Гостиница Рэдиссон САС Роял - Санкт-Петербург

Расположен недалеко от жд вокзала( 15 минут пешком по Невскому), что очень удобно и полезно для здоровья( размяться после сидения в Сапсане, например), если путешествовать поездом. Отель расположен на Невском, поэтому нет проблем с быстрым перемещением на любом виде транспорта: такси, метро, троллейбус.

Excellent concierge service. Small but adequate gym. Recommend business class room with internet,very large. Near many restaurants and the Ginza center .Excellent breakfast. Half hour walk to Hermitage. Secure.

Breakfast was not included in our reservation and the breakfast at the hotel was outrageously expensive. Other than that, we liked the hotel very much.

Positive: Superb bedding, good beds. Neg: The daily cleaning of the room was not perfect: Bathroom floor was not cleaned for 4 days (not till asked). Shampoo was provided on first day but then never replaced till we ran out and had to ask.

Reception and conceige speaks excellent English and they are helpful. A superb English speaking driver is referred by the hotel; he provides fantastic service. Hotel location is just perfect, at the city centre.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel, which means that I would reccomend it. The location is good although it is a long walk to the historical sights. The services are good, the concierge information really nice. Be careful with taxis there. None of them go with a meter and when they pick you up in the hotel they may be more expensive than […] the hotel taxi. I had to pay to go to the train station more than what the hotel would have charged me. Of course, I only found that out when the car was moving and I didn't want to be late. The hotel is nice, but the room is not 5 star quality. It's small and for the price we paid, the views are many times to other room windows only. This may just be a factor of Saint Petersburg. Good service, and very friendly english speaking staff. I would however not rank Radisson S:t Pete as a 5 star hotell. A low-medium 4 stars perhaps according to european standards. The breakfast was great, rooms where clean, although one could tell they have a few years on their neck. The spa was nice. Fitness room was clean but way too small and too […] few machines for a "5 star hotell" gym. Front office staff helpful in providing visa support, ordering airport transfer and advicing on places to go out. In general, staff at restaurants and shops in Skt Petersburg still give one the impression that the word Service hasn't entered their vocabulary - but at this hotel the staff was friendly enough - although still a way to go to match the […] natural smiles and friendliness experienced in other countries. Breakfast at restaurant has a wide selection, taste and quality was OK. Freshly-squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. It's perfectly pleasant and not really anything to put your finger on - e.g. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the service level etc. probably live up to the long checklist of things that needs to be present at a hotel in order to claim to be a 5 star hotel - but nor the interior nor the atmosphere gives you the feeling of experiencing something extra-ordinary. Hotel is in a convenient location for the sights (though lacks parking facilities). Styaff very helpful and friendly, the rooms are mixed, I had to be moved due to noise which they quickly did when requested though the 2nd room suffered poor air conditioning. I would recommend the hotel for its overall experience particularly customer service.

right on Nevsky in the heart of the city. rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful and professional there are cheaper places but the location was worth the extra i did not eat in the hotel but did notice that their food prices were a little steep. but having a location so convenient there are many dining options as close as across the street. […] short walking distance to Hermitage and other tourist interests. Svært hyggelig betjening og god/ekspeditt sørvis. Utvendig dørvakt virket dog uengasjert, særlig kveld/natt. Jeg leide et standard dobbeltrom, ca en ukes opphold. Når jeg reiser spørsmål om hotellets fem stjerner knytter det seg til følgende: 1) Et dobbeltrom med kun en lenestol i sittegruppen ble for snaut, med to beboere 2) Badet svært lite og spartansk […] utstyrt for et 5 stjerners hotell (Hotel Radisson Sonya med fire stjerner i samme by, hadde vesentlig bedre baderom) 3) Jeg bodde i 6 etasje og ble forstyrret av sjenerende skrittlyd fra kontorene i 7. etg, særlig høye hæler gav gjenlyd og gjordet det vanskelig å konsentrere seg. Vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet, personalet mv. Det skal dog tilføjes, at det, der stod på menykortet, ikke altid svarede til det vi fik. Desværre fik vi ikke det bedste indtryk, af den almindelige russer på gaden. Det virkede ikke som om de var gearet til turister. Så det var så det - som man siger: Been there done that.

Das Hotel ist für Geschäftsreisende bestens gelegen und ermöglicht durch überall im Hotel verfügbares WLAN reibungsloses Arbeiten und Entspannung am Ende des Tages. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, im Hotel Meetings abzuhalten. Hoteleigener Transferservice zum Flughafen vorhanden.

Watch out for unfair charges for the minibar stuff. In our case they wanted 30€ for things we've never taken.

We were there for a weekend, so for us it was very well situated in order to visit most places on foot, and was quite safe to walk around even in the later hours. The Hotel staff was one of the few in the city who smiled, and were quite helpful. The room was of good size and clean.
