The swimming pool was green and nasty!!!! We had someone knocking on our door at 1:oo am and 3:00 am, would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dirty sheets and pillows. Loud neighbors that were partying all night, management did nothing. Door to restroom did not close. Tv did not work. Hookers roaming the front. Towels had black and yellow stains. Location in the ghetto ...no hot water and door connecting to the next ro did not close, they had a chair blocking the door !! Nice reception employee but... Eventhough we got a non-smoking room it smelled terrible, the comforters had obvious cigarrette burns, the previous lodger was kind enough to leave a deodorant sticker on the bathroom wall (gross) . The neighborhood surrounding the area was a little scary...had some creepers in the back lot doing who knows what...a little […] scary for me and my family. The breakfast was very scarce...I felt bad for deciding to save a couple of bucks and putting my family up in a hotel like this...Like I said the reception guy was nice, but pay the extra 20-30 bucks and stay in a nicer, cleaner, safer hotel.... Enjoyed my stay the gentleman working was very nice and friendly. Asked where a good place to party in dallas was and he sent me to a good area. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very dirty to begin with. The carpets were so gross I had to wear socks. I spilt some water on the floor in front of the sink so I used a towel (dingy looking) to wipe up the spill and it came away black! The light fixture in the bathroom was nothing but two bare bulbs recessed […] into a hole in the ceiling and covered in hanging spiderwebs. The fridge did not work either. I booked a smoking room and even paid for it weeks in advance and when we arrived surprise! They gave the room away so every time I wanted to smoke I had to go outside which was not pleasant since it was located in a very ghetto neighborhood. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever likely stay at a super 8 again. Подробнее

When I was booking this motel online the pictures they showed were a completely different hotel. Everything was horrible and was in a bad part of town. Don't stay here.

I asked for a non smoking handycap room downstaris two weeks ago. The desk clerk could not speek the kings english to help. He offered a smoking rm down stairs but I'd rather eat a bad banna. So I had to take the upstairs nonsmoking room he offered. I had to tread the UPSTAIRS! by one step at a time! with all my luggage and pistola. I open the door […] and the room smelled like cigar bar on a shrimp boat. Floor was sticky to my bare feet. I put my shoes back on. TV work only on a few channels. The only thing that didn't smell was the Room Key Card. Stay some place till that place is shut down by the city health dept. I din't see any bed bugs? I think they couldn't stand the place either. We booked this hotel based on Tripadvisor's decent reviews of it, but we were sorely mistaken. We were given a smoking room that had visible trash scattered over the floor, so we asked for another room. The next room was non-smoking but stunk of fresh animals, and we uncovered the bed to reveal several pubic hairs on our sheets. We requested new sheets […] and found them to contain a few cigarette burns in them. We slept poorly out of the fear of what other surprises might be lurking in the darkness. We requested a late check-out for the next day, but we were charged the late fee anyway. This was definitely the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel, and we regret making our reservations here. The Super 8 chain may not always be associated with exceptional quality, but they still have minimum standards. This hotel does not even deserve to be part of Super 8 and should be closed. Подробнее

We spent 1 night at the Super 8 in Dallas on our way through, and it was fine. Nothing special, but it was clean, tidy and comfortable. But it would be impossible to stay here if you didn't have a car. It's on a major highway and there didn't seem to be any public transport options available.

Dont get me wrong the room was nice and clean but the door wouldnt lock(very scary nieghborhood) and you had to use your whole body strength to flush the toliet. Our first night there about 1oclock in the morning the desk attendant called and said there was someone here to talk to me. When I told him I dont know anyone in Dallas he said Well I showed […] him the copy of your drivers lisence and he said that was the person he wante dto speak to. I will sum up the hotel with a simple list of pros and cons: Pros: Close to Fair Park Has a Walmart and several fast food chains nearby The bathroom was a good size, and your knees didnt hit the wall or the tub when sitting on the toilet. Cons: The desk chair was broken. No Refridgerator, and no Microwave Poor Service(we didnt get clean towels until […] the 4th night.) The maid didnt close our door all the way either. No breakfast: The "breakfast" advertised hot waffles, and the like, the waffle maker was fused shut, there was no milk for the cereal, the juice had run dry by 830AM. The neighborhood was bad. I mean bad in the way that at 2AM there were large vehichles with fancy rims and laid back seats emiting window rattling spl levels out of their trunk picking up random scantly clad women in very tall high heels. The police sirens at didnt help either. My key had to be reset. Twice. The bed had no fitted sheet and no mattress pad. We ended buying a sheet at walmart so we wouldnt end up sleeping on the bare mattress. The Mattress was broken and needed to be replaced. The Paint on the door was coming off inside the room. We were on the second floor, at the far end of the hotel. The entire upper walk way on that end was sloped and the concrete cracked in several places. I felt as though that walk way was close to falling down. In summary, I wouldnt recomend this hotel to anyone. Ever. For any reason. Подробнее

I'ts hard to find the location on the GPS, i choose the hotel because it was stated 12- 15 mins drive from mesquite texas, but unfortunately it is so far away. I keep on calling the hotel receptionist , to the point that i wanted to cancel my reservation because too tired in going around looking for the hotel.When we finally saw the hotel, the receotionist […] is hesistant to open the door, he wanted us to deal on the small window, and its freezing cold outside, i was so mad.he gave us a key that doesn't 212, were trying to open and it didnt called him back thru my mobile because were still outside, he said sorry its 217. I was so mad its already midnight, we tried to find the hotel for an hour. insidethe room, the lights isnt working, the TV haft of the picture tube /screen is damage so you can only see haft, no ref, no microwave, no coffeemaker.overall i hate the place, i dont like either the receptionist treating their clients.
