Отель очень понравился. Приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, достаточно удобное расположение, до метро нужно идти минут 10-15 пешком, до Колизея примерно столько же. К минусам можно отнести только то, что комната (трипл) была не очень просторной. Я бы порекомендовала этот отель для проживания в Риме.

the hotel room we stayed was elaborately decorated, very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, really nice breakfast. about 15–20 min walk to coliseum, subway station is 7–10 min away. beautiful lobby with contemporary paintings, exquisitely furnished. a great choice for the good money. we really enjoyed our stay.

Я останавливался в местах и похуже… но это самая прятная вещь, что я могу сказать. Окружающий отель район - просто помойка, по всей стене и воздушному кондиционеру была черная плесень, половина служащих была дружелюбной, половина - придурки. Здесь можно было жить, но отель явно не соответствует тому, что указано в рекламе. "В паре шагов" от остановки […] метро в реальности оказалось в паре кварталов, что, в принципе, не так уж страшно.... если бы станция не была бы закрыта на ремонт. Наше окно выходило на приятного бездомного джентельмена, спящего каждую ночь на под акведуком. Я бы так сильно не расстраивался, если бы не стоимость.... отель просто никак не стоил таких денег - я бы более-менее смирился с таким номером, если бы он стоил вполовину дешевле. За такие деньги, что-то точно должно найтись получше.. не покупайтесь на фотки. Останавливаться здесь можно только в самом крайнем случае. Подробнее

Отличное место для пребывания, на расстоянии пешей доступности от арены и города, отличные комнаты, и интерьер в фойе, за который можно умереть, завтра снова туда возвращаюсь.

Превосходный бутик-отель в очень удобном расположении всего в 2 остановках метро от станции Termini. Очень теплый и гостеприимный отель с чрезвычайно полезным и любезным персоналом. Для них ничего не представлялось сложным сделать. Превосходные завтраки. Очень рекомендую, насморя на отсутствие кофеварки и только итальянские каналы на ТВ в спальне.

Я с мужем забронировали здесь номер, чтобы провести последний день нашей поезки в честь нашей первой годовщины. Мне безумно понравились уникальная художественная работа и декор, а завтрак был просто великолепным. По европейским стандартам комната была адекватного размера. Расположение было не самым лучшим. Не смотря на то, что отель находился в 5 кварталах от метро, складывалось ощущение изолированности от города, а после заката солнце появлялось впечатление, что мы находится в небезопасном районе.

Не модный или очень хороший отель, но приличный. Сток в душе плохо справлялся, воздушный кондиционер едва работал, а завтрак был одним из худших из всех тех завтраков, что мы пробовали в отелях во время нашего отпуска (3 недели!), но расположение было хорошим, а персонал очень приятным. The hotel is reasonably well sited and in walking distance of the old part of the city and there is a metro stop close by that takes you to anywhere in the city. There are several restaurants nearby covering affordable to more expensive menus. The hotel staff in the main were friendly and helpful and the courtyard area of the hotel is a pleasant setting […] for relaxing. This is a cute and artsy hotel with some lovely art on the walls and lots of interesting antiques. The room was fair enough, although the sliding glass door to the bathroom left one with a voyeristic feeling - and not in a good way. Bed was not the most comfortable, but surviveable. The worst part of my experience was the sub-par service and snobby […] attitude og the receptionist. He was not willing to help in any manner, and even though I had indicated that I would be travelling with a two-year old, there was no baby bed in the room. When I pointed this out I was informed this was my own fault bc I had not spesifically requested a babybed. When I asked whether something could be worked out, and indicated that I would willingly pay for this, there was no effort what so ever to be helpful. To add to this was this man so condenscending in his attitude when responding to any question, it was quite repulsive. The breakfast was fair. The cleaning was also sub par. The airconditioning did not work, so I had the choice of suffocating from heat or sleeping with an open window and the noise of Rome.. I tried both, neither worked - by morning I was exhausted. The location of the hotel is good, you are within walking distance of the colosseum and other sights. BUT, This is definitely NOT a four-star hotel, and the staff's attitude leaves one with a bad taste . I will never go back there, and would recommend people to stay away from this hotel!! Подробнее

Two-three long blocks from Marconi metro station. Neighborhood is a little dead at night. Traffic noise keeps you up at night, so make sure you bring earplugs if you stay here. Front desk is helpful and trustworthy for advice on dining and transportation.

The hotel is quite old but is clean and appears well maintained. The food at breakfast was ok and plentiful but there was not always enough plates/bowls. I thought this place was worth every penny! the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and the room conditions were immaculate. Interestingly enough, none of the taxis I took during my stay knew of this hotel by name. Easy enough, I told them the address and they knew instantly how to get there. The price was good, nice room and overall service was great. Very helpful staff and wonderful to talk to. The only issues I had were ... Frist, the hair dryer sucked. Bring your own […] or be prepared to buy one. Second, ask specifically for a room that does NOT border the courtyard. After a long day of touring Rome, you are guaranteed to have some loud mouth below your window yacking all night. It's not the hotels fault people want to get drunk. And after complaining each time they told them to be quiet. Again, great service from the staff but tourists are tourists. Save yourself the trouble and get a non-courtyard side room. Third, the hotel contracts with a tour company for various tours throughout Italy. They have brochures at the entrance. I do not recommend specifically the bus tours. The bus tours are a racket and they price-gouge you on drinks when they stop for bathroom breaks and lunch. If you do go on a bus tour, bring your own water for the whole day and possibly food. Good area, cheap mini-market close by for decent priced food and drinks (Soda and 2 Liter Water). G.Fassi Gelato is on 63 Principe Phillip (I think). And decently priced pizza in the area. Подробнее

We chose this hotel because of it's location to the train station. We had only a 12 hour stop over and wanted an easy walk back and forth from the trains. It was about an 8 block walk. No real sites around the neighboorhood. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and close to a few restraunts. The hotel was a little off the beaten path which was nice as it was quite. It is only 5 -10 min walk to the subway and has supermarkets nearby for cheap food and drinks. Small but clean and nice rooms with a great breakfast and very nice staff.

This is a beautiful hotel full of ecletic art work and furnighings. The staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast superb. My only complaint was the bed was hard. The room and bathroom were small up adequate size, the view onto the aqueduct great. I would stay there again.

Really loved this hotel, with its unusual art and vintage furniture. 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and less to the wonderful San Clemente basilica. This was our first stop in Italy and it was not a disappointment. It was close to the metro and the subway was easy to manuever. It was also an easy walk over to the Colisseum. Great hotel for a great price, if you don't mind to be a little out of the city centre. The hotel has a little courtyard and very nice breakfast.

When you arrive the lobby might seem a bit strange - weird decor and paintings. Reception very helpful. The lift seemed very old and we rather used the stairs! The room was clean and quiet. I stayed here with my mother, sister and boyfriend. We had 2 double rooms and both were very nice. The decorations of the hotel were eclectic and pleasing and breakfast was the best of any we had in Italy. There is a short walk from the metro which was no problem, and Im sure wouldnt be bad for anyone with large bags either because there were no stairs […] or anything to climb along the way. The staff was able to direct us to some nearby restaurants that werent in "tourist" areas, and were a lot cheaper than in the city center. There were busses within a couple of blocks that brought us to the catacombs, making all of the sights very accessible. The one problem for anyone with heavy luggage is that the elevator was broken and did not look like there were plans to repair it anytime soon. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again. This was a good location for walking to the major tourist sights and seeing central Rome (which actually we found a bit dissappointing!). very good hotel good standard of cleanliness in both the hotel and room. very courteous staff excellent continental breakfast room was small but comfortable close to metro station for ease of travel

Good value for money paid. The room was better than expected, and gave a view of the aquaduct from the window. Service and breakfast were good as well. The hotel is a decent walk from the nearest Metro station. Its not a problem if you don't have luggage, but if you do (and if its summer) then that walk can feel very long.

I liked this hotel and definitely would consider staying here again. We walked from the train station and with our backpacks it turned out to be quite a hike. I recommend negotiating a cab. It would have been worth about 10 euro for a ride after our long trip. After your rested you can take the 15 minute walk to a subway station nearby. Interiøret var meget spændene og art nuveau, super hyggelig og hotellet ligger tæt på centrum og metro. Morgenmaden var ok, og servicen var fin. Jeg forbinder dog ikke dette hotel med et fire stjerners hotel. Værelses stand var dårlig og panelerne var løse, næsten faldet af, baseværelset var utrolig slidt, og sæben genbrugt.
