The room was extremely dirty, the mattress was really hard, the pillows are so uncomfortable and hard i did not have a good sleep in fact i had back pain from the hard mattress and hard pillow this was a very bad experience,

We really enjoyed our stay here and thought that the service of the hotel staff was outstanding! However, the beds were hard as rock, which is odd b/c they were supposed to be this new style mattress to provide comfort and great sleep - which was FAR from the case! Too bad. Nothing beats a great nights sleep! Enjoy!

Third stay at this hotel. Dining choices are limited. On site food is adequate and not at a gouge price. I/we will continue to use this hotel. All staff have been great. Room has always been as expected.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very pleasant. It took a phone call to the front desk to get instructions on how to turn on the shower --- very strange tap. We had reservations for 5 rooms, checked in on a Friday night the staff had an attitude problem, requested rooms close to one another and they were all on separate floors, had to make a fuss in order for them to be changed and still were not next to one another. First time at this location. Felt it was a very good and comfortable hotel, well located for my purposes and convenient to major thoroughfares. Would benefit from Highway 403 south driving instructions.

It was a very nice hotel - facilities are the normal great Garden Inn quality. I must say that unfortunately the walls were paper thin. We could hear the TV in the next room all night and every time someone was in the bathroom (uncomfortable). Also, and not necessarily the hotels fault, but people in the hallways walking up and down and loudly talking […] at 2, 3, and 4 am. We had breakfast the next morning and if you pay when you arrive it was $8 cheaper than in the morning. It was very nicely presented and very tasty. The chef did a great job. Free parking and Internet are great for this area. Huge rooms, nice staff. Beds were fairly hard, which was the only slightly negative thing. The building is a bit of a drive from things, but had a plaza nearby with restaurants, Timmies etc if you wanted alternatives. Very clean everywhere!

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet with a convenient location. Only drawback was that we were unable to adjust the bed's comfort setting and it was a very firm mattress.

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed that they do not provide menus in your hotel rooms for room service. You are required to go downstairs to the lobby to see the menu. Also I found the pool very very small, and it is not deep at all.

Just one small stain on the carpet, but creaped out by stains. The bed was awesome, the room was so comfy. I would stay here again. Plus it was the long weekend and we had a great rate.

We wanted a hotel that was close to the Clarkson Go station as we were attending a concert. We have stayed at a different location but were not impressed. This hotel was quiet, convenient, immaculate and well appointed. The bed was soooo comfortable! We come annually for concerts and will definitely come again to your location.

We appreciated being informed that the douvet cover is also laundered after each guest leaves and the white bedding made it easy to check cleanliness. Best hotel experience by far. My boyfriend and I stayed one night but we enjoyed every minute of the stay.The American Grill breakfast rocks and is way better than the usual breakfast at hotels. Enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel. The Manager and front desk personnel were friendly and accomodated our need of room close to the elevator. The Jacuzzi, however, was broken in the day we were going to use it. Maintenance personnel couldn't fix it that day.

We used this hotel to go to club Rehab for my boyfriend's birthday. It was perfect since it was literally right across the hwy. Loved the convenience and we all had no complaints. Rooms were very clean, beds were pretty comfy. Will go back for sure.
