Отель очень понравился. Приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, достаточно удобное расположение, до метро нужно идти минут 10-15 пешком, до Колизея примерно столько же. К минусам можно отнести только то, что комната (трипл) была не очень просторной. Я бы порекомендовала этот отель для проживания в Риме.

the hotel room we stayed was elaborately decorated, very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, really nice breakfast. about 15–20 min walk to coliseum, subway station is 7–10 min away. beautiful lobby with contemporary paintings, exquisitely furnished. a great choice for the good money. we really enjoyed our stay.

Я останавливался в местах и похуже… но это самая прятная вещь, что я могу сказать. Окружающий отель район - просто помойка, по всей стене и воздушному кондиционеру была черная плесень, половина служащих была дружелюбной, половина - придурки. Здесь можно было жить, но отель явно не соответствует тому, что указано в рекламе. "В паре шагов" от остановки […] метро в реальности оказалось в паре кварталов, что, в принципе, не так уж страшно.... если бы станция не была бы закрыта на ремонт. Наше окно выходило на приятного бездомного джентельмена, спящего каждую ночь на под акведуком. Я бы так сильно не расстраивался, если бы не стоимость.... отель просто никак не стоил таких денег - я бы более-менее смирился с таким номером, если бы он стоил вполовину дешевле. За такие деньги, что-то точно должно найтись получше.. не покупайтесь на фотки. Останавливаться здесь можно только в самом крайнем случае. Подробнее

Превосходный бутик-отель в очень удобном расположении всего в 2 остановках метро от станции Termini. Очень теплый и гостеприимный отель с чрезвычайно полезным и любезным персоналом. Для них ничего не представлялось сложным сделать. Превосходные завтраки. Очень рекомендую, насморя на отсутствие кофеварки и только итальянские каналы на ТВ в спальне.

По европейским стандартам комната была адекватного размера. Расположение было не самым лучшим. Не смотря на то, что отель находился в 5 кварталах от метро, складывалось ощущение изолированности от города, а после заката солнце появлялось впечатление, что мы находится в небезопасном районе.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel in Feb. Everything was very good apart from the 3 euro city tax that is extra per person per night. The rooms are a little small but are well maintained and full of art works. In fact the entire hotel is packed with antiques which made it really interesting. it was a nice quiet hotel. the rooms are the usual european size. the breakfast was good with a nice variety and scrambled eggs & bacon. the staff made me feel at home. it is in the shadow of porta maggiorein the old city walls as well as aquaeducts. it is about a mile from termini station. the best to get there with luggage is to take tram 14 to porta […] maggiore and walk around the corner a little way. you have to look around for places to eat. but if you like to walk, it is about 2 miles from central rome, past the colloseum, forum. etc. Подробнее

The hotel was sold to us a 'secret hotel' next to the Central Rome train station (Roma Termini), but, it was a 7-10 minute tram ride or 15-20 minute walk from the station, which was not an auspicious start to our stay! Pro's: - A five minute walk to 'Manzoni' metro station on the B line, with a direct link to most major sights Con's: - Breakfast […] was very disappointing with barely any options and very insipid service. We had one person minding the buffet when there were about 20 guests at the tables, which resulted in most items vanishing from the buffet, never to return - The room's heating was a major problems with the thermostat stuck at one setting 'Very hot'.. We had to open both the windows in the room to get any sort of sleet (in December..)! - The water in the bathroom had a mind of its own, switching from hot to cold to hot again. - The hotel, though it claims to be a '4 star' hotel, had no business center/ printing facilities, which resulted in me having to go in search of an internet cafe for over an hour at 9 PM at night to book our voucher for the Vatican museum tour. - The internet in the room was a nightmare with the wifi signal being so weak, that we had to sit up in the bed and hold up the ipad get any signal on it and even when we did get a signal, the speeds were barely at a dial-up modem level. Unfriendly staff, they were refusing to print out our Colosseum voucher and they told us that if I bring my printer I can print out anything... Rated four star, however i would say only 2 stars. Old mansion, converted into hotel with very very small rooms and badly decorated. Stale b'fast that is repeated day after day without any changes in the menu. Balcony rooms are most troubled due to street noise that doesnt die down even in late night.

The beds are old and tired and not very comfortable, however after a long day in Rome I could sleep soundly on a bed of nails! The price was good, the staff helpful, the location convenient and the included breakfast was quite good. Has a lovely little courtyard to enjoy the breakfast in.

For European standards maybe 31/2, but for american standards 3. A/c didnt work well.no wash cloths in bathroom. bed was hard.but it was small and pleasant like for a european experience. but not close to termini station . You still need to take taxi to terminal if u have luggage

The staff and the location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent. However, the room was small which is okay but mainly the bathroom was not up to the standard of a four star hotel. All in all we enjoyed the stay but we felt that the hotel should be rated as three star hotel not four.

We booked this hotel under a 'secret deal' claiming 4 star design hotel. It is not worth 4 stars! I would say 3 stars. Rooms are very very small, barely any room each side of the bed, bathroom also very small. You could argue that in Rome you don't spend much time in the room, but even so, you could not swing a cat. Bed was hard and small (double). […] Worst thing to be honest was the noise from the road. Heavy traffic all the time and even with windows shut you can hear it quite clearly. Pleasant outdoor courtyard space. Interesting reception/downstairs, unusual art, quite liked it. Breakfast ok though scrambled eggs were always cold (could do with a candle or something under the silver tin/tray to keep warm)! Do ask for a latte macchiato or other type of coffee if you want it as kitchen staff oblige. Guy on front desk when I arrived rather surly and not very helpful! This is a 4 star hotel, but it does not feel like one. The hotel is very neglected. There were a lot of broken things, especially in our bathroom. The location was not too bad, the staff seemed ok but I didn't have much to do with them. My only questions was if I could change rooms as my bed was so hard & uncomfortable but the the hotel was full so no I couldn't. We were really disappointed. The room was very noisy, the streets was about 10-15 feet to our bed. Beside it was too hot, the staff said aircon system was shut down in winter time (even if we were there in early October, maximum outside Temperature was higher than 84F). I was prepared to be dissatisfied with this hotel as i purchased it through the Expedia blind hotel program based on the description and location in Rome. When I saw the name of the hotel and checked reviews I was very disappointed in my non cancellable purchase. The location description on the hotel's website states they are just a few short steps […] from the metro stop (these were their words, not mine). I was furious to get to the metro stop and find that the hotel was at least a quarter of a mile from the stop. It was 95 degrees in Rome and I had to drag a 40 pound suitcase for a quarter of a mile! With all of that said, I have to say my expecations were exceeded by this hotel in every other way: Room was delightful and effort had been made to provide a boutique type decor. No charge for wifi Excellent breakfast with many varieties of foods both hot and cold When it rained, there were complimentary umbrellas by the door for guests Beautiful courtyard and main floor entry that was very comfortable and inviting. Nothing too much trouble for very friendly staff. Only (slightly) adverse criticism relates to the size of "bijou" bedroom but high level of cleanliness overall; the toilet facilities and shower were spotless and worked admirably. Excellent accomodation for the sightseer -Metro 5/10 minutes walk away.
