The only thing that I didn't like is the water pressure in the shower, it was extremely low.

We were going to the hockey game and this is the closest hotel. We have been many times before and enjoyed services like free shuttle to the mall and hockey game as well as the beach near Fort Lauderdale. Great service and friendly staff.

It was our 4th experience in this hotel. I usually chose it because of its location. it is so close from Sawgrass Mills mall. The staff is friendly but not helpful. You have to pick up your own cart to put your luggage on. You almost have to beg them to bring it into your hotel room. The hotel room is spacious. It was not so clean. The beds are very small. Good for one person, but not two. The complimentary shuttle was nice to get to the BB&T center for the concert, but trying to get back was not easy because there were a lot of people wanting on one little shuttle all at once. Breakfast was expensive.

Although there was a problem with the toilet, it was attended to promptly.All in all a very pleasant hotel right across the road from Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall. Be aware that there are no self laundy facilities on site but there is a laundry Mart close by.

I was bitten by an unkonwn insect while I was sleeping in my room of the hotel. I talked to the manager who told me that I would get half price return and inspect the room. Then told me which kind of insects are in the room.

It was nice. It seemed that we had issues with the AC, but since we were only there for one night there was no reason in getting the maintenance involved. They gave us a free cookie, but it was nasty. Overall no complaints.

We were there to see an Andrea Bocelli concert. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the concert. They also provide service to the mall,. All you needed to do was call. They were very friendly and helpful.

It was okay. Lots of noise upstairs from us and the heater in the room didn't work. The maintenance man brought us a space heater which was okay. Not enough snacks available and sodas etc. Only machines no shops.

The convenient free shuttle to the BB&T center for the Aerosmith concert I was attending was unbeatable. Close location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only complaint I had was that the coffee maker in the room was broken and I had to pay $3 for the water bottle in the room (which I had assumed was included!!!!)

We had a 2 room Suite & it was awesome. Very clean, smelled fresh all the time. The pool & jacuzzi was well kept. It's a excellent hotel! We loved it!

This hotel is convenient for shoppers at Sawgrass Mall. They have a shuttle that takes you to and from the mall on an as-needed basis. I would recommend this hotel to shoppers.

Was only there for a night, but check in/check out was very easy. Staff was extremely helpful. I had drop a shirt I needed into the shower. someone came to my room, picked it up, dried it, and returned it to me in record time. My only complaint: the pillows were too soft, but other wise the bed was fantastic.

Perfect base for Saw Grass Mills shopping trip! Very helpful on the front desk with collecting our ore bought parcels from online, as we live outside of the states.

Both the shower and sink drained very slowly and the walls were paper thin. Also, can hear everything that is in the hallway (people whispering or just walking by, elevator doors opening/closing).

This was probably the most comfortable stay we have ever had in a motel room. The staff was exceptional, the service was fast and great, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and all the little things that usually are "not like home" were great!!!
