Останавливался в этой гостинице до и после круиза cо знаменитостями. Мы были встречены сначала с неорганизованным и безинициативным персоналом, который явно не понимал порядок бронирования. Мы закончили тем, что позвонили другому гостю с нашей стороны, - который уже зарегистрировался, чтобы доказать, что они уже были там. Отель понятия не имел. Номера […] прекрасно оборудованные, но качество отделки оставляет желать лучшего - душ течет, розетки висели из стены и не работали, полулюкс имел "гостиную", полностью занятую небольшим стеклянным столиком. Кондиционер не работал, - но они починили его. Еда в ресторане была отличной, но сервис был медленным. Убока в номерах была слишком дорогой, довольно медленной, и несколько раз неправильной. Ковры в отеле не были чистыми, но сами номера были. Бассейн очень маленький, и во время нашего пребывания был в ремонте, так что был неработающим. Терраса для приема солнечных ванн выглядит как автостоянка. Коридорные / Консьерж были превосходны. Как и трансфер. Это 5-звездочный отель? Нет. Отель находится в пешеходной доступности от всего важного. Тихий и безопасный с прекрасным персоналом. Номера были немного устарелыми, но очень большими и чистыми.
Нам понравился этот отель и его местоположение. У нас была одна проблема. Наш номер был очень теплым. Если мы открывали дверь балкона, то мы не могли заснуть, потому люди веселятся на вечеринке. Воздушный кондиционер должен быть включен техническим персоналом (через рубильник), тем не менее этого никогда не случилось...даже после 3 звонков на стойку. В живописном месте, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от замечательных мест, где можно поесть и сделать покупки. Прямо у пристани для круизных судов. Отличный шведский стол в ресторане отеля. "Удобный для совершающих морской круиз"
Мы провели здесь одну ночь после круиза, перед отлетом домой. Отель очень близко к круизному порту, так что мы видели из нашего номера наш корабль, отходящий рано утром. Бассейн на крыше в действительности оказался лягушатником для отдыха, а не бассейном для плавания, но тем не менее зона бассейна очень хорошая. Мы не можем рассказать о еде, так как мы не ели в отеле, ресторан казался немного "безлюдным", вроде как большой зал вылета в аэропорту, к тому же с таким количеством тапас-баров в Барселоне, почему бы вы в него пошли? "A real 5 stars hotel"
Great hotel, large rooms, 5 mins walk to Rambla. Great service, amazing breakfast. Some rooms have a city view which is fabulous. Also a bike rack for rental makes all the difference. Mini bar in room, Jacuzzi and a shower, free internet. No PPV movies.

"Great location just off las ramblas"
This hotel was perfect for a quick city break as it is located just off the main street. We had a standard room which had a great view. If you intend to have breakfast at the hotel I would recommend ordering before you go as it can be quite pricy if you pay on the day. The staff were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much to ask.
Excellent hotel with fantastic service. Great location. My travel was for leisure only. This hotel feels a little bit more business oriented. No problem really, but I may be looking for something different next time I go to Barcelona for shopping. However, I'm totally satisfied and the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic!

"Nice Hotel and Close to the Tourise Din"
Hotel staff was very accomodating and excellent with English. Room service was delicious - and expensive on par with the rates of the hotel. If you poke your head out the window you can see gaps between the building of the water in the non-corner/priciest rooms. If you want to see the harbors the piers are walkable any way. The bed was uncomfortable, […] but they did have nice room darkening shades to help you sleep in. The bath tub was jacuzzi style but with jets in all the wrong places to be massaging and the super shower head with jets down the side lacked any water pressure to back them up either. Both were disappointing to my original glimpse. The Ramblas was a short walk away; past some sketchy characters who are between the pier area and where the tourists really pick up. Not so scary that you can't just feign "Sorry no English/no Spanish" to walk by though, even as a solo gal. So, if you want to really be in the midst of tourist area but still have a nice room, this is a good spot. The metro is at the far end of the avenue (1/2 mi?), so getting to other spots isn't so bad if you don't mind braving the crowd each time. Cab ride between the hotel and airport was robbery at 35 Euros and only 12 km drive. Подробнее

there are plenty of hotels of very good quality at a much lower price , I thought paying good money for a top hotel would improve my stay in Barcelona i was wrong ....PS . 20 euros for 3 cans of 33cl of coke in the hotel ,the small ones you buy at tescos for 30 or 40 pence

My first stay in a Eurostars hotel. I was very pleased in every way. I shall be using them again. It may be less expensive that the Arts but the quality is similar. Great location too.

Only 1 minute walk from Barcelona's cruise ship custom clearance. Clean rooms with nice views of the city - not the harbor. Plenty of taxi and bus service from front door. The "Jump On-Off" bus facilities stops here. Front desk provides excellent english and guide information. The hotel is nice place to stay. It locates next to Passenger Terminal. Do ask for seaview room. It's only 15 - 20 mins walk to port vell, where you can find a shopping mall and a lot of choices of restaurants. Transportations by metro / buses are also very convineance.

Cabs line up right outside the hotel which is very convenient since the hotel is a little walk down the pier to the city proper. Nice hotel in a really convenient location. The view from the balcony was spectacular, saw the port and the entire city! Good sized room for being a European hotel (I think the room we had was a superior). The service was friendly, but extremely lacking, especially considering it is supposed to be a 5-star. Warning, the beds are rock-hard!

We chose the hotel for a 4 day stay because it is near the cruise port from which we were leaving. It is a beautiful hotel with very modern decor and first rate service. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and large by European standards. There is an excellent but rather pricey restaurant on the premises. Our only quibble would be that the hotel is a little far from a Metro stop and a considerable walk to get almost anywhere. "Great place for a pleasant stay with modest flaws"
The Eurostar Grand Marina is a terrific hotel in a great locations (sufficiently near to the old town to permit walking to everywhere, including the metro), with accommodating staff. The bathroom -- which is a pet peeve for me when it comes to hotels -- was sumptuous and well appointed. My stay was very pleasant and marred only by a few modest flaws […] most of which are fixable if the hotel wanted to: i) there is not hot water maker in the room with which to make tea or coffee, ii) no mini-frig, iii) the lighting in the bathroom is grossly insufficient -- especially in the shower area where you are effectively taking a shower in the dark!, and iv) the food in this otherwise wonderful hotel is inferior given that Barcelona is such a great place for dining. "Close to activities but uncomfortable bed"
Pros: The hotel was on a pier and was close to Las Ramblas (about a 5 min walk).The staff was super friendly and there was always a cab available even at 5am. The room was amazing. Wood floors, a jetted tub, a seperate multi-head shower, a double sink and granite counter tops. Free internet is also a huge plus for Americans with no cell phone service. Cons: […] When paying over 500 euro/night (yes I said euros) I expected the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. I was wrong. I got a hard crappy bed that I could have gotten at any motel/hostel. The last think I want is to be on vacation and wake up with back pain. Also, for the price we paid our view sucked! "Eurostars Grand Marina - Barcelona"
staff were very helpful and friendly. they also offered us a free upgrade on our room. The piano bar on the 1st floor was lovely and servs decent food until 1am which was very handy as we checked in rather late. The hotel is in a superb locatio with easy walking distance to many local attractions and the port.

"Very friendly Staffs, esp. the bar staffs."
* great location. * friendly front desk staffs. * Had the best bar service. We had 'Free welcome drinks', which I thought would be only cheap sweetened 'fresh fruit juice'. However, the bartender mentioned that we can have wine or others. Not only that, he even top up our glasses with a great Spainish liquer. We travel a lot and have been to Barcelona […] a few times, but the services of this hotel is really good. The location is so good too. Am trying my best to watch my weight so find that it is great to be able to go out to walk around the port after dinner. Very good value for money.
