The Mutiny Hotel - Майами

Конечно, на фотографиях комнаты всегда выглядят больше, чем когда вы смотрите на них в реальности, однако, когда мы приехали туда, мне не понравился размер комнаты. Горячей воды в ванной комнате не было, и пляж было далековато.

Когда мы заселились в номер, сейф не работал, и его ремонт занял много времени (1 час 20 мин.). Мы звонили 3 раза и каждый раз нам говорили, что "сейчас кто-нибудь придет". Все остальное во время нашего пребывания было очень приятно, и даже несмотря на задержки со всеми, с кем мы взаимодействовали, все было абсолютно здорово. Мы вернемся.

Это был наш второй визит в отель "Mutiny", и он не разочаровал нас! Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный, люксы тихие и безупречные, диван-кровать действительно представляет из себя удобную кровать. Мы могли бы легко дойти пешком до магазинов и ресторанов в Coconut Grove. Кроме того, нужно всего лишь несколько минут, чтобы добраться пешком до многих […] достопримечательностей в Майами, в том числе Bayside, центр города, South Beach, но в конце дня мы можем расслабиться здесь без шума из этих районов! Прекрасный отель. Бассейн был совершенно освежающий и полностью затененный утром и вечером. Идеальная температура. Персонал очень вежливый и услужливый. Прожили в отеле 6 ночей. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель в следующий отпуск в Майами. Сын служит в подразделении береговой охраны, дислоцированном в Майами. Он жил с нами, и ему понравилось это место. […] Приятный район. Хорошая цена, хороший отель. Единственное ограничение заключается в том, что ресторан очень маленький, но вы легко дойдете пешком до любого ресторана в Cocanut Grove.

Отличное место! Люблю атмосферу и оформление. Персонал дружелюбный. Ресторан очень маленький и очень тихий.

Я был приятно удивлен отелем Mutiny в Майами. Очень хорошо содержится и просто находка по умеренным ценам. Удобное расположение - в 1 квартале от CoCoWalk, где расположены магазины и рестораны. Надо будет обязательно посетить еще раз!

Best value for the area!

I thought that everyone was friendly until I arrived at the hotel. The person that helped me with my bags clearly didn't want to be there. I arrived in the room and it was equipped with everything but just slightly subpar. The one thing that truly turned me off was that there was a lack of hot water! I don't know if this is always like this, but it […] was when I went. My phone didn't take me to the front desk so I used my cell to call the hotel every single time. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. I would pay the extra couple of bucks and stay down the street at the ritz or in brickell somewhere. Подробнее

Great location for our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the marina from our balcony. Two bedroom suite was great for two couples.

Since we only stayed one nite, everything worked out fine

Location - Perfect for a nice walk to Coconut Grove Room - Nice king size bed, restroom could use more counter space, nice kitchenette, overall nice.... Cons - No carpet on floor but that may not be so bad.. Overall - Nice Hotel

We liked it and would go back. Great location in thr Grove, comfortable room and very hospitable at the front desk. We had a large group and everyone was happy.

We were only at the Munity for one night - our daughter lives in Coconut Grove and we find this hotel the most convient. We stay here whenever we spend and overnight in Miami. We live in Naples.

Great hotel with an awesome pool and patio. Rooms are big and comfortable, big beds, big bathrooms, excellent views. Got an upgrade because we had to wait 20 minutes. Great service.

We spent 3 nights in the mutiny, and we enjoyed it. The location was excellent, near restaurants and shops. It was a bit of a haven after the hustle and bustle of Miami. There is a stop for the hop on hop off Bus very nearby which I would recommend.

Had a 2 night stay over new years, nice and homely hotel, yet a bit run down in its finish. After 2 weeks in mexico we were rather happy to find a washer & dryer in the room! Only negative was the ignorance at the front desk, any question asked felt like a burdon for them.

Our room was nice but it would have been great if we were on a higher floor. Lower floors don't get much of a view. 4 or higher to get above the tree line to see the yacht club and bay. Coconut Groove was had a great hip neighborhood feel. Sidewalk dining and small but nice shops. Skip the big expensive seafood place across the street. It's not bad […] but has that big chain feel. Cuban restruant Larios on South Beach had great food and reasonable prices. Go to the botanical garden it is amazing! If traveling by cab, make sure you have time to wait a little while when going home. Cabs are not in the area and they have to send someone your way. Admission is free if you are a member at another botanical garden. Bring your membership card. Подробнее

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite over New Years weekend. The room was beautiful and contained all the amenities of a luxury hotel. The next time we are in Miami we will definitely be returning to the Mutiny.

Very clean hotel and walking distance to coco walk and night life. The rain from tropical storm caused everything to end early, but had a lovely time in coconut grove area.

I would recommend this Hotel to my best friends....but ask for room with view upstairs and view to Poolside...thats perfect.....

The hotel ok if you are just in the area for the night. It actually is in a busy area, but the beds were not comfortable and the layout was nothing like described. We were supposed to have a king one bedroom suite with a foldout couch and a bay view, however we were overlooking dumpsters in an alley, the bedroom had a full size bed and the foldout didn't […] even have a mattress. We had a good experience at this hotel. The only problem was the air conditioning units which were too loud. We were told all the rooms had the same type of unit. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and worth the cost.

I can't recommend this place at all, although the area is a vacation paradise. My wife and I and our eight-year-old son found that the "two queen beds" that we'd ordered were one twin bed when we arrived. We were then told that a cot could not be provided because of "a fire hazard"--I've gotten cots in hotels for thirty years. Our son ended up sleeping […] in a fold-out couch in the dining area, which meant that (since he sleeps much later than we do) we had to tiptoe around the place, have no access to the dining area, et cetera, for hours on both days of our stay. Perhaps worse: We were told on our arrival that valet parking was mandatory. We tipped the valets generously every time they brought out or parked our car. When I was back from the trip, I found three charges on my credit card, the number of which I'd been asked to supply on my arrival. One charge was $44.94 for parking--a fee that I'd been told nothing about and that I'd have avoided by parking on the street if I'd heard of it. Two more charges (~15 and 7 dollars) are "mysteries" to the hotel accountant who I finally got through to. I'm still waiting for explanations of those. (Maybe they're for opening up the couch!) There's a great swimming pool and a decent gym, but I recommend looking around before you settle for the kind of treatment that we got at the Mutiny Hotel. Подробнее

I arrived with apprehension as it was rated 6.2 on trip advisor. Hotel was impecable ,clean, floors all ceramic in the rooms , 1bedroom with king bed(sheets clean) room service dailykit.chinette adequate for simple meals. Great service at valet parking. kids like pool and hot tub. Well located. Close to the Grove's Restaurants.

The Hotel is in desperate need of updating. It is similar to an old European Hotel. This being said, it is kind of quaint. OUr first room had the Tv remote, freezer, dishwasher and telephone broken. The Queen size bed was extemely uncomfortable for my husband and me. My sister had the same feelings about the beds. She stayed there in February. She said […] they are 100 years old and need to be thrown out. The front desk was kind enough to change me to a room with a king bed and full kitchen. Everything was perfect in this suite except the washer's spin cycle was broken. The pool is smaller than my pool at home and only about 15 chairs. There was no way that we would ever get a lounge chair. The parking people took FOREVER to bring the car down to us. I recommend calling from your room early to get your car. I have to say that the staff were very nice and helpful. There are many dogs living in the long term rentals. The halls sometimes smelled of dog. Подробнее

The hotel and staff are simply wonderful. Very quiet. Pleasing decor. Inviting Pool. Food Service poolside was classy and delicious. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean.
