The only problem that we had was the bathroom door would not close all the way. Apparently whoever hung the door did not know how to hang a door properly. Other than that it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and clean..

When I got there, the front desk clerk was a gentleman, he was very good. That night every hotel was full in the area, but he tried to call different hotels to get me a room for that night. My stay was suppose to be next day, but I got there a day before. We rented the room for two nights...if you're just looking for a bed to stay in for a night it's not a bad place. The tv had a very annoying ring every time we turned it on, and at one point I dropped my ID behind the bed and when I reached in to retrieve it my finger got stabbed by an earring that apparently housekeeping had failed to notice when cleaning […] the room. I will never stay there again. The toliet was leaking and all over the bathroom floor and the maintenance personnel could not fix it and they did not have another room for me and my wife to move into.

the personal could not be bothered to give us more towels(party of 5) there were just 2 towels in room. night stand was dirty and sticky. had to clean it before use. looked like dead skin cells on sheets when we pulled down sheets. it was pretty gross. Toilet wobbled. floor under sink was still full of either dirt or sand.

Not the easiest hotel to get to. Being immediately off I26 there is a lot of traffic. The breakfast isn't worthy of the title. The room we were in was not in great shape...toilet tank leaked when flushed, hair dryer spit sparks at me when I turned it on....but other than that it was acceptable. A positive was that the room with two beds had queens instead of just full beds.

It was not very good. The heat/ac unit didn't work but it did get repaired quickly. The hot water took 10 min to actually get HOT and the water that came out of the pipes initially was DARK brown. The toilets didn't flush well either! It wasn't worth the money at all.

My stay was fair. It was surrounded by a lot of business and restaurants so getting something to eat was fairly easy. It was close enough where I could get on the interstate and get to downtown Charleston for sightseeing. The only issue I had was that each day, I got locked out. reasonably good motel. Rather short on free breakfast. room doors are too narrow for wheelchair entry, bathroom very small and challenging to use. good location near interstate. good appearance from street. courteous staff.

We reserved a two-bed room for 5 guests. While the room was clean, it looked old, and in need of updating. It looked nothing as nice as the Internet images. There were only enough towels for 3 people. We requested more towels and an additional blanket. The front desk person said there were no more. The blanket on one bed had cigarette burns. The sausage gravy was in a crock pot, but still cold. The biscuits still had frost on them. My daughter had to eat dry cereal because there was no milk. Check in was at 3pm.Arrived there at 4pm and received a room that had not been cleaned yet. Had to drive around for another 1/2 hour to be cleaned. We were told to drop our stuff in the hotel. How is one to properly clean with luggage all over? Staff appeared to be non-chalant. Clock did not work, mirror was scuffed and marred, chairs stained, cigarette […] hole in sheet, no extra pillows, extra towels after going to the pool...forget it. I have pictures that show this. Breakfast was cereal, mini muffins, and cold biscuits and gravy. When teenage boys complain about food there is a problem. We were there to see our oldest son off to The Citadel and we missed his induction because we were only allowed 30 min grace period or charged another night! It was out of their control. His little brother was so sad because we had to leave even after we tried calling the hotel to get another 30 min. Every parent at the induction ceremony said they were allowed at least 1hr. grace at their hotels. Even if automated...we should have been given longer since our room was not even ready! We only saw 1 cleaning lady sporadically. Missed the most important moment of our son's endeavor into college career. It was dissapointing because we planned to make several reservations to go and visit him throughout his 4 years, with family and friends to recomend the hotel, not going to happen. Подробнее

Folks at the motel were helpful and courteous. We were attending the USS Wainwright Reunion and stayed for much less for the four nights than would have paid at the host hotel! It was convenient to restaurants-shopping and the interstate. Thank you for making our time in SC enjoyable!

The management and staff were very kind and helpful. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Lamps weren't plugged in and the outlets were inaccessible. It was nice for a one-night stay. I wouldn't spend my vacation there though.

Rooms are outdated and smell musty. Bed was uncomfortable. Access to the hotel is difficult and if you want to get to the interstate you have to cross 4 lanes of traffic and then make a u turn. Will never stay there again.

I was there 5 nights. I know the Hotel was not all to blame but the other guest was. In one night someone tried to get in my room at 10:00, then a car alarm went off at 2:30 then again at 4:00. and at 6:00 someone checking out was parked out side my door blowing there horn. The rooms could be updated. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. But the pool was clean and the location was close to surrounding beaches and downtown. For the price I would stay there again.

No other choices available unless you pay an arm and a leg. Good if you need a bed for the night, decent restaurants and shopping close by but not luxury by any means. Would not choose this if their were other options.

I was pleased with everything for the price. We were able to get early check in, which was great after spending all night in a traffic accident. The staff was understanding of our long delays of a trip that took us 7 hours, over five hours. Plan to go back and will stay there again. Very easy to find, just off the interstate.

I was disappointed with my room. I booked 2 rooms nonsmoking. One room was really nice the other was dumpy and reeked of cigarette smoke not to mention cigarette burns on the rugs. It felt nasty.
